Massie's Beach House

8:30 AM

Massie woke up that morning and immediately smelled something delicious. She quickly ran down the stairs to find Claire making breakfast.

"Yum, Claire's making breakfast," Massie said playfully.

Claire giggled. "Well, it IS sort of a special occasion, being in such a beautiful location with all of our friends," Claire replied.

Massie grabbed a pancake and sat down on a stool across from Claire. "You're right, Claire, we are lucky. I mean, how many people get to wake up to this every morning," Massie declared gesturing towards the large window revealing the gorgeous ocean.

Claire nodded. She was so glad to have a friend like Massie. She was the only one who really understood her.

Suddenly, Alicia stormed in and yelled, "What the hell is this, Massie!?" She held up the new issue of "People."

Massie quickly shuffled next to her and found on the front cover, a picture of Massie being held by Derrick Harrington. Massie was smiling at him, and Derrick looked like he was whispering something, flirtatiously, in Massie's ear. Massie grabbed the magazine out of Alicia's trembling hands.

She quickly turned to the 4th PG. to find a whole article written along with the picture. She began to read some aloud, "Apparently last night two old flames rekindled their love for each other. We all know supermodel, Massie Block, and Soccer Star, Derrick Harrington… Well, last night at Massie Block's beach house in Maui, Hawaii, Derrick Harrington was spotted carrying the ever-gorgeous Massie Block in his arms. He took her back into her home, and who knows what went on in there last night, but is it true, are THE Massie Block and Derrick Harrington back together…?

Claire gasped and Alicia was near tears, Massie was at a loss for words.

"You said that we should forget about those guys, and wait for something better to come along," Alicia's yelled.

"I'm sorry, it just happened last night," Massie said.

"What happened," Claire asked still in shock.

"Well, it turns out Derrick just moved into the house next to us, and I was outside and I fell, and Derrick helped me up. It was harmless, but then we started talking and I realized how much I missed him, and then we kissed. And the kiss was AMAZING," Massie explained.

Suddenly Alicia's eyes lit up, "Derrick is our neighbor," Alicia asked hopefully.

"Yes," Massie replied, nodding her head.

"That means chances are Josh will be here too," Alicia said cheerfully.

"Ex-ACTLY, this is your chance to get Josh back, Leesh," Massie encouraged, hoping to change the topic.

"I have to go to the spa, ladies," Alicia sang as she grabbed her car keys and ran off.

"Bye," Claire yelled after Alicia.

"She MUST be PMS-ing," Dylan announced as she walked through the doorway with a large coffee mug in her head.

The girls burst out in hysterics.

"So you and Derrick are back together, huh," Dylan asked.

"Yeah, it all happened spur-of-the moment, but it felt SO right," Massie answered.

"Ugh, I wish that would happen to me," Claire complained.

"What do you mean, Kuh-laire, you could have ANY guy you want," Massie replied.

"Not the one I want," Claire muttered under her breath, so no one could hear.

Just then Kristen walked in, in tears.

"Kristen, what's wrong," Dylan asked worriedly.

Kristen sat down and began to sob.

Massie rushed over to her and hugged her. Kristen hugged her back and began to cry even harder.

Dylan and Claire both looked at each other with looks of concern.

Finally, Kristen stopped crying. She began to talk, "Well, David and I had a fight," Kristen began.

"What about," Dylan asked.

"He said that he didn't think we've been spending a lot of time together lately, so I said that it wasn't MY fault I have been so busy lately and that I couldn't blow off some of the things I had committed to just to spend time with him. Then he got all angry and said that he didn't think I was as committed to our relationship as he was. Then I started yelling at him and I walked out," Kristen explained.

Claire gasped, "Did you guys break up," she asked still in shock.

Kristen shook her head, "No, but I'm sure that he'll break up with me in a text message or something any day now." She sighed, "I thought we would last forever."

Massie, Claire, and Dylan sighed. They've heard this a million times.

"Kristen, David will probably show up any minute and apologize," Dylan mentioned sympathetically.

"I don't know," Kristen replied unsurely. Just then, like clockwork, a car horn honked.

"Who could that be," Claire thought out loud as she looked out the window to see David Beckham in his blue Porsche looking longingly at the large mansion.

"Kristen," Claire sang happily, "It's for you."

Kristen quickly got up, and ran for the door. "It's him, should I talk to him," she asked.

"Yea, GO," Dylan urged.

Kristen beamed and ran out the door.

"Ahhh, guy troubles," Dylan said as she took a long sip of coffee.

Claire nodded her head in agreement. "Why can't we just live in a world with NO guys," Claire replied.

"Then we'd all be lesbians," Massie pointed out.

"Ok-AY, why can't we live in a world with no guy troubles. I mean, why can't we just stay with one guy our whole life… It would make it SO much easier," Claire declared.

Just then the doorbell rang.

Dylan quickly shuffled over to the front door to see who it was. "It's Derrick," she called out to Massie.

Massie quickly checked her complexion, and then asked the girls," How do I look?"

"Perfect, as usual," Claire replied.

Massie beamed and skipped to the front door. She opened the door to see an absolute HAWT Derrick Harrington.

"Hey," she said to him.

"Hey, Mass," he replied as he gave her a nice kiss on the lips.

Massie smiled as she pulled him closer. She put her arms around his neck and began to play with his hair. Derrick laid his hands on Massie's tiny waist.

"Get a room," Claire and Dylan yelled in unison, just before they burst out in hysterics.

Derrick pulled away. "Oh, hey Dylan, Claire," Derrick said as he slung his arm around Massie's waist.

"Hello," they both said with friendly smiles.

"You know, the guys have been talking about you guys a LOT lately," Derrick mentioned.

"Really, which one has been talking about me," Dylan replied almost desperately.

Derrick laughed, "Chris."

Dylan beamed, and said, "Oh, and what has he been saying about me," she asked hopefully.

"Only good things," Derrick reassured.

"Who's been talking about ME," Claire jumped in.

"Cam," Derrick replied with a large smile.

Claire's heart leapt. She beamed. "Um, well I'm going to go, tan," she said.

"And I'm going to go catch up with Alicia at the spa," Dylan added.

"Okay, well BYE," Massie called after them.

"Bye," they called back as they ran off in different directions.

Massie sighed and Derrick pulled her closer. "Now where were we," he whispered in Massie's ear, as he leaned in for a kiss.

Massie kissed him as hard as she possibly could; they kissed for several minutes before she pulled away. She took his hand and led him out to the deck.

"Have Chris and Cam really been talking about Dylan and Claire," Massie asked looking into Derrick's eyes.

"Yes, they haven't been able to STOP talking about them, Kemp and Josh too," Derrick replied.

Massie gave a sigh of relief. "I hope things will work between all of them," she said as she sat down on a large lounge chair.

"They will, just let things work out for the best," Derrick reassured as he sat down next to her and gave her a squeeze.

Massie giggled. "So, do you want to go shopping," Massie asked Derrick hopefully. "I really need a new bikini," she begged.

Derrick groaned. "Do we HAVE to," Derrick asked.

"Yup," Massie said cheerfully as she jumped and grabbed Derrick's hand. She made her way for the front door. "We'll take my car," she said to him as she grabbed her car keys.

Just then she walked out the door to see Dylan making out with Josh…
