Cara just came back from saying goodbye to her mother, she was relieved that her mother finally left. She loves her mother but she was happier with her uncle Jack.

Walking into the offices she saw Jack sitting at his desk, with his head in his hands.

Cara sighs and walks up to him to tap him on the shoulder.

Jack looks up at his niece and gives her a small smile.

'Are you okay?' Signs Cara.

'I think so.' signs Jack back mouthing the words too.

'Where is Nikki?' Cara quizzes

Jack shrugs and sighs.

'I think she is in the lockerroom, this whole situation was hard for her aswell.' Signs Jack

Cara nods, she could feel someone approaching them and looked up to see Nikki walking towards them, she gave Cara a small smile, Cara smiles back, she walks out to give Jack and Nikki some privacy.

Nikki sits at her desk, she could feel Jack's eyes on her, she glances up and met his eyes.

"Are you okay?" He asks

"I'm fine Jack, just wanted to give you all the space to talk," Nikki replies with a small smile.

"I'm sorry for putting you trough this, i should've kicked her out of my house sooner."

"You don't have to apologize to me Jack, she is family and you did the right thing."

Nikki quickly types something on her computer before shutting it off and stands up to collect her things.

Jack also stands up and walks towards Nikki and leans on her desk.

"I do have to apologize, i didn't show you any respect this past week."

Jack grabs Nikki's hand and looks in her eye.

"It's okay Jack, i'm fine. We're fine," Nikki smiles and looks around them to check if they were alone.

Unfortunately she saw Gabriel and Velvy walking in the hallway towards them, she sighs and pulls her hand back from Jack's.

"Velvy and i are going to the pub, care to join us?" Gabriel quizzes, while walking towards Jack and Nikki. He felt there was a slights tension between the pair but choose to ignore it.

"Thanks for the offer Gabriel, but i'm heading home, need to sort out a few things," Nikki says while standing up, collecting her coat and handbag.

"That's fine, another time then," He smiles at Nikki and looks at Jack. "What about you?"

"I'm also going to pass, i think Cara and i are going to have a little movie night to celebrate we are finally alone," Jack chuckles.

Gabriel shook his head and let out a small laugh. "Okay, then i guess we'll see you back on Monday?" Jack and Nikki both nodding their heads.

They all say their goodbyes, Gabriel and Velvy walk out the Lyell together.

"You can join us you know? For movie night," Jack says, walking to his desk to grab his coat that was hanging around his desk chair.

"Tempting, but no. I really have to do some things at my place," Nikki responds.

"Okay, i understand," Jack sighs. He walks up to her once more and slowly bend over,

"I was just looking forward to having you next to me tonight, not only on the couch but also in my bed," He whispers in her ear.

Nikki felt the goosebumps growing on her whole body.

"M-me too, b-but i really need to go. I'll text you, okay?"Nikki tries her best not to give in, but she knew she should go to her house and sort things out.

Jack sighs with a nod. "Okay, but really text me okay?"

Nikki nods and smiles at him, she kisses him on the cheek and slowly leaves the room, Nikki waves Cara goodbye and leaves the Lyell.

Jack grabs his things and walks towards Cara who was also ready to go.

They leave the Lyell together heading straight for Jack's house.

Jack and Cara were in Jack's living room watching 'Love Actually'.

Jack had made sure there are subtitles for Cara, making for an easier following of the film. Jack knew Cara loves movies and she kept begging him to watch 'Love Actually' with her.

It was Jack's first time watching the film, and he actually likes this movie and understood why Cara loves it.

Jack tries his best to keep his mind on the movie but he kept thinking about Nikki.

Jack keeps checking his phone for a text but he didn't recieve it yet.

His gaze focused on Cara a couple of times who was on her phone a couple of time and smiling.

He caught her attention and quickly signs and mouths. 'Are you texting someone?'

Cara just nods and quickly places her phone down.

'Who are you texting?'

'Nobody.' Cara signs back smiling cheekly.

Jack frowns and let's it go for this time, his focus went back to the movie.

Half an hour passes, the doorbell rings and Jack's looks confused at Cara.

'Expecting someone?'

Cara shook her head and told him to go open the door.

Jack pauses the movie, standing up and walking towards the front door, opening the door, a small smile creeps on his face when he saw his girlfriend standing there. "Hey you."

Hey," She smiles back.

"You know you have the keys right?" Jack responds.

"I know, but i needed you here to talk, and help me with something."

Jack was confused and watched her with a questioning look. "What's up Nik?"

Nikki let out a light breath, Jack saw she was nervous. "Nik?"

"R-remember when we stood in your backyard a couple of weeks ago when we were doing the penitant case?"

Jack nods and thought about that afternoon. "You came to show me the picture you recieved."

Nikki nods. "Yes, we stood at the tree and you asked me a question, i never answered it and totally changed the subject."

Jack chuckles. "You were in shock Nikki," Jack thinks back, that moment and then realised what he asked her.

He looked at Nikki who now smiled wider. "Are you telling me...?"

Nikki nods smiling and steps aside revealing two big suitcases.

"I rang the doorbell so you could help me carry these suitcases inside."

Jack laughs and the biggest smile appears on his face. "So you are moving in?"

Nikki copies his smile and nods.

"Yes, i would love to move in with you."

Jack closes the gap between them and kisses Nikki passionately, after a few seconds he pulled away and engulfs her in a tight hug. "I love you."

Nikki gladly returned the warm embrace.

"I love you too."

Jack pulls away and grabs the two suitcases and follows Nikki inside.

He set the suitcases in the hallway and grabs Nikki's waiting hand and heads her to the lounge where Cara is sat looking at them with a big smile.

'Finally.' She signs and came to hug the couple.

Nikki laughs and pulls away.

"Thank you for not telling him." Nikki says while doing her best to sign it.

"Wait, she knew?" Jack says.

Cara nods and pulls out her phone to show him who's she been texting while watching the movie.

"Ohh you two played a good game," Jack chuckles, throwing his arm around Nikki, kissing her on the forehead. "Well played Alexander, well played."

"I love you," Nikki looked up to Jack and gave her again one of her best smiles.

"I love you too," Jack leans down and kisses her again.

Cara smiles at the sight of the pair and went back to sit on the couch, she waves at the pair to join her.

"Oh! Love Actually?! I love that movie!" Nikki beams and took Jack's hand to lead him to his couch.

Jack sits down and pulls Nikki on his lap, she giggles and made herself comfortable on his lap. Jack kisses her on the top of her head.

Cara looks at the pair and smiles. She always loved them together and couldn't be happier for the pair.
