Another idea just wouldn't stop bugging me, so I ended up writing two drabbles.

Weird realities
Dean startled awake as he felt something soft and warm settle in his lap.
His hand automatically reached for his trusted bowie knife.
"What the...?"
His arm stilled as he realized what lay in his lap, awestruck by the sight.
"Dean, what are you...?"
"Is that a unicorn in your lap?!"
Dean gave a small nod, careful not to spook the delicate creature.
"I thought the myth said they only came to virgins?"
"Well, I guess it's confirmed then, I really have been rehymenated!" Dean said smugly as he petted the unicorn.
Sam just shook his head at his brother.
