So, I got some bad news for people who were enjoying this story.

I'm probably not updating it. Not for a long time at least.

I haven't had the same motivation for this as I once had, especially since I've come to realize that I've basically turned Nolan into DCEU Superman and rushed this story to hell and back to keep pumping out chapters. I would like to finish it or begin rewriting it, preferably the former, but any motivation I did have of coming back to this story has been pretty much destroyed, by one simple commenter on AO3.

This particular commenter goes by the name of Nikocado Fan#1.

Allow me to show all of you the three comment notifications I got from this piece of shit within five fucking minutes!

Congratulations, Dickhead. You managed to singlehandedly kill this story for a while.

Oh, and each are copied and pasted from the notifications I have on my email. So deleting them won't do much good.

Let's get one thing straight: You go way past being an asshole. I'm wondering if Mommy or Daddy ever showed you any ounce of discipline, or if I'm even talking to an adult, which just goes to show the state humanity as a whole is in, but that's what I'm here to talk about.

I write my stories based on my own interests. I write them on the inspiration I have for them, and the motivation for them. I do not write for your enjoyment alone.

I could care less what you have to say after these comments, and this story is pretty much dead in the water for me because of these, because I can assure you, posting shit like this will not encourage me to write. All it will do is encourage me to take longer, out of pure spite.

See, not only did only call me plenty of racial slurs, none of which make any iota of sense, but you said in two separate reviews that you hope I am raped and called me a faggot... while also insulting the LGBTQ+ community in the process, all the while attacking a man who doesn't even fall into this community.

You are one of the many things wrong with this world, and you better believe I mean that.

So, yeah, to anyone who enjoyed this story, you know who to blame, and you know exactly why I'm done with this story for the time being.

I genuinely apologize to anyone who was looking forward to seeing how this story played out, but for the time being... it's done. It will be marked completed, and until I find motivation to continue or rewrite it, it's effectively canceled.
