Zirrinni stood beside Mai and Ty Lee, all three still dressed as Kyoshi Warriors, as Azula looked to the Dai Li.

"You lot are not trusted by the Earth King or his Council of Five. Long Feng, your leader, was imprisoned by them. They'll soon turn against and eliminate you. This is a matter of life and death. The coup will be swift and decisive. The King and his generals must be taken out simultaneously. By Long Feng's orders, you'll be under my command while the government is overthrown. Any disloyalty, hesitation, or weakness will be snuffed out. Dismissed." The Princess said. The Dai Li left while Azula walked to her friends.

Ty Lee began pouring some tea. "Great speech, Azula. Pretty, poetic, and good kind of scary." The acrobat said as she handed a cup to Azula.

"I though that guy with the scar was gonna piss himself because of you." Mai smirked.

"The Avatar and my family are still loose ends." Azula said.

"So far, things are going according to plan. With Katara in captivity, Aang with come rushing from wherever he is to try and save her." Zirrinni said as she poured herself some tea. "Zuko and Iroh may provide a little more difficult challenge. How can we lure them to the palace?" She asked as she took a sip of her tea.

"I've already arranged that, dear." Azula said, causing Zirrinni to blush lightly.

The next day, Dai Li agents stood before Zuko and Iroh and surrounded then when Zirrinni and Azula walked into their view.

"You two!" Zuko growled.

"Met the Dai Li? Earthbenders with a Firebender killer instinct." Azula said.

"You're outnumbered, guys. I suggest you surrender." Zirrinni said.

"Curious as to how I became known as the Dragon of the West?" Iroh asked.

"I have no interest in a lengthy anecdote, Uncle." Azula said.

"This is more of a demonstration."

Zirrinni arched a brow as Iroh drank some tea...before he breathed fire at the Dai Li with Zuko behind him. Zirrinni had a water dome around herself and Azula for protection before Iroh blasted through the wall of the room. Iron soon shot lightning, blasting a whole in the wall of the corridor they were running through then jumped to the ground.

Zuko turned to face his sister. "Challenging me to an Agni Kai?"

An Agni Kai was a traditional duel amongst the benders the Fire Nation. Many in the Fire Nation military were renowned for their successful victories in an arena built for an Agni Kai.

"Yes, I am!" Zuko said.

"No, thank you." Azula said

Zuko shot off a fireball at Azula, but Zirrinni extinguished it with her waterbending.

"I'll take you on, but I won't fight fair." The dual bender said.

Zuko shot off another fireball at Zirrinni, but she deflected it and shot off two of her own at him, catching him off guard and allowing the Dai Li an opening to pin Zuko's left foot and right hand to the floor. As he struggled to get free, Zirrinni and Azula walked away while the Dai Li apprehended Zuko.

"Wonderful work, Zirrinni." Azula said with a smile once they were alone.

"You taught me well." Zirrinni smiled back.

The two girls slowly leaned into each other, as if something magnetic was drawing them closer and closer. Once their lips met, their eyes closed and they became wrapped up in each other's arms as passion was added to the kiss. They stayed like this for a few minutes before breaking apart for air.

"That was amazing..." The two girls breathed out in unison before kissing again.

Later, Zirrinni was meditating in the throne room with Mai, Ty Lee, and Kuei when Sokka and Toph ran into the room.

"We're in time! Thank goodness!" Sokka said, waking Zirrinni from meditation with a slight smirk.

"For what?" Kuei asked.

"Yeah." Ty Lee asked then did a one handed flip to Sokka. "For what, cutie?"

"I'm kinda with Suki." He said.

"Who?"

Before the conversation could continue, Toph used Earthbending and sent Ty Lee away from the two of them.

"These girls aren't the real Kyoshi Warriors!" The blind girl said.

Kuei gasped while Zirrinni stood up and her smirk grew. "Sorry to disappoint you, Sokka." She said then Mai threw some of her knives at the two heroes, but Toph blocked them before sending her defensive wall to Mai, who jumped out of the way, but Toph used her Earthbending again and sent Mai to the side.

Zirrinni used her Firebending to fly above the ground. "Good luck trying to hit me when I'm not on the ground, little girl!" She said then shot a fireball at the younger girl, who dodged out of the way. Toph soon collided with a walk of ice and let out a grunt of pain.

"Enough. This is over." Azula said and everyone but Toph saw her holding Kuei hostage.

Toph and Sokka out their hands up then both Ty Lee and Zirrinni chi blocked them, sending the two heroes to the floor. Mono tried to run, but the DO Li caught him in a rock hand.

Long Feng arrived as Kuei, Sokka, Momo, and Toph were taken to the dungeons. He smirked at her. "Now comes the double cross. Dai Li, arrest the Princess and the Dragon Rider." He said but they didn't move. "What is the meaning of this?!"

"They haven't made up their minds yet. They want to see how this ends." Azula said.

"What?"

"I can see your life in your eyes. Born with nothing but got to your position through struggling, conniving, and clawing. But the divine right to rule is innate."

"They don't know if it's you or Azula who sits on the throne or bows down." Zirrinni smirked. "But the three of us do."

Azula sat on the throne and crossed a leg while smirking at Long Feng.

He bowed in defeat. "I've been beaten at my own game."

"Please. You weren't even a player." Azula said.

Originally, I was planning to wait until after the ending of Book 2 to reveal how Zirrinni and Azula felt about each other, but I felt like this was better

Also, I'm debating on who Zee's voice should be. I'm leaning towards Casey Lee Williams from the show RWBY, mainly because I always see Zirrinni as a singer. Should I go with Casey or someone else?
