HOOK PUSHES HARDER

Guilt was knawing at Emma's insides.

You had to go and do that didn't you.She took you in helped you through the night.She didn't push you to talk and how did you repay her?Saying the only thing that could make the mare's heart crumble from heart.It had taken years for Regina to forgive herself and now she had reopened that wound.Not only that she even reawakened the memories that she could only imagine how badly the brunette wanted to forget and from the way she said it no one else probably even knew.She could state her plight and get s million shoulders to cry on but if Regina said so they would just dismiss it as a false excuse.After their rift Regina had no one to confide in or find comfort in.

These memories hit her full force as tears streamed down her eyes.Her body took on autopilot as her spine shivered with quiet sobs.When her brain finally snapped into place she noticed that her body had led her to the the delicious smell coming from decant bear claws in Granny's.Her eyes suddenly locked with those of her beloved babe and a cheeky grin spred across Hope's face.Seeing Hope wide awake pushed a little colour back to her cheeks and soft smile made itself known on her face.

The tinkle of the doorbell rang in Emma's ears as the colour drained from her face on seeing the familiar bundle of brown hair resting gently on the mare's head.She immediately bolted to a seat so that the ex-queen couldn't spot her.

When Ruby walked over she sheepishly ordered a grilled cheese ,fries and a bear claw in such whispers that Emma felt glad that Ruby had wolf ears.

Just as Emma was about to make a dashing exit not even knowing where to go.The one-handed bastard stepped in causing Emma to cower in his shadow.

"C'mon Swan...You don't want to deprive me of my daughter do you...?

Emma grasped her daughter tighter but didn't say anything.At that,Hook grabbed her elbow ever so harshly and led her out only to be stopped as she felt the elbow in his grasp disappear in a puff of purple smoke.Emma reappeared in the brunette's dining room as Regina's hand swiftly left her wrist.As Regina quickly offered to poof Emma to her parents,Emma interrupted her monologue by planting a gentle kiss on the brunette's lips and it calmed her worrying heart when she kissed her back.

Thank god I know how to read people well...otherwise... I would have never realised...

Killian shook the man as violently as he could.

"I don't know where Emma is Hook let me go...please..." the man pleaded.

"Regina magicked her somewhere...I saw her grab Emma's wrist before both of them disappeared in a puff of purple smoke..." a random person yelled from the depths of the crowd.

The captain didn't spare a glance towards his informer as he stomped towards 108 Milfin Street.

"Emma are you alright?"Regina breathed out when their intimate kiss finally broke..

"Thanks to you" Emma wrapped the older woman in a tight embrace.

Their first true hug was suddenly broken at the slamming of the door as a voice bellowed through the house.

"Emma where are you...I know you are in there...you have no idea how much Regina's going to pay for stealing you from me..."

"Emma's not an object Hook"Regina spat as she stepped into the living room with Emma following right behind.

Hook advanced on Emma Regina rose her hands to subdue the pirate with magic when a leather cuff bound her wrist.She gasped in surprise as Hook punched her in the stomach so hard that Regina fell to her knees.Seeing Regina's weakened form he kicked her into the wall.

Emma used the distraction to call 911 as she pleaded with Hook to stop planting firm punches on the already bloodied face of the mare.Tears streamed down her face as the mare slumped against the wall leaving a bloody trail.

As Regina fell unconscious, the sirens of the police cars shook the house.Hook grabbed Emma as he bolted for the back door.His eyes widened...almost comically... as officers entered through the back door surrounding and handcuffing the pirate.

Seizing her new found freedom Emma dashed to the mare's side as black spots filled the brunette's vision.

"I love you Emma.."

"I love you too...you're going to be ok..."

Emma held her hand reverantly the whole ride to the hospital silently praying that this love too wouldn't come to an abrupt end for her.
