The leaf squad members, including the sand siblings, held their heads with their hands to cover the thunderous noise that shackled the whole ground. Sighing in relief, they remained taciturn and unstiffened their shoulders before they looked up closely to see if it was gone.
"What… the hell was that?" Kiba questioned.
"A bomb," Tenten answered.
"Yeah, but it's so ear-splitting and now I can barely hear things or smell my own scent, except the smoke," he complained, whereas Akamaru barked.
"We're safe now," Temari reassured.
"Thanks to Gaara," Kankuro noted when they were all covered by a huge sand that was placed on top of them by the red-haired Kazekage.
"And before we catch up to him, there are some seniors who need our assistance," she instructed.
They looked at each other and nodded in accordance as they all scattered off.

At the same time, Gaara withdrew his sand back to his gourd, panting breathlessly as the sweats had formed around the side of his temples. He was about to collapse on his knees until he felt a hand holding onto his arm to support him. Glancing over his shoulder, he frowned at the Uchiha, who was gazing at the sight of the bomb explosion that ensued in the sky.
He stood up on his feet and exhaled out, saying. "Thank you..."
The dark-haired ninja slightly gave him a curtly nod after he teleported beside him. "Look, you can all have the anger and you have every right to be-"
"That's fine."
"Hm?" He blinked in a puzzled expression.
"I'm not going to go over and advise you to leave again because I know that it's not something that Sakura would want. I know this because she needs you and she still cares for you," Gaara said.
"I'm sorry…" Sasuke apologized.
"For what?"
"For creating that monster when I shouldn't have…"
"I see… We can talk about this later. As of now, we better make sure we rescue her before Shin takes over."
"Right," he agreed, then he activated his Sharingan on his right eye and further dived deep into his own vision as he saw the area. "She's inside the cave."
"Where?"
"Upright center to the farthest end."
"Alright. We have to hurry."
"Hmm," Sasuke hummed in a response as he jumped onto the sand that was occupied beneath Gaara's feet as he began to shift towards the next region.

The kunai knives and shurikens had been clashing against each other back and forth with so much noise. Every single one of the leaf jonin had been struggling to defeat their enemies for more than three hours and there was no progress in what they've done so far.

Kakashi's POV
Zenchi smiled wickedly in a mocking way, saying. "It's no use. Why don't you just give it up already, White Fang?!"
"Damn… I've used up all of my chakra. To be underestimating them was a mistake," he said irritatingly to himself. "At this rate, we'll be annihilated."
"Say 'hi' to your father in hell, Kakashi Hatake!" Zenchi exclaimed grimly.

Iruka's POV
"You are still a pathetic old teacher and now you are about to die right here where nobody will remember you," Mingyu spat while looking down onto his body and stomped on his wrist to stop him from getting the kunai knife.
"Keep talking, but you are still going to lose," he replied grotesquely.
"We'll see about that, you fool!" He said as he grabbed the weapon before he stabbed him on his back.
Immediately, a grayish-looking hand, which appears to be a puppet, has knocked it out of Mingyu's grasp.

Yamato's POV
Kaito cackled hysterically and performed his own jutsu with a furious voice. "Now, die!"
He shut his eyes when the attack is currently coming on its way to him by smashing the wood into halves.

Kurenai's POV
"Heh. It would've been gruesome if you end up being dead and your child finds out," he smirked as he watched her struggling to breathe.
Although, she was keeping herself composed while she's trying to be steady on her feet. With her hands clasping together firmly, she narrowed her eyes to perform one of her abilities.

Guy's POV
"What are you smiling about when you are about to die?!" Raki yelled sadistically.
But he closed his eyes with a calm grin, just when he was about to get killed in a matter of seconds.
Until a leg and an arm had smacked the lights out of him that shocked the both of them.
"Leaf Hurricane!"
Guy blinked as he saw his students defending him and confronting the enemy right before them. "Lee, Tenten…"

The five leaf jonin were all startled as soon as they saw the squad members shielding them from the attacks that happened. As for the enemies, they were bewildered after seeing them in person.

Kakashi's POV
"Damn, not you guys!" Zenchi gritted his teeth as he continued to fume.
"Sucks for you because the leaf squad is about to save the day," the blonde-haired ninja grinned enthusiastically.
He glared at him as he described. "You must be the nine-tailed fox, the son of the fourth Hokage… Naruto Uzumaki."
The blonde-haired ninja tilted his head forward in confirmation and added in amusingly. "You got that right. You must be one of Shin's minions."
"What'd you say to me?!"
"It seems that you're on the loose end here," Neji smirked at the rogue ninja after he laid his arms out and revealed the Yin-Yang sign around him, crying out. "Eight Trigrams: Vacuum Palm!"
"Eh?!" Zenchi went blank in distraught when he glanced over his shoulder to see that the air waves were striking forward in a flash, causing him to fly over and grunt, along with one of Naruto's well-known jutsu.
"RASENGAN!"
Suddenly, the blue chakra sphere instantly hit his abdomen.
"Gahhh!" Zenchi cried out and crashed onto the trees, leaving him unconscious.
"Yes! We did, Neji!" Naruto bumped his fists proudly, whereas the Hyuga nodded with a smile and Kakashi jumped down to tie the enemy's wrists in chakra ropes.

Iruka's POV
"Who are you?!" Mingyu questioned with a nasty look.
"I'm Shino Aburame from the Hidden Leaf," he introduced calmly.
"Kankuro from the Hidden Sand," he said, half-smirking.
"Tsch. You both ain't even real students because one of you looks like a delinquent or juvenile. The one with makeup on," Mingyu remarked carelessly.
Kankuro kept his smug grin and chuckled. "Hehe. I had people say that about me, but I'm used to it. Wanna know why? Because I don't give a single shit about your opinion."
"Ah, you sure you're not butthurt? Hmm. You're too cocky and it makes me want to- Huh?!" The enemy looked down on his knees when he noticed that there were little insects crawling all the way to his pants. He became horrified at the sight of the infestations that were manifesting in his skin as well as the cockroaches that were flying towards his face. He backed away and kept dodging them by slicing them with his kunai knife. "Argh! Get off of me!"
However, they started to grow larger and expanded their arms and legs, shooting their saliva at him that wrapped his head in a gooey bubble. He then loses his balance and is now being held by one of the puppets.
"You will pay for this!"
"I don't think so," Kankuro said when he curled his fingertips to control the puppet by knocking through Mingyu's stomach out of his consciousness.
"Time is up," Shino declared calmly and watched his body slumped over.
"The show is over," Kankuro smirked.
Iruka held his arm and smiled at the two young men. "Thanks, you guys."
"No problem," they said in unison.

Yamato's POV
Kaito was astounded after seeing the three ninjas that stood right before him.
"Bah. What are you pests doing here!?"
"We could ask you the same thing, but let's just get this thing over with," Temari said, sighing in annoyance.
"Oh yeah?! Let's see if you can try!" He shouted, then he froze up and tried to move his arms until he saw something beneath his feet. He questioned in stupefaction. "What?!"
"Shadow Possession: Complete," Shikamaru noted, kneeling down with his fingers crossed in a hand sign technique.
He couldn't move his whole body, except he made a gaze in the corner of his eyes, clenching his teeth.
"Now, Choji! Temari! Go!" Shikamaru exclaimed.
He bumped his fists up and cried out in excitement. "Woohoo! Time to kick some butt! Human Bullet Tank!"
"Wind Release: Great Sickle Weasel Jutsu!" Temari said loudly as she blew her huge fan back and forth to create the waves.
"Gah!" Kaito screamed out in agony as he flew back and lost his consciousness.
Yamato sat down and sighed while rubbing the back of his neck in relief. "Gee.. Thank you, guys… He almost had me there."
"No worries. He's out cold now. We should take him and the others to the boat," Shikamaru instructed.
"Agreed," he said with a nod and opened his palm to create wooden handcuffs around Kaito's wrists.

Guy's POV
Raki's chest was heaving up and down as he ended up cracking his knuckles. He snapped and stomped his foot on the surface pettily. "That was close!"
"Hehehe, too bad because we're here to stop you!" Tenten blew a raspberry towards him, which pissed him off a lot.
"These are your students?! What a bunch of weaklings," he insulted, then performed a few hand signs, saying. "Ninja Art: Volcanic Outbreak!"
Within five seconds, there was no sign of fire coming in between them till he realized that one of them was about to aim their punches towards his back. "Hmm?!"
A thunderous smack was heard when he choked out of blood as he saw his grin that signifies his strength.
"Strong Fist!" Guy said in his mind.
"Bashosen," Tenten blew a large fan that consisted of all five elements of nature. Then, she uses her scrolls to throw the shurikens and knives that knocked his weapons off of his hands.
"No… NO!" Raki yelled as he was wrapped around by Lee's bandages, only to find out that he's done for.
"Primary Lotus!"
"Shit…!" He swore to himself and watched Guy charge against him by smacking him through the chest and head for one last time. "Gah!"
Then, he fell on the ground with a thud as soon as Tenten handcuffed him using the chains she had summoned.
"Nice work!" She chirped.
"Sensei, you did it!" Lee said happily.
"No, Lee. We all did it!" Guy corrected as they both gave thumbs up to one another.

Kurenai's POV
"Ah. You guys look like bratty little kids. Ain't no way you're going to trespass me," Hara scoffed.
"We'll see about that. Let's go, Akamaru!" Kiba signaled him to merge together with one of the impactful techniques they would always use. "Fang Over Fang!"
"Hm?!" Hara went blank, raising his eyebrows in distraught and covered himself up with an icicle defense, then transitioned it into weapons. "Ninja Art: Multi-Shards of Narrow Ice!"
The icicle sticks were striking towards him and Akamaru, who got impaled.
"Is that all you've got?! You're so weak, " he remarked until he was hit multiple times in every part of him.
"Twin Lion Fists!" Hinata swung her fists, full of blue chakra that thwacked him straightly off.
"Ahh!" He choked with an anguish, falling down with nothing to hold onto.
"Tail Chasing Fang Fang Rotating Fang!" Kiba exclaimed as he and Akamaru were rotating to perform their powerful attack on him.
"No, no!" Hara begged for mercy.
Thus, his body was captured by Kurenai, who held the knife against his neck. "It's over for you."
Hara glared daggers at her and the two of her former students, cursing them with a hoarse tone of his voice. "Damn, you all."
