Hey all! Afraid I have some bad news for everyone today. After a long time of consideration, I've decided that I will be removing all my Harry Potter fanfics off this site as of June 30th. Quite frankly, this is due to the stomach churning beliefs of JK Rowling, along with her assertion that anyone who still engages with her franchise tacitly approves of her views. I make no judgements on what other people choose to do, but my own moral code leaves me no other option but to remove my stories from public circulation.
I know this is disappointing, but that's why I've chosen to give a few months' advance notice for anyone interested to download my Harry Potter stories for your personal consumption. I'm going to ask that my stories not be reposted, but if you want to write your own spin on any of them, be my guest.
Will I ever return? Sadly, the answer is probably no. As long as JK Rowling still espouses her hatred, I will not want to be associated with anything she's touched. But who knows? Maybe she'll see the light someday and start working to undo all the harm she's done. But I'm not about to hold my breath.
