Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of the Ogre's Rabbit. Enjoy the 4300-word chapter I don't own Titanfall or Genlock, Rooster teeth, Respawn and a few others do.
(The Anvil)
Cammie looked at Aiden who was still sitting in the cell, slumped across the room and on the floor.
All of it became more and more interesting to her and looked to the side before snapping her fingers. She felt bored but interested at the end of the day.
It'd become a lot harder to try and get over such issues. Cammie didn't know who the hell they were and such problems only seemed to become odder and odder, for now, focused more and more at the end of the day.
These sorts of issues would only make her confused. Who the hell was this militia? Where did they get this sort of tech? Why were they here at the end of the day? All of these problems just built back up.
"Ya going to talk or just sit there?" Aiden asked, tapping his nose and then the wall. "I'm very glad to try and relax, for now, I don't even begin to understand where I am and yet you walk in to try and talk… Then don't at all talk." Aiden said before he felt silent and smirked to himself as of the time being.
"Maybe, but ya ain't exactly what I expected for a military officer at the end of the day. We don't exactly get to see giant space robots from space at the end of the day." Cammie said before shrugging to herself.
"And? Do you think I'm used to robots the size of skyscrapers, lady? You going to kill me, then kill me. I'd rather die out in the middle of the battlefields than sit in some cushy little cell like this." Aiden stated before looking to the side as she turned and felt more and more interested.
She yawned and tapped on the wall before clicking her fingers against one another.
It was true robots that big were not common and yet it was clear Aiden was taking them lightly. He was a very strong soldier at the end of the day which meant they had more and more problems at the end of the day.
Cammie uncrossed her legs and slowly walked up to the cage as did Aiden. He knew more and more about her that she wasn't a soldier and she was all too amused, curious as to what to say at the moment.
"Are you ok? I don't know what to tell you and I am curious about who the hell are you. You aren't a soldier considering you don't act like one, not one who is used to combat when it comes down to it. I don't doubt you are very damn good at fighting." Aiden said before tapping on the wall, utterly amused.
"But your not a soldier, soldiers don't walk around like this. They don't act like their scared this often. Most soldiers know they are going to die sooner or later." Aiden stated before he smirked to himself.
There were a lot more problems to try and talk about. She was a very odd woman but one he understood clearly.
There was a lot more to try and understand at the end of the day. Something he was confused about at the end of the day before he clicked his tongue.
She was an odd woman, a very odd one who was very skilled at war from what he saw and it was clear more and more he grow tired, unsure of what to try and do at the end of the day.
There was a lot more to do at the end of the day. He didn't at all know if she was supposed to be someone he could trust and it was clear more and more that such measures were going to make him relax more and more.
"Can I ask something or do you want me to talk for a few seconds and then go onto 30 questions if that's the case? I can do that. We can just sit here and contemplate reality itself while I point out whatever you want to know." Aiden said as he turned and looked around.
There was a bittersweet amusement in his words as if there was a tiresome relaxation upon his mind and it was clear more and more to this sort of game was to be amusing at the end to just deal with so soon.
It was a lot odder to deal with, a lot odder… Even feeling a lot like a smaller burden at the end of the day when push came to shove and all of it was decided at the end of today. There were a lot more games to be ended and all of it simply rolled off his mind.
"I don't know you but I want to… You know those machines are something you like, know? You like them, don't you?" Cammie asked before clicking her fingers and watching as Nugget climbed up her shoulder.
"No more than you do, you know… There's a lot to try and do and so much to go around and see…. It gets better the more you get to look at it and take it apart you know. I don't know what to try and say at the end of the day." Cammie heard before she fell silent.
There were a lot more games at the end to try and end and both could see it. she saw a smirk on his face, an eagerness to try to understand her as if he didn't know what was going on at the end of the day… It'd be nice if only they could find some common ground.
She smiled all the time at this, amused more and more and sure he wasn't as bad as they wanted to believe in him more than anything, it was a lot more terrible than it had any real right to be and yet was utterly terrible at the end of the day.
Aiden and Cammie looked through the glass at one another, interested more and more at the other, unsure what to say, what to do. It was clear both of them trusted the other and there was no disgust and hatred of her at the end of the day.
"Are you ok?" Cammie asked before Aiden hummed.
"I don't think I've been ok since the war started back home, Cams. I've been a soldier for a very long time and it isn't exactly fun like you might think, war is just part of me at this time." Aiden stated before he shrugged and looked down at the ground.
"War is still not that bad, not when your fighting terrible people," Cammie said as Aiden hummed.
"True, but wars have a habit of making MOST people terrible. You don't just shoot down bad guys without having a conscience over and over and over again." Aiden stated before he slowly started to cross his arms before awning to himself.
"So you're a soldier over and over again. I don't know what war is like when it comes down to it." Cammie said, crossing her legs under her.
"Something tells me we might have more in common than you think…. Cams? Do you like seeing how Hav works without doing something nasty, ya? He's not done anything like try to blow up and take half the base with him so I doubt he's worried around you." Aiden asked before he slowly started to look down at the ground.
This seemed to be something more and more fascinating at the end of the day. Cammie tapped on her legs before looking up at the ceiling and then down at him.
"Yeah, he's a very nice robot. Advanced AI with an advanced personality module implanted?" Cammie questioned as he nodded. "Ah, Hav must have evolved to reach metastability or something similar at the end of the day… Pretty advanced for something that doesn't look as high-tech as the Holons. No, he does." Cammie said before drumming her fingers on her legs as he did so.
"There's a lot more to try and focus upon at the end of the day," Aiden said before he slowly started to pace back and forth.
He seemed to be more and more interested at the end of the day.
He looked down at the ground before he looked upwards at the time and he slowly started to glance upwards and into the ceiling. He smiled, utterly unsure of what to say and do before yawning.
This seemed to be more and more tiresome before now and utterly tired, utterly unsure of herself.
"Are you going to be ok with it?" Cammie asked before he nodded and was utterly unsure of what to do next.
"Are you going to be ok at the moment?" Aiden asked before she nodded to herself
"Good, there's so much to try and figure more and more understanding more to try and understand. I'm starting to see more that whatever war is happening here. It's been going on a LOT longer than ours has, you guys have been busy fighting someone a lot longer than you've been a soldier on the frontlines." Aiden said before Cammie's eyes widened.
"How did…?" Cammie asked only for Aiden to slide down the wall, looking at him with a raised eyebrow.
"It's in your eyes, you don't want to fight people, and you are far too young to be someone whos been to war and back. It's not an insult, I'm special forces, reading people and reacting is part of what I am and will always be." Aiden said as Cammie hummed.
"If you're a soldier? Why fight us? I've never seen soldiers like you before and I don't think those types of machines are something from around these parts, not at all something regular guys pilot." Cammie said as Aiden hummed.
"Your robot is the size of an office building. I don't want to pick a fight with something that can pop me like a zit. If you noticed? I ran away and only did something to slow you down, that charge would have barely put a dent in a tank where I'm from." Aiden said before he tucked his hands into his armor.
He didn't want to say much if at all but it was clear more and more that whatever he did?
They were stuck in relaxing and understanding at the moment, something that could only be dealt with words and not anything else. All of it became harder to try and understand at the end of the day.
"Are you sure you are going to be ok?" Aiden asked before he looked down at the moment.
He had a lot more to figure and all of this wasn't helping at all. Everyone around him was odd and here he was… Trying and failing to figure it out at the time being, too much to say and do something about as of now.
Something he was just too worn down at the time. And it was just too much to handle at the moment, far too much for now.
Still? Aiden looked at Cammie, the one who had been all too confused by his antics to do much at the moment, something that could only get to relax and would continue to relax more and more.
It was something that had a lot more on the line, for the time being, he had very little to consider. Aiden didn't even know her and he felt a sort of kinship that he hadn't before, something he really couldn't figure out for the life of him at the moment.
All of it came harder and harder at the end of the day, something he had to try and figure out. All of it bothered him as he rubbed at his temples once more, unsure of what to do next and what to figure out now.
This had a lot more different than he was used to at the moment.
All of it was harder and harder to try and figure out as of now. He didn't at all know what to say about her, too uncertain of his words more and more.
He didn't want to be able to relax once more as he hummed once more to try and figure out as of now, there was a lot more to try and figure out once more.
He had a lot more to try and figure out as push and shove at the moment. He looked at her, unsure of what she was but he trusted her more and more at the end of the day, something that spurred him to keep going.
"Are you going to be ok? There's a lot more to try and figure out." He asked as he looked down at the ground and hummed as of now.
"Something about me makes me think you're a soldier who is very used to killing people… How long have you been fighting?" Cammie asked before he looked down at the ground, unsure of himself.
"Well, I'm in my 20s, so… 5 or more years, it's very a long time since I've started fighting and I've never stopped fighting when it comes down to it," Aiden said before he looked down at the ground.
"And you like kicking people's asses?" Cammie asked before Aiden shrugged and looked at the ground. "There's a lot we'd have in common at the moment then in that case," Cammie said before Aiden asked.
"Hey, I'm just here to stop bad guys and save my galaxy… Or something like that, lady. Do you want answers? Go tell Havoc you want to talk to the boss… Who will probably ask why someone who isn't me is asking but will probably at least tell you what the IMC want and how to stop them." Cammie heard before he relaxed once more.
He didn't know what to try and figure out about it all and he knew more as of the time being, there was a lot more to try, and figured it all out over and over she slowly started to think more and more as he thought of it.
There was a lot more to try and figure out, something that could and would decide for him, a more and more trifling measure of mercy that the soldier wasn't used to.
It was not a move he wanted to deal with, something he could and would keep going when it came down to it. All of his questions didn't seem to find answers, however. Every single little thing to see and do as of now.
He had so many questions, and moves that could continue to vex him, to burn to the core. A move he didn't want to deal with all the time, a measure of mercy he didn't at all know what to try and figure out once more as of the time being.
All of it seemed to be harder and harder at the moment, something he didn't know what to figure out for now.
"This is going to be a very long day, isn't it?" Aiden asked as he leaned back against the back of his cell, amused more than anything else for the time being.
(With Colonel Marin)
The colonel looked at the machine in front of her, more confused than anything, unsure and uncertain of it all. She knew that this was the machine used for the moment.
He had a lot more to keep going, ready to figure out… He would keep going again and again when this was said and done, more and more as he looked downwards at the ground, something that would continue to bother him again and again for now.
They had a lot more to try and say for now and yet he didn't at all know what else was going on, something he didn't know for now… What was this much What was going on? What had been going on for now, he had to keep going for now.
"This machine is going to be interesting, what had allowed them to make something this… Humanoid?" She asked as the doctor hummed.
"Dr. Weller, it is good to see you for now," Havok stated, ignoring her entirely. "Where is Ms. MacCloud? Has she finished speaking to Major Aiden yet?" Havok questioned, tilting its optic towards her.
"She is still talking to your friend… Wait, she told you her name?" Havok heard as he hummed.
"Yes. She is quite pleasant in repairing me while talking and Major Aiden has instructed me to answer questions with her or any personnel she deems acceptable. She seems to have a friendship with you so I will associate you with acceptable personnel unless personally told otherwise." Havok stated to which he fell silent.
There was something else, a lot more fascination was on his mind, a lot he could at all allow.
"All of it makes little sense, doesn't it?" Havok heard as he hummed and looked downwards at the ground before now.
Whatever came next was going to be an interesting little quirk of it all, there was a lot the duo didn't know about it all.
He was prepared for more and more as he looked at what he said next, he looked downwards at the ground.
The machine was eager to find out what they had said, what had been done next. He didn't at all prepare for what his owner would do, Aiden's plans were always ripped apart at times, and others?
They were powerful, unsure, and unable to be countered by people who had known them coming. They were very good at being insanely overdramatic when it comes down to it, again and again for now did he see it through to the end?
He was quiet, entirely focused on something he couldn't at all understand, the plans he had in his mind seemed to relax again and again.
There was a lack of options in her mind and this? This wasn't to be the best idea upon her mind for now when push comes to shove.
He didn't even know what to try and figure out as he hummed, looking down at the ground before now, seeming to understand what to figure out as of now.
What he could and would have done before now, seeming to try and figure out as he hummed to himself. Cammie was a lot more awkward little thing as he clicked his tongue against the roof of her mouth.
"Ms. MacCloud, what did you wish me to tell you… The Major seems to think you and your friends are a lot better off if I was willing to trust you… He is usually correct upon such things." Cammie said before he sighed to himself as he clicked his tongue.
He hummed to himself while he yawned before he was able to think once more.
They had a lot more to try and understand as he hummed to himself. Perhaps she was true, a clan little person, she didn't seem a soldier as she hummed to himself before he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.
Was she more and more unsure and unable to figure out as he hummed to himself before he looked downwards at the ground as he hummed?
This was so odd, so very odd and so very uncertain for the time being. She almost didn't know what to say or do.
"Are you going to be ok?" Cammie asked before she sighed to herself. "There's a lot more to see and do before you get out of there, ain't there?" Cammie questioned as the machine shrugged, looking down at the ground as if it was so uncertain for now.
"I do not at all know, there's a larger part of my mind that seems to be odder and odder. I don't know what to try and figure out as of now." He said as he looked down at the ground.
"There's a lot more to try and understand, you are… Something I do not know what else is coming downwards to try and figure out as of the time being." Cammie said as he looked downwards at the ground.
The person was odder than he could and would continue to look downwards at the ground, smirking before he sighed.
"Are you going to be ok?" Cammie asked as she sighed.
"I will be… What of you? you are… Unique, your war machine is impressive for the machine invented by a human." Cammie heard as she laughed.
"That's funny… You had a sense of humor put in by him, didn't you? He liked to make jokes, didn't he?" Cammie asked as Havok hummed.
"He reminds me of you… Only you are more eccentric. You are not a soldier by heart, you joined because something made you this way, didn't it?" Cammie questioned before she looked downwards at the ground.
He was far too silent, FAR too silent, unable to fathom life for now and unable to work towards it for now. such things did not end, would not end at the moment as he glanced downwards before he sighed to himself as he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mind.
Whatever he dealt with? he would not be able to relax as he hummed once more…
There was a delicious amusement to himself as he yawned, utterly able to do more than relax, unable to take it all to task, not at all knowing what was coming next. Such moments would live rent free in his mind.
"He's told me a lot about you…. Are you ok?" Cammie asked as the moment fell upon them.
"Is the Major all right?" Cammie heard to which there was a nod. "Yes. I am… I am more than hardware and software. I must protect my commanding officer as you must protect your friends." Havoc stated to which he could only relax once more.
There was a lot more to try and deal with it all as he clicked his fingers. He would allow it and seem to end as he had a lot more to try and figure out as of the time being.
Whatever he was able to deal with it all as now? Cammie looked at him as he sighed once more, unable to do more than relax.
Cammie was unable to do more and more, ready to click her tongue against the roof of his mouth as she sighed.
"You ok?" Cammie heard before she looked at the mech.
"Yeah… Just a bit thrown off." Cammie stated as she sighed before she clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth.
She would not be able to do more than relax, more as she hummed, watching as the machine extended a metallic hand towards her, pondering what to do for now as it analyzed her silently.
He knew more and more that such problems would be unable to try and figure something else before he relaxed.
"I would suggest you talk to try to the major. There's a lesson he wants to try and figure out once more… And he's a lot more interested in you for now. This monstrous way…" Cammie stated before she sighed and she hummed once more.
There was a lot more to try and deal with for now… There was such mercy in how he talked, he didn't wish to talk to her, to them all at the moment. There was a lot more to try and deal with as he sighed. He wanted to trust her and she knew it, knew deep down he wished to be silent, utterly unable to relax.
He would not at all be able to relax once more… Such problems would be dealt with she would never be able to relax handling it for now.
Something that honestly needed to die out sooner or later, for the time being, she had a LOT of problems that needed to ask more and more for now, something that she could deal with it.
They had a lot of options before she could utterly cut through before now, she had a lot more peace to try and figure out something again and again.
She hummed before she looked to the side, utterly unable to be thrown to the ground, unsure of it for now and for good at the time being.
She would not be able to try and relax for now as she paused before she paused to seem before she sighed and then looked around the room, utterly thrown off for now by it in waves and droves, all of it would not matter and it would matter.
Yet? She looked at Havoc as the mech seemed to only pause, thinking of something or other.
Perhaps she wanted to know, perhaps she would know what he was like… Yet? She looked at him as he paused, utterly silent, utterly unable to do more than relax.
"Attention all units?" They heard as they paused to relax. "We require all soldiers in the field… Repeat, all units are to report to the field instantly." They heard as he paused, thinking for now what to try and figure something out.
It would be rather odder, too interested in what to try and figure something out at the end of the day.
