The scene starts the next morning, the camera pans to the Scallywags waking up bright and late. They had stayed up until at least three AM last night, celebrating and drinking the night away. They used up their entire stash of rum in one night, which they were not happy about this morning. Suddenly enough, a large blast of sound comes directly from the speaker, "Ahoy, mateys! It's your rest day! Come up to the deck, Chef has made a special breakfast for you all this morning…" Chris ends off his morning announcement with a sinister giggle. By the time the speakers cut off sound, all of the Scallywags in the girl's quarters have already been well awoken.

"I want to punch him already and I haven't even rubbed the crusties out of my eyes." Eva angrily states as she gets out of bed and gets ready to go have breakfast. The other two follow suit, the dark circles under their eyes could not be covered by any sort of makeup, they slouch as they walk to the deck for breakfast.

The guys, on the other hand, seem perfectly fine as they wake up. Topher walks over to the mirror and starts to comb his hair to perfection. As he does so, Justin bumps Topher out of the way to comb his own hair in the mirror. Topher gives Justin a nasty look.

"Oops." Justin says with a smirk, knowing exactly what he did, Topher rolls his eyes and tries to get a bit more space in front of the mirror. Justin simply shoves him back to where he just was, Topher then sprays a bit of hairspray at Justin's face. Justin grumbles under his breath.

"Oops!" Topher mocks, grinning widely as he takes over the mirror to complete his morning routine. After he's finished, he sets down his hairspray and starts to walk to the deck. Justin takes the opportunity to use some of Topher's hair spray as his own. The camera pans to the other cabin, who don't seem to be fairing so well.

"I don't even care about immunity anymore! I just want beds back…" Tyler grumbles as he stretches, his eyes being heavier than rocks.

"If only we kept Tubby around for a day longer so he would suffer with us," Anne Maria complains as she tries to apply her makeup with the boat tossing her around, "I wish I was the one eliminated at this point!"

The rest of the team looks at her with shock, "But the million dollars? You really think sleeping down here every once and a while isn't worth one million dollars?" Dakota asks Anne Maria, who takes a second to contemplate.

"What would we even do if we won the money?" Anne Maria gives a general question to the rest of the team.

"I would get the rest of these scales surgically removed… not the best appearance to walk into an audition with," Dakota replies to the question, looking insecurely at the radioactive scale on her arms, "Really sucks that daddy didn't get that lawsuit taken care of."

Dave looks at her strangely, "Couldn't you just ask your father to pay for your surgery?" He asks curiously, Dakota looks down at the ground.

"He said stocks were down, I don't know anything about stock, but I think that means he doesn't have money right now." Dakota responded, she put on a hoodie to hide the scales.

"I would expand my makeup line and take my daddy on a nice cruise, he deserves it," Anne Maria smiles widely, "I know taking care of me for eighteen years was not easy." she giggles.

"What about your mom?" Brick asks, Anne Maria's eyes widen and she starts to giggle a bit. The rest of the team looks at her with concern.

"My momma was a no-good deadbeat, that's what my daddy said, I don't think I ever met her before." Anne Maria responded.

Tyler stands up abruptly, "I would totally buy a car and a house with my Lindsay," he daydreamed, "We could probably get a dog or something too."

"No offense, but I don't think you should be allowed to have a dog." Dave comments with a snarky tone, much to Tyler's offense.

"Well, maybe not, but I totally love those labradoodles, those are the coolest animals ever, I can have one of those for sure." Tyler gloats, the rest of their team hold in their giggles.

"Boy, a labradoodle is a dog!" Anne Maria finally speaks up, Tyler immediately blushes in embarrassment.

"I would pay off my tuition to fashion school and start my own fashion line." Brick dreams.

"Go king, I would totally buy from you." Anne Maria comments, Dakota nods in agreement as they hype Brick up. Dave and Tyler look at each other in confusion.

"You're in fashion school dude?" Tyler asks Brick, who proudly nods and shows off his associates degree in fashion design, the two guys try and hold in giggles.

"You two have a problem with his dreams?" Dakota asks them defensively. They shrug as they give each other another judging look.

"Dave, if you so concerned with his way of life, what you gon' do with the cash?" Anne Maria interrogates, putting Dave directly on the spot, eyes from every corner of the room watch him.

"I don't know yet. I'll figure it out eventually." Dave finally says, taking a weight off of his shoulders, Chris calls over the speakers again for breakfast, Dave gets up almost immediately and heads to the deck, the rest of the Rapscallions follow.

As both teams make it up to the deck, Chris is found right besides the tables, "Greetings! Scallywags, take a look at the Rapscallions, Max got sent off the edge of the ship last night." he announces, their eyes widen as they see the updated team.

"You're telling me that thing actually flings people?" Topher asks, stumbling over his words. The contestants all line up to receive their daily rations.

Chris gives Topher a dirty look, "What else do you think it does, Christopher?"

"Hey! Don't call me that! It's just Topher!" Topher enrages, taking his ration of soup and saltine crackers back to the Scallywag's table.

Dakota looks down at her plate as she receives it, "These are the same saltine crackers that were at last night's elimination ceremony!" she realizes as she compares her crackers with Tyler's.

"Budget cuts." Chris replies, shrugging his shoulders, the group sits and eats their morning breakfast when a group of interns come onto the deck with a various amount of supplies.

"What's all that?" Noah asks, notioning to the large boxes being set down in the middle of the deck, "Those don't look like any sort of budget cuts to me."

"Of course they're not!" Chris exclaims, "These are the games being set out on rest days! Play them all you want." All of the Ex Revenge and Pahkitew contestants gawk at the sight of actual fun provided by the host himself. Noah and Eva shrug and look at each other.

"You're telling me that stuff ain't from no reward challenge?" Anne Maria clarifies, taking continuous glances at the video games and card games being set out.

Chris chuckles a bit, "Yeah, it's your rest day, enjoy it, tomorrow's not going to be easy!" Chris walks off to his quarters and leaves the contestants sitting at the table. Immediately, Dave, Brick, Tyler, and Noah gun it to the video game console setup. Topher, Sammy, Dakota, Justin, Anne Maria, and Katie all decide to play Uno together, Eva goes back to the quarters alone.

At the Uno table, everyone huddles around, Topher takes the deck, he shuffles the deck effortlessly and entertainingly. He gracefully passes out seven cards to each player, who are each astonished by his skills.

"Did you work at a casino?" Anne Maria asks with much interest, though Topher does not respond instantly, he focuses deeply on passing out cards, once he is done, he shakes his head.

"Nope, but it's what three years of on-stage film classes can teach you," Topher gloats, "You can learn some of the most unexpected skills from being an actor."

"What have you professionally acted for?" Sammy asks him.

Topher sets down the starting card as he talks, "Besides for school plays, nothing yet, I'd like my first real job to be my own."

Justin scoffs at his lack of experience, "School plays are not professional, that's like saying that you being on the football team in high school counts as part of your career."

"You know nothing about theater, dude." Topher snaps back, Justin keeps laughing.

"You're right, I wasn't weird in high school." Justin insults one more time before playing his first card of the game.

The group keeps playing the game, the stake's getting increasingly higher with each card played, so far, Sammy has the least cards at four. Dakota has the most at twenty-eight.

"Aw man, Sadie would've loved to play this… she always said that she was the best at Uno, not even her super hot older brother Patrick could beat her!" Katie says, tears forming in her eyes.

CONFESSIONAL:

Katie wipes her tears away and sniffles, she takes a tissue and blows her now runny nose, "I told Sadie I wanted to try something without her, now I kind of regret it… I miss her too much!" Katie keeps sobbing in the confessional unil she hears a knock on the door.

"Are you okay in there?" Sammy can be heard from the outside of the confessional, Katie only sniffles before the camera cuts out.

END OF CONFESSIONAL

"Who's Sadie?" Topher asks.

"Sadie's my best friend in the whole wide world! We've practically known each other since we first entered the womb. We spend all of our time together. The last time we were apart was during Total Drama Island… that was a while ago." Katie rambles on and on.

"Why isn't she here?" Sammy asks Katie, who takes a deep breath. She crosses her legs.

"Well, Sadie's been totes busy with school and stuff, she says she wants to be a lawyer and I totally think she could be one, one time Sadie had to do backup for Gregory Mitchellson in the eighth grade because he got so sick right before the debate tournament and she killed it. Gregory then came back after-"

"I don't think you're answering her question." Justin interrupts, Katie starts to giggle in embarrassment.

She regains her composure, "Hehe, sorry," Justin nods, "Anyways, she's busy… oh! Right! I really just want to accomplish something by myself. Sadie has always been the one to help me, but I want to be more than just Sadie's friend, y'know?"

"I get that, but I totally want to hear more of that story." Dakota comments, Katie's eyes light up in excitement.

Katie begins the story in further detail, much to everyone but Dakota's distaste, the camera shifts over to the guys, who were on a boss level in a video game. Brick leans into the TV screen on the edge of his seat, rapidly pressing a series of buttons that seem to be doing something, the others watch on with almost as much focus as him.

"Come on! Just aim for the back!" Tyler encourages from the sidelines, Brick gives him a quick glance before returning to the game, the boss swings on his character, but he effortlessly dodges.

The others gasp, "He's wide open, you should be able to get a good hit now." Noah analyzes, Brick sneaks up on the boss and swings on it from the back, the boss stumbles a bit before unleashing an angry fury. Brick keeps running, dodging the attacks and sending back projectiles. Soon enough, the boss gets low enough for one more large attack.

Dave crosses his legs and leans in towards the TV, "Please, this is attempt four! We have to have this one in the bag!" Brick runs straight towards the boss at full throttle, he swings straight at its chest. The boss cries out in agony and falls over, it disintegrates in an instant. The group all lets out a triumph cheer.

"Nice, dude! You totally carried us there." Tyler says as he leans back in his chair and daps Brick up, he then stretches his arms behind his head.

Brick takes a large gulp of water, "I didn't think that would work." he takes a few deep breaths as the group starts their next round.

As the guys play, they laugh, celebrate, and argue for about an hour before going to grab lunch, when the guys stand up, Tyler goes and puts his arm around Noah.

"You should totally chill with us more often dude, even if we're on different teams." he suggests, Noah simply shrugs and goes to grab more food from the counter, Chef Hatchet gives the guys a strange look.

"Who said you all get to decide when lunch is? I haven't even begun to prepare anything yet." Chef barks at the guys and points at the exit to his kitchen.

The four get the idea and quickly turn around back to their video games, that is until Noah feels a tug on his sweater, he turns around to see Topher with a goofy grin on his face, Sammy giggles from beside him.

"You really thought Chef would have food prepared?" he jokes, Noah chuckles and goes back to the others, who were waiting for him. The camera pans back to the group playing Uno.

"Dang it!" Sammy complains as she draws eight, a sliver compared to the rest of her deck-like hand. Dakota and Katie giggle at her misery.

"This game really hates you." Justin comments, making the girls giggle harder, suddenly Sammy places down a swap hands.

The group gasps and laughs as Sammy switches hands with Anne Maria, who was on two cards, she playfully scowls, "You ain't gon' get away with this, girl!" Sammy almost falls out of her chair laughing.

The game continues on and eventually Katie wins to just about everyone's surprise, the group goes their separate ways, Justin goes back to the Scallywag's quarters, Katie, Dakota, and Anne Maria decide to sunbathe, Sammy decides to go sit in the kitchen, and Topher goes and watches the guys play their video games.

Chef looks up at the girl walking into the kitchen, "There's no food here!" he shouts from the back. She still continues to walk in, Chef comes out from the inworkings of the kitchen, confused.

"I know," she says, taking a seat at the mini-bar at the counter by the kitchen, "I just wanted to come in here." Chef gets the girl a glass of water, he sets it down in front of her and she takes a sip.

Chef goes back to preparing some food, "Why? You looking for extras?" he questions as he plops down a spoonful of mush into a large bowl over a mixer. Sammy watches the large man as he works.

"No, I just wanted to talk, that's all," Sammy says, taking another sip of water, "If you don't want me here I'll go, I know some people get anxious when people are watching them cook."

Chef looks up from cooking, "No, no, you're free to stay, it's just not many people talk to me unless they want something." he explains with a glum expression.

"I get that," Sammy states, "My sister Amy would always convince everyone I was some sort of freak, so nobody ever liked talking to me either…" she frowns, recalling memories of her past. At that point, Chef stops cooking and comes over to the mini-bar.

"I always hated that girl." Chef grudgingly comments.

"Really?"

"She never treated anyone with respect on that show, always yelled at everyone, I don't like disrespectful people. Plus, I saw the things she did to you." Chef adds to his statement, Sammy's eyes widen, almost with tears starting to form.

Sammy almost forms a smile, "You were on my side?" she asks, holding back tears of joy. Chef simply nods, "Oh, well, that totally doesn't mean anything… definitely, because I'm not around her anymore, I get to be on this show without her dragging me down."

"How's that treating you?"

"Great, actually, look at all the friends I've made, all the cool things I probably wouldn't have been able to do if she was here. But, sometimes people still call me Amy's sister, that still kind of stings." She says, looking at the table, a flashback plays of the first day of when Chris calls her the more pathetic one of the twins, several other clips play off-camera footage of her fellow teammates calling her Amy's sister. The flashback ends and Sammy sighs.

"I'm sure it's going to be fine. You just have to prove them all wrong." Chef says, offering the girl a fistbump. Sammy lightens up, she smiles and gives him a fistbump back. Chef gets up and starts making the meal again. They talk a bit more and as Chef gets done with lunch, he gives Sammy an extra piece of meat. Chef gets on the intercom to announce lunch.

Sammy looks at her tray and smiles, "You didn't have to give me extra, y'know." She goes and sits down at her usual spot at the Scallywag's table.

"I did anyway." He jokes, Sammy laughs as the first of the others come into the mess hall, they grab their food and sit down, most of them sit in different spots than they usually do, Katie comes over to Sammy with Dakota and Anne Maria following behind her.

"So Sadie said to Ella Peterson that she didn't want to go out with Lucas Osler to the dance, and Ella told Lucas that, so Lucas went to me an- oh hey Sammy! I'm just telling the story of how Sadie ended up with four different guys wanting to take her to the spring fling, but she took me instead!" Katie rambles as she sits down. The other two around her do so as well, awaiting the next part of the story.

Sammy smiles as they sit, "Hey! What were you all up to after the Uno game?" she asks, Dakota cups her hand over her mouth and whispers something to Anne Maria, they both laugh hysterically.

"We were gossiping about the guys in the game, then Katie started to tell us about the guys back in her town," Anne Maria explains, "But you would not believe what Katie said about Justin!" Dakota and Anne Maria begin to laugh hysterically again.

Katie flushes red out of embarrassment, "Guysss! Come on! I didn't mean it like that!" she shouts at them while giggling, Sammy sits and watches the madness.

"What did she say?" Sammy asks, Dakota goes to tell her, but cannot due to giggling, her words sound like random jumbles of letters.

"She said Justin was a stud!" Anne Maria blurts out quick enough before howling in laughter, Katie covers her face and shakes her head rapidly, Sammy covers her mouth with her hand as her mouth hangs wide open. Justin, Topher, and Noah sit down at the bench beside them, Katie turns beet red and redirects her eye contact away from the guys.

Anne Maria does not contain herself though and stares directly at them, "Anne Maria." Dakota calls her out, and all four girls start laughing again. Sammy takes a good look at Justin. Sammy didn't see what the others saw in him. Her eyes gravitated towards Topher, but she looked back at the other girls and giggled along with them.

"Are y'all forming a hyena pack over there?" Noah comments, and the girls all stop in embarrassment, they try to hold in their giggles.

Anne Maria takes a few deep breaths, "Shut it, string bean!" Dakota starts wilding out again, Sammy and Katie still hold it together. Noah picks up one of the string beans on his plate, he opens his mouth to make an argument, he looks at the string bean, then himself, he shuts up.

They all continue to eat peacefully with no more arguments, the same cannot be said for Brick, Dave, Eva, and Tyler however. Tyler slams his fists on the table, "You're telling me you don't watch soccer?" he questions her, Eva shakes her head, which shocks Brick and Dave.

"It's boring," Eva bluntly remarks, which starts some shouting between the guys, they keep arguing until Eva punches the table, it rumbles for some time, "Would you neanderthals shut it!" she barks, this quickly settles the guy's arguments, Dave looks at Eva with disgust.

"You're one to talk, unibrow." Dave retorts, Eva rolls her eyes, Tyler and Brick awkwardly look at each other as they keep eating.

"How're the Scallywags looking?" Brick asks, trying to break the awkward tension. Eva chuckles and looks over to the rest at her team at the other table.

Eva looked back at the guys, "We're doing pretty alright for ourselves," Suddenly, they all hear Noah, Topher, and Justin loudly shouting about some random topic, Eva grumbles, "Maybe not."

"We're doing pretty okay ourselves, losing the challenge sucked." Tyler comments, thinking about the quarters, he shivers.

Eva scoffs, "You can say that again." all four of them give an awkward laugh. Eva finishes her meal and stands up to throw her tray away, the others follow, they all decide to give a little "visit" to Noah. Eva menacingly holds an ice cube out in front of her.

"What's good man?" Eva wraps her arms around the scrawny guy as she slips an ice cube down his back, he yelps in agony.

"S-s-so cold!" Noah shivers as he tries to melt the ice cube as fast as possible, Topher and Justin howl in laughter. Noah gets up and starts dancing like a young European lad, trying to ease the pain.

Topher slaps his knee, "What are you doing dude?" Justin holds his chest, tears come out of both of their eyes, Justin high fives Eva and Tyler, Topher can only muster a simple nod. At this point, the girls look over and giggle a bit. In his blinded fit of pain, Eva slips another ice cube down his back while he isn't looking.

"Ma-make it s-s-stop!" Noah screeches as he tries to reach for the ice cube, "It-it's going down my asscrack!" he yelps as the ice cube reaches where the sun doesn't shine. All of the contestants are now dying of laughter. Once the ice cube eventually melts, Noah sits down as if nothing happened.

Eva pats Noah on the back and leaves the kitchen, Tyler, Dave, and Brick follow suit. Noah sits still, frigid, humiliated, and soulless.

Tyler turns to the other guys, "You know how a lot of other alliances had cool names? Like how Dunc, Geoff and DJ were the Guy's Alliance on Total Drama Island?" Brick and Dave nod, "We should have a cool name!" he continues, the other two seem to be on board with the idea.

Dave puts his hands in his pockets, "You got any ideas? I don't." Tyler shrugs, the guys go down to their quarters, they sit and ponder longer. Suddenly, Tyler's eyes light up.

"I got it!" He almost shouts, "TBD Alliance!" Dave raises a singular eyebrow at him and takes a large breath.

Brick sits down on the ground, "Yes, Tyler, those do happen to be our initials, but I don't think it really sticks."

"It's not just our initials dude! Tyler, Brick, Dave equals TBD, sure. But you know what TBD means? To be determined! The fate of this alliance is TBD!" Tyler explains, which catches the attention of Brick, who approvingly nods.

Dave ponders, "You know, at first I was going to call you an idiot, but I think you're onto something," he pauses, then smiles and raises his fist in the air, "TBD!" he chants, the others also say the same thing and raise their fists for a fistbump before being knocked to the ground by a large force. They look out the window to see the ship moving, something it hadn't done since yesterday morning.

"Attention pirates, we are leaving Mauiwi Island. Repeat, we are leaving Mauiwi Island." Chris announced over the intercom, the guys looked back on the island, the ropes they once swung on and the paths they ran on were now left of no reminiscence.

The rest of the day was spent playing games, talking, and traveling to the next destination. It was the first night of the entire show where no contestant had alcohol, though when the Rapscallions woke up the next morning to Chris's announcement, they were as groggy as ever. The Scallywags woke in their nice warm beds.

Both teams go up for breakfast, as they get in line, Topher and Sammy can be seen having a conversation.

"Good morning!" Sammy cheerfully greets, she rubs the crusties out of her eyes and stretches a bit.

Topher smiles, "Morning, you ready for the challenge?" he asks as he and Sammy walk up to the counter, Chef gives Topher the normal rations, but gives Sammy an extra cinnamon roll as she goes along, she smiles at Chef as she and Topher go to sit down.

"Totally, what do you think it's gonna be?" She asks, sitting down directly next to Topher, he shrugs, Katie comes over to the two's table, she sits down on the other side of them.

"Heyyyy." She says as she sets her tray down on the table, the two smile and keep eating.

Topher looks over to see where the others were, Eva, Justin, and Noah sit on the other side of the mess hall, "If things were to go wrong, I think we should all vote Justin." he suggests. Katie stops eating, she gives him a look of uncertainty.

"Why?" Katie asks, glancing over at where Justin is sitting, when he looks back, she quickly turns away, blushing. Topher's expression turns dull as he sees her obvious infatuation with him.

"Do you not see him? Eva's totally obsessed with him, as much as she tries to hide it, you're obsessed, even Noah's starting to warm up to him, he's a threat!" Topher explains, Katie's eyes widen upon being called out like that. Sammy nods in agreement.

Sammy looks over at their table again, "I'm willing to vote with you whenever, I think he's starting to get a little too powerful myself." she admits while she bites into her second cinnamon roll.

"But, we need him! He's so strong…" Katie gushes, Topher rolls his eyes and clears his throat.

"I'm right here, I'm just as strong as him, plus, we have Eva too, I think we can stand to lose one pillar of strength."

Katie goes to argue, but then she sees Eva lift her, Noah, and Justin's plates with just her pointer finger, she closes her mouth. The camera pans over to the Rapscallions, who have arrived fashionably late.

Chef barks at the team, "I was practically falling asleep waiting for you all to get here, what took so long?"

The guys stare at Anne Maria and Dakota, who look glammed up and fashionable for today's challenge, they look back, "If we're going out, we're going out with style." Dakota defends the both of them as they shove past the guys to get in line.

Justin looked over at their team, "Now that I think about it, they're a lot stronger without Max there." he admits, Noah raises his eyebrows.

"Didn't you have something going with him?" Noah asks, which gets a chuckle out of Eva. Justin thinks for a second and shakes his head.

"Only for my own personal gain." Justin confesses.

CONFESSIONAL:

Justin sits in the confessional, he leans on the wall, "I thought they would know me by now, I don't do anything that wouldn't benefit me. Speaking of which, is the only reason I'm being at least partially nice to Topher," he reveals, he checks his nails before continuing, "I want him gone, but how to approach getting rid of him? I'll have to figure that out today." Justin sighs before the camera cuts out.

END OF CONFESSIONAL

CONFESSIONAL:

Sammy sits criss-cross applesauce on the confessional seat, "You know, I thought everybody liked each other on this team, but it looks like Topher and Justin are going to cause the team to split in half, I mean, it's already happening!" she looks around the confessional, "It would be the smart idea to go on Justin's side, but I don't want Topher to be eliminated! I mean… it wouldn't be beneficial for the team for Topher to be gone…" Realizing what she said, she looks down out of embarrassment. The camera cuts out promptly.

END OF CONFESSIONAL

Chris walks into the mess hall, "Good morning, buccaneers! We've almost arrived at our next destination, Baki-Baki Island! Surrounded by shark infested waters, it's one of the more dangerous islands we're visiting!" Chris lets out an evil giggle, almost every contestant gulps.

"No big deal, I've wrestled a few sharks. They're just big water puppies with teeth." Eva gloats, Anne Maria rolls her eyes.

"Of course you're saying that, She-Hulk." Anne Maria scoffs, Eva walks over to her, she sizes Anne Maria up. Anne Maria steps back with a straight face.

Justin walks over and splits them up, "Ladies, we are not fighting right now. Calm down." Both instantly wipe their poker faces off and look at Justin, they both become flushed.

"Sorry Justin." They both apologize in unison, when they realize that fact, they cross their arms and give each other a death glare. Topher watches on with a look of displeasure on his face.

He nudges Sammy's shoulder, "See, this is what I mean, he's too much of a social and a physical threat." Sammy looks up and sees Eva, Anne Maria, and Katie surrounding Justin, he flirts with each of them.

"What do we do?" Sammy worries, suddenly, Noah comes up behind the both of them, he taps them both on the shoulder, Sammy jumps a bit, she turns around to see Noah standing behind her.

"Information gathered, he's going for you, Topher." Noah informs, Topher sighs, Sammy looks up at him with wide eyes and a frown on her face, he looks back down at her.

He looks at Justin, "I'm going to be fine, trust me," he looks back at Sammy and smiles, which seems to ease her nerves a bit, he looks over at Noah, "You're voting with us right?" he asks.

"Yep, I'm assuming we're going straight for Justin?" Noah clarifies, the other two nod. The camera pans over to the TBD alliance, who were scheming themselves.

They sit down at a table, "So, we're going to win, but in case we don't, we need a plan." Tyler says, the other two nod.

"I'm all for getting Dakota out, she doesn't do anything besides look cute and complain about the rest of us, she's just Anne Maria's sidekick." Dave rambles, Brick looks at the others with concern.

CONFESSIONAL:

Brick stands in the confessional, he paces a bit, "I don't like the way Dave worded his rant about Dakota, it's not like he's carrying the team either." Brick stops pacing and crosses his arms, the confessional cuts out abruptly.

END OF CONFESSIONAL

The camera cuts back to their conversation, "Sure I guess." Brick says, looking down at the table, Tyler nods. Suddenly, the horn blows on the ship, Chris announces over the intercom, "We've made it to your second challenge! Pirates, watch your step coming out of the ship. I'll explain the challenge once you all are out here, good luck!"

One by one, the contestants file out of the ship, looking out into the water, which was a very clear blue, the island was covered in green trees and lush flora. Tyler stumbled out of the ship and hit the ground hard face first, his new purple wound was very prevalent on his face. Once all of the contestants made it out of the ship one way or another, Chris took them to the challenge area, two different boats were laid onto the grass, paddles lined the boats. They stop in front of the boats.

Chris begins to explain, "Every good pirate must know how to escape if there were to be an emergency, that's why in this challenge, you'll have to row your rowboat to each checkpoint, pick up a Chris Buoy™, stuff it in your rowboat, and keep going," The camera panned to each checkpoint that had red and purple buoys respectively, then back on Chris, "Once you have them all, row back to shore and give me them, whoever gives me all of their Chris Buoys™ first wins the challenge, immunity, the exclusive quarters, as well as a whole case of beer." Chris removes the blanket from the table beside him to reveal a table full of beer, both teams cheer.

"Go get in your boats! Scallywags in red, Rapscallions in purple," The teams go to their respective boats, in the Scallywag boat, Topher sits in the front, followed by Eva, Noah, Sammy, Katie, and finally Justin in the back. In the Rapscallion boat, Brick sits in the front, followed by Tyler, Dakota, Dave, and Anne Maria in the back, a rock replaces where Max would be, once Chris sees both teams are ready, he shouts, "Go!" and both teams start to row.

Both teams start off strong, rowing at similar paces to each other, Brick and Topher respectively lead their teams, shouting commands and rhythms to the others. The camera pans over to the Rapscallions.

"I thought you were an army guy!" Anne Maria shouts from the back at Brick, he does not stop his rhythms.

Brick finds a way to respond, "I-also-did-navy-training." he responds on beat, which does not take the team off track. Suddenly, they hear screams, which does take them off beat, they stop to look at what's going on.

"PROTECT ME! I'M THE HOTTEST!" Justin yelps as he looks down at the water, a shadow of a shark can be seen circling their boat. Topher and Sammy attempt to row the boat, but without support from their team, they are severely halted.

Topher looks back at the rest of his team, who are cowering in fear with their oars out of the water, "Come on guys! It won't hurt us if we just keep going, just don't make any sudden movements." This convinces Eva to keep rowing, but with a lack of support from their steerer, they are thrown out of bounds. Brick and the others keep paddling towards the first Chris Buoy™.

"We're losing guys! We gotta go!" Sammy says, the others look over at the other team, who are now stuffing a Chris Buoy™ in their boat, the others pick up the pace and start to make a mad dash towards the first Chris Buoy™.

The Rapscallions keep rowing, but stop once they notice sharks of their own circling their boat, Anne Maria quickly takes her paddle out of the water, "Somethin' tells me I might've wanted She-Hulk on my team in times like these." she admits, which surprises Dakota, "Can we use Chicken Legs as shark bait?" she adds, which makes Dave curl up further into a ball,

"You are NOT doing anything with me! I'm staying right here." Dave shrieks, he slowly moves away from Anne Maria, who laughs and rolls her eyes, Dave takes a sigh of relief. The shark comes up and shakes the boat, making the Chris Buoy™ fall out of the boat. Tyler immediately crawls over to the edge and tries to reach for it, making the boat rock, Brick pulls Tyler back, making the boat balance back out, but there was already water in their boat.

Brick starts to row, "Come on guys! We need that Chris Buoy™!" The others get to rowing again, and they follow after the Chris Buoy™. They grab it and stuff it back into the boat, by the time they get that settled, the Scallywags are retrieving their second of three Chris Buoys™.

Noah looks behind him to see the Rapscallions struggling, "What happened to them? They were kicking our ass just a second ago." The others look behind them, seeing the other team turning around their boat to get back into play, they shrug and continue.

"Don't matter, another night up in the winner's quarters is all I'm looking for." Eva bluntly states as she thrusts her oar back into the water, the others agree, they keep at a leisurely pace, the Rapscallions cautiously caught up to the Scallywags. The lead goes back and forth, but suddenly the waves get frisky.

Chris shouts from shore, "Oh yeah, did I mention it's king's tide right now? Waves can be up to four feet tall! Good luck pirates!" As he finishes his statement, two foot waves come spontaneously to shore, both boats rock, and the members of each team attempt to keep a good hold of their sacred Chris Buoys™. Each team had to grin and bear the waterloads coming towards them as they go get the third and last Chris Buoy™.

The Chris Buoys™ fall off the podiums and start to wash away to shore, only the Rapscallions notice, Brick shouts to the others, "Quick! Turn around!"

"Are you stupid, boy? Why would we turn around?" Anne Maria shouts as another wave hits her in the face, she groans.

"The Chris Buoy™ is going that way!" Brick points to the Chris Buoy™ going towards the shore, Anne Maria turns around the boat and they start to paddle towards the floating Chris Buoy™.

The Scallywags don't seem to get the hint, and when they reach the podium they sit, confused, "What do you mean the Chris Buoy™ isn't here?" Katie asks, they look around behind them and see their Chris Buoy™ floating in the opposite direction of where they just paddled, they groan.

"Let's go catch it!" Topher lifts their spirits, Justin turns the boat around, they all paddle quickly back to the shore. The Rapscallions make it to shore, tgrab their Chris Buoy™ from the sand, and run towards Chris. While they do that, the Scallywags grab their Chris Buoy™ from the water and continue to paddle to shore.

But it's too late.

"The Rapscallions win!" Chris shouts, which causes an uproar of cheers from the winning team, the TBD alliance huddles around and jumps up and down, chanting a variety of phrases. Dakota and Anne Maria sigh of relief, the Scallywags make it to shore with their three Chris Buoys™. Noah and Sammy try to hand them to Chris, but he purposefully drops them and laughs.

"Well, we tried." Sammy says, she looks around at her fellow teammates, who are all in low spirits. Some looked scared, some were just disappointed.

Chris walks over to her, "Well Sammy, trying isn't enough, which is why you all will be meeting me at the elimination ceremony tonight for your second time!" The Scallywags lugged onto the ship and packed up their things in the first class quarters.

Eva sighs, "I'll miss this bed the most." the other girls cannot respond. They all take their stuff back to the berth.

"Feels like I was down here just yesterday." Noah says as he sets up his hammock.

"Maybe because you were down here just yesterday." Justin says as he sets up a separate hammock, the girls laid down their mattresses on the ground, they looked around at each other.

CONFESSIONAL:

Katie sits in the confessional with tears in her eyes, "I want to make Sadie proud," she sniffles, "But I don't know how this is going to go, they voted me last time, why wouldn't they vote me this time?" The confessional cuts out.

END OF CONFESSIONAL

CONFESSIONAL:

Topher leans on the confessional wall, "Okay, we've got a bit of a problem," he sits down, "I know I'm a target, I've got to make my alliances quick, hopefully this works." The confessional cuts out.

END OF CONFESSIONAL:

The camera pans to Topher and Sammy sitting together, she looks over at him, "So, we're voting together?" he asks her, she nods, "Good, I'm going to need all the votes I can get. I think Noah's gonna, but I'll need to use some real good acting on Eva if I'm going to get an extra vote." Topher gets up and walks over to Eva, she looks up at Topher with little to no emotion in her eyes.

"You want something?" she coldly asks, breaking eye contact, looking down at her mattress, which is worn out and tainted. Topher sits down next to her, she scoots over on the mattress away from him.

Topher takes a deep breath, "You got any idea who you're voting for?" he asks her, she rolls her eyes and still refuses to look at him.

"I know what you're doing." Eva tells him, he crosses his arms and sighs.

"I know that you know, but I know I'm in trouble. We've got to take out Justin, he'll get rid of us one by one."

Eva gives him a small glance, "Justin, hm?" she inquires.

Topher's eyes light up, "Yeah, do you realize how much of a threat he is? Everyone loves him, plus he's strong, he's not… too stupid either."

"Yeah, but we need a guy like him right now, we just lost a challenge."

"Which proves that strength alone won't help us sail to the end."

Eva stops, her eyebrows raise, the two sit in silence for about a minute, "You're right, but I've got my alliances, you've got yours, whoever comes out on top comes out on top."

"You're making a mistake," Topher tries once again, "Just tell him that I'm not in his best interest to eliminate." Topher gets up, he offers Eva help, she gets up by herself.

Eva smiles, "Got you." she walks off to go find Justin, Topher walks back over to Sammy, visibly defeated.

"Did you not get her on our side?" Sammy asks, Topher shakes his head, "Try Katie again?" Topher sits down, he puts his head in his hands and groans.

"Not even worth my time or energy. Three years of on-camera film classes couldn't have trained me for whatever this is," Topher complains as he grieves, "Being second out is gonna suck."

Sammy looks at him and puts her hand on his shoulder, he looks up at her, still hunched over, "You're going to be okay, worst case scenario it's going to be a tie."

Topher jerks up, "Which is why we should vote Katie instead!" Sammy covers her ears from Topher's jolt of energy, he lowers his voice, "I'll be much more likely to beat Katie in a tiebreaker than Justin!"

"I guess so, you should probably tell Noah that though." Sammy suggests, Topher shrugs.

"I'll tell him before he goes to vote." Topher says.

The camera pans over to Justin and his two goons, Eva and Katie, Eva is coming back from her conversation with Topher, "We've got to discuss some things." Eva says to Justin, who looks up from his handheld mirror, Katie then also starts to pay attention.

"What?" Justin asks, "Is everything alright?"

"Yeah, but I kind of had a talk with Topher."

Justin stands up to look at Eva, appalled, "Talking to the opposition?"

Eva sighs, "He approached me first, and the point is, we need Topher."

Katie then stands up as well, she places her hand on her hip, "With you and Justin, why would we need Topher?"

"He's a leader, neither me nor Justin are made to lead a team. If you think our team's fucked already, imagine us without Topher in that last challenge, we would've never found that Chris Buoy™!" Eva explains, and Katie sits down.

Justin though, he keeps his head high, "Why wouldn't I be able to lead?" he asks, clearly offended by the comment.

Eva looks him up and down, "Let's see, you're unobservant, hot-headed, impulsive, arrogan-"

"I get your point," Justin interrupts, "Then who do we vote?"

The camera cuts off their conversation and goes over to the Rapscallions, who are all enjoying sober life in the winner's quarters.

"Man, life is good." Brick says while he crosses his legs on his bed, the rest laugh and relax.

"I never thought we would win that, with dem' sharks coming up in our business." Anne Maria comments, Dave nods, thinking back on the trauma of almost being shark bait.

Dakota laughs, "I thought you were seriously going to throw Dave into the water." This makes Anne Maria cackle, Dave steps out of the room.

CONFESSIONAL:

"Being shark bait wasn't the thing that scared me the most," Dave confesses, "Did you see how murky that water looked? If I were to be dropped in that, you would've never seen me again, even with sea vision goggles on." Dave trembles at the thought of being slimy and wet.

"Being in a shark's mouth would also be scary, I guess." he adds as the camera cuts out.

END OF CONFESSIONAL

The camera cuts to the Scallywags walking out of the berth and up to the deck for Plank O' Shame, Chris and Chef are seen standing there, waiting for them to arrive. All six Scallywags sit down on stools, they look at each other, then back at Chris.

"Welcome Scallywags, nice to be back, right?" None of them make any sort of comment, Chris allows the awkward silence for a second, "I'd say almost all of you have a reason for going home tonight, besides for just losing the challenge."

"And those would be?" Justin asks.

"Well, starting from left to right…

Eva, you're aggressive and difficult to work with.

Justin, you're a social threat.

Sammy, same reason as Justin.

Topher… too many reasons.

And Katie, you're useless."

"What about Noah?" Sammy asks.

"You know, I kind of forgot Noah was here. But there's nothing wrong with him." Chris flashes Noah a smile, Noah smirks and signals for his cracker. His other teammates look at him with displeasure.

"I'm afraid that's not how that works my friend, but since you're my favorite, you can go vote first." Noah gets up and heads to the confessional. Topher gulps at his realization.

One by one, they are sent to the confessional to make their votes.

CONFESSIONAL:

Topher sticks a sword through Katie's face, "Sorry, but Chris is right for once."

END OF CONFESSIONAL

Chris looks through the confessional videos, and looks at them with surprise, "Well, to say I'm shocked would be an understatement," he laughs, "I knew I picked the right cast for this season."

The team members look at each other nervously, unsure of what Chris's vague statement meant.

"Well, Noah is obviously safe."

Noah takes his cracker and pretends to eat it, he lets out a fake, "Yum." and Chris smiles.

"So is Eva."

Eva catches the cracker and demolishes it in one bite.

"Topher… Sammy… Justin… Katie… three of you got at least one vote, the other one is unfortunately Topher."

Chris launches Topher's cracker over the edge of the ship into the water, Topher tries to run to catch it, but stops and watches it plop into the sea, Chris chuckles.

Chris hesitates until Topher sits down again, "Second to last safe is…" Sammy can feel her heart pumping out of her chest, Katie has tears running down her cheek, Justin checks if his hair is on point.

"Justin."

Justin catches his cracker without looking and munches on it like a regular person.

"Sammy, first time in the bottom two, Katie, you've been here before, one of you is walking the plank, the other gets to sleep in the berth. Both pretty terrible experiences, me? I'll be in my sauna in the host's quarters." Chris rambles.

Sammy cannot breathe, "Just tell us who's gone!"

Chris looks at her, "No thanks, anyways. The one who's not walking the plank is…"

"Katie!"

Katie gets up and jumps up and down, the cracker hits her nose, but she still manages to catch it, she eats while checking for any bruising. Topher looks at Sammy, who does not move an inch.

"Sammy, you're gone! To the Walk O' Shame with you!" Chris tells her, she does not move, her other teammates try to get her to talk or even move a muscle, but she does not.

Topher walks over and gives it his shot, "I'll see you soon." he tells her, which automatically causes her to give him a big hug.

"I'm gonna miss you." she whispers to him in between sniffles, she walks over to the plank and gives a gentle wave to her other castmates, who wave back with guilt, especially Topher. She screams as she is flung off to god knows where.

Chris smirks as she cannot be seen any longer, "Well, in a surprising twist of events, the once pathetic sister turned still pathetic but now independent sister Sammy has gotten booted off the ship and the show, who's next? What challenges are ahead for not just the Scallywags, but also for the Rapscallions, and will we ever have Chris Doubloons back? Find out all of that and more on Total! Drama! Waikiki Islands!" The screen fades to black, then back to color again.

Sammy is seen still flying from being launched off of the plank, she lands onto a speedboat, she hits bum first onto a mattress, where she is dazed and confused. Driving the boat, there is a middle aged skinny man who starts driving after confirming she will not fall off.

"Where am I?" Sammy asks, checking around her surroundings. The boat driver turns around to the girl and raises his cap.

"You're on a one-way trip to Davy Jones' Locker," The man says, Sammy stands up and looks around for an escape, the man laughs, "No, that's what they're calling the loser's suite this season." Sammy sighs of relief and sits down closer to the driver.

"So… I'm going to see Max now, I presume?" Sammy asks, the man nods, "I don't know whether to take that as a good thing or not."

The man chuckles, "Max? That's his name? He was sure… an odd fellow when he was on my boat," Sammy awkwardly giggles along with the man, "The name's Cromwell, by the way."

"Sammy, nice to meet you Cromwell." she smiles as she watches him drive, he turns around to shake her hand, she does so. His hands are dry and warm.

Cromwell goes back to steering, "You got any regrets about the show?" he asks her, she nods.

"Yeah, I wish I didn't take it for granted, it's not everyday you get to be on a pirate ship completing challenges for a million dollars," she tears up, "It's over now…"

He turns around and pats her on the shoulder, "There there, child. There's always another opportunity." she looks up from her sorrow with hope in her eyes.

"There is?"

"Of course there is, you ever seen a season of this show that ain't got a rejoin?" he asks, she thinks for a second.

"Now that you say that, you're right!" she smiles, "I'll get to see all my friends again!" she gets excited just thinking about it.

The boat stops and Cromwell goes to park, "That's the spirit, girl," he latches the boat to the dock, "Well, I'll see you when I pick up the next unfortunate soul who gets shot off that plank."

"Bye!" Sammy says as she gets off the boat, she sees Max sitting on a bench by the water, looking at the sunset of golds and pinks. He looks over at Sammy and smiles.

"Welcome," Max says, Sammy sits on the bench next to him, they both watch the sunset together, silently reflecting on their time on the show. After a few minutes, Max looks over at her, "I have to apologize."

"For what?"

"I messed with your puzzle pieces in the first challenge, I moved them away from where they should've been." Max confesses, Sammy looks at him, confused.

Sammy laughs, "We would have lost anyways."

"Maybe that was the reason they voted you out now." Max suggests, Sammy thinks for a second.

She looks back up into the sky, "I don't know why they voted for me, but I'm sure it was meant to be, I just hope Topher's doing alright." Max looks at Sammy with curiosity.

"Topher?" he asks, and Sammy gets red out of embarrassment.

She regains her composure, "We became pretty good friends during our time on the show."

"Hm," Max says, "Well, I'm going to bed, see you later Sammy."

She bittersweetly smiles, "See you." Max walks away, but Sammy stays on the bench and looks at the sunset, the scene fades to black.

A/N: Well, that was unexpected. The new "Davy Jones' Locker" segment will happen after every chapter with an elimination, so look forward to seeing the eliminated contestants again. I actually had a lot planned for Sammy going into this, but I thought, "Why not make the readers suffer with buildup just for it to not happen." and so I did that. There will be a rejoin at merge as our new character, Cromwell, hinted to. I'll keep trying to write as quick as I can, I have all of pre-merge planned out, it's just writing it all is the tricky part. Anyways, I'm rambling, bye!
