It was Monday morning and Sasuke was currently sitting alone on the school bus, arms crossed over his chest and glare set in place. Ino and Sakura at first glance decided that bothering Sasuke at the moment was a bad idea, to which he was grateful for. He was happy to see that Itachi's eye was swollen and bruised from his punch the other day.

As soon as the bus reached the school, Sasuke quickly made his way off the vehicle and began looking for Naruto. He spotted Gaara at his locker and beelined towards the red-head.

"Where's Naruto?" Sasuke demanded as soon as he was next to him.

Gaara slammed his locker door closed and turned to face the raven with an annoyed look. "I don't know so just leave me alone." He turned and began to walk away.

With an audible growl, Sasuke grabbed onto Gaara's shoulder. "Bullshit!"

"Get off me, Uchiha!" Gaara pushed Sasuke away from and brushed off his shoulder. He set a narrowed gaze on the raven. "Leave Naruto and I alone." He then once again turned around and walked away.

Sasuke stood and watched the red-head walk away. Suddenly, Ino and Sakura appeared beside him, both with superior smirks on their faces.

"You know," Sakura started, crossing her arms over her chest. "Naruto's probably cheating on you with Gaara."

Ino let out a snicker. "They deserve each other."

Sasuke rolled his eyes at their comments and decided to ignore them, storming his way to his class.

His first glass he shared with Naruto, the blonde was still nowhere to be found. He spotted Gaara sitting in his usual seat that was next to the empty one that Naruto usually occupied. Emerald eyes shot him a glare as he made his way to his own seat.

He let out a sigh as he sat down and watched the door intently, hoping to catch Naruto's attention as soon as he walked in.

The warning bell rang and Sasuke's stomach dropped as Naruto still wasn't there. When the bell rung again to announce the start of class, Sasuke scowled. The teacher carried on with their lesson.

The rest of his classes were the same as well, no Naruto. His last period, the raven made the mental decision to go to Naruto's grandparents and just talk to the blonde there. He was probably sick and just didn't go to school. Or he was avoiding him. Sasuke was hoping for the former.

After his last class, he hopped on the bus to go to Naruto's grandparents' house. The walk from the drop off to the house wasn't a long one, and soon Sasuke was at the front door, knocking loudly.

The door opened and Tsunade answered, glare set in place. "Oh, it's you. What do you want?"

"Is Naruto home?" Sasuke asked as politely as he could.

"No. Now go bother someone else." Without saying anything else, she slammed the door.

Sasuke stared in disbelief at the closed door before turning around, disappointed and making his way home.

Itachi was sitting in the living room when he heard the front door open and then close with a loud slam. He mentally rolled his eyes as he continued to keep his focus on the homework that was in front of him.

Sasuke stormed into the living room and stood close to Itachi, glaring down at his older brother. "Where's Naruto?"

Itachi slowly brought his gaze up to his little brother and gave him a bored look. "Now why would you think I know anything about Naruto's whereabouts?"

"Because you were the last to see him."

Itachi gently shook his head. "He didn't mention going anywhere to me."

"You better not be lying to me." Sasuke sneered at him. "I'm so sick of your mind games."

Itachi raised his hands in a surrendering manner. "I promise it's the truth. I have no idea where Naruto is."

Sasuke looked his brother up and down before letting out a scoff. "Fine. Whatever." He turned and walked away, intending to spend the rest of the night in his room, before he stopped and turned back around. "And if you hear anything you better tell me right away."

The rest of the week went the same as Monday. Sasuke waited for Naruto to show up in his classes only for his seat to be empty. Gaara still continued to ignore the raven every time he would approach him.

And everyday after school, Sasuke would go to Naruto's grandparents, only for Tsunade to angrily open the door, insult him and then kick him out. Still not revealing Naruto's whereabouts.

By Friday afternoon, Sasuke was no longer annoyed and frustrated but worried for the blonde's sake. He couldn't pay attention in class, his mind only focusing on scenarios of where Naruto could be. Even Ino and Sakura left him alone by the end of the week.

Finally, as the school day ended, Sasuke once again headed to Naruto's grandparents house. As he arrived, he knocked on the door and waited for Tsunade to once again tell him to get lost.

He was surprised when instead of the older blonde, Naruto's grandfather opened the door. Jiraiya frowned at the young raven. "Sasuke, we need to talk."

Sasuke shook his head. "I don't want to talk to you, I want to talk to Naruto."

Before Jiraiya could say a word, Tsunade stepped out and glared at Sasuke. "Just go home! Stop coming around here, I don't want you here!"

Sasuke sneered. "You can't control him! I want to talk to him and I have the right too!"

The two continued to yell at each other, either one not listening to the other. Jiraiya felt his annoyance rise as the two continued on. He turned to face Tsunade. "Stop. Go back inside, I got this."

The two stopped their arguing and Sasuke gave her a smirk after hearing Jiraiya's words. Tsunade narrowed her eyes before begrudgingly going back into the house.

As soon as the front door closed, Jiraiya turned to face Sasuke, a serious look on his face. "Sasuke, school will be ending in just a few weeks. You need to focus on studying, getting good grades and passing your finals."

Sasuke scrunched his nose up in confusion. "I don't understand what my being in school has anything to do with Naruto and where he is. I just want to talk to him."

Jiraiya let out a sigh, feeling his patience slowly fading. "That's the point. Naruto won't be coming back to school. I don't even know if he'll be back in Konoha."

The raven felt his heart drop to stomach at the news. He licked his lips in nervousness. "Wh-why? Where is he?"

Jiraiya shook his head. "Sorry kid, I can't tell you that information." He gave him a small, sympathetic smile. "But if I was you, I would start to focus on myself." He placed his hand on Sasuke's shoulder, giving it a light squeeze before going back into the house.

Sasuke was shocked. He couldn't move from his spot, his thoughts only focusing on the fact that Naruto wasn't coming back, he wasn't even in the same city with him.

Tsunade walked out the door, feeling concerned for the raven. He's been staring at the closed door for nearly fifteen minutes. She wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't even blinked. "Sasuke, do you want a ride home?"

Somehow, through blurry eyes, obsidian eyes focused on Tsunade's face and he blinked at the fact that actual concern was displayed on her face. He shook his head and cleared his throat. "No thank you, I'd rather walk."

The walk home was just a blur to the raven and it felt like he teleported home as he opened the front door of his house. He stepped in and saw Itachi standing in the living room doorway.

"Any news about Naruto?" Itachi asked more out of habit, not expecting any answers at this point.

Sasuke slowly closed the door behind him, staying silent. He leaned with his back against the door, staring straight ahead of him.

Itachi raised an eyebrow before Sasuke let out a sigh.

"He's not coming back." Without saying another word, he made his way up the stairs.

"Sasuke, wait." Itachi called out and quickly tried to catch up to his brother. Sasuke closed his bedroom door and Itachi heard the click of the lock. "Sasuke?" He gave a gentle knock on the door but there was no answer. Soon enough, music began to blast from the closed door and Itachi shook his head before walking away.

Another week passed by for the raven. The entire time, he was in a daze, trapped in his own world. He didn't respond to anyone, barely ate and barely slept. By Friday, he looked like the walking dead.

A few days ago, Itachi confronted him about his changed demeanor.

He was lying on his bed, hands folded on his stomach, staring up at the ceiling. This was currently his new thing to do during his free time. He let out a sigh.

There was a knock on his door but the raven barely heard it, eyes still focused on the ceiling.

Shortly after, the door opened and Itachi stepped into the room with a frown. "Sasuke." His voice was filled with disappointment as he saw the unusual chaotic state of the bedroom. Normally Sasuke wasn't the type to just throw things anywhere but now, looking around, he saw papers scattered throughout the room and discarded clothing littering the floor. "What are you doing?"

Sasuke didn't feel the need to respond or even acknowledge his brother's existence. He felt empty, hollow.

"Stop acting like this, Sasuke." Itachi took another step into the room, scowling at a pair of sweatpants that entangled themselves at his feet. "You're above this."

Still nothing from the younger raven.

"If Naruto saw you like this, he'd be very disappointed that you're not taking care of yourself."

At the mention of the blonde, Sasuke quickly sat up, glaring at his older brother. "What do you know?" He tried to keep up the glare but soon, his anger quickly vanished just as quick as it appeared. He lied back down and let out a sigh. "It doesn't even matter anyways, he's not coming back."

"You never know, Sasuke." Itachi looked on in concern.

Sasuke still didn't respond and Itachi slowly left the room with a small sigh.

Sasuke shook his head at the flashback as he made his way to his last class of the day. Once again he was still hoping Naruto would show up, but when his seat was still empty, he plopped down into his own desk and laid his head down on the desk, staring blankly at the window.

He heard the teacher call out his name but he kept his focus on the window. Didn't she know by now that he wasn't going to answer. He heard Ino and Sakura whispering behind him but their voices sounded far away and like they were underwater. He closed his eyes and focused on the darkness until the bell rang.

What felt like years but was only about thirty minutes, the bell rang and Sasuke slowly picked himself up and began to walk out the door.

Once again the teacher called out his name but he continued walking, making his way to the bus. Teachers didn't have any real authority and he wasn't going to act like they did now.

As he got on the bus, all heads turned to look at him. Eyes were filled with concern, disgust and shock. He made his way to his usual seat and waited for the ride home.

He got off the bus and autopilot his way to his room. He opened the door and saw a familiar head of blonde hair sitting on his bed, cerulean eyes locked onto his own obsidian.

He stared before letting out a scoff. "I've finally lost it. I'm actually beginning to see things." He shook his head and turned around when his brother suddenly appeared. His eyes slightly widened in shock before he stared at him boredly.

Itachi narrowed his eyes in a glare. "No Sasuke, this is real. You need to snap out of it and it seems the only way for that to happen is for you to actually talk to Naruto." Without warning, he pushed Sasuke back into the room and closed the door.

Sasuke was shocked at Itachi's words. He's real? Naruto's real? He turned slowly, expecting not to see the blonde there anymore. His eyes slowly traveled the form of the blonde boy on his bed, eyes stopping at his stomach. His eyes lit up in fascination. "Did you get bigger?"

Naruto narrowed his eyes before waving his hand. "Nevermind that! We're here to talk about you."

Sasuke paused as a thought entered his mind and a glare set on his face as he turned to his brother. "Why are you acting so nonchalant about Naruto being here? You told me you had no idea where he was and that you'd tell me if you found anything out."

Itachi glanced at Naruto who just nodded. "Naruto gave me an emergency phone number to call and I swore to him that I wouldn't let you know about it. I promise you I didn't know that he was going to leave Konoha.

"But after that day I confronted you about how you're acting, I knew Naruto had to at least be informed about what is going on with you."

"And here I am." Naruto interrupted.

Sasuke turned to face Naruto, looking him over. "So why are you leaving?"

Naruto gave the raven a sad smile. "I love you so much, but after you admitted that you didn't want to be a father, my feelings towards you have wavered. I'm not sure what to feel."

"I swear, it was a mistake." Sasuke began to plead. "I want you, Naruto. And to be a father."

Naruto gently shook his head. "I want to trust you, I just don't know if I can trust you."

"You have to trust me!"

"Just like how you trusted Itachi? Or me?" Naruto countered, raising an eyebrow.

Sasuke stayed silent before letting out a dejected sigh. "But why do you have to leave?"

"Well, for starters, I need to make sure you know exactly what you're missing." Naruto commented with a playful smirk. "But also, I'm doing it for myself. I don't want to have to depend on you for everything, I'll fall apart if something bad happens." He admitted sadly.

Sasuke stared at the blonde. "Okay, where are you going?"

Naruto bit his lip, debating whether or not to tell Sasuke. "I won't tell you exactly where I'm going, but I managed to come into contact with my parents. I told them about how they were going to be grandparents."

"Really?" Both Uchiha's questioned. Sasuke nearly jumped at the sound of his brother's voice, forgetting the other raven was there.

"Yeah, it was hard to find them, but I did. And when they found out the news about becoming grandparents, they asked if we could meet in person and I agreed. As soon as we met up, they apologized to me and admitted they weren't ready to be parents and were being selfish, not like that was an excuse. But they admitted that they had their fun and offered me a place to stay with them. I accepted until at least the baby is born. I also figured it'd be easier if I can skip the drama."

Sasuke frowned. "But I'm going to miss your whole pregnancy."

Naruto let out a laugh before giving him a playful smirk. "Well you better work on making things better so we can have more kids in the future."

Sasuke let out a snort before giving him a smirk back. He looked the blonde over before frowning again. "I really don't want to miss everything."

Naruto stood up from the bed and walked closer to Sasuke, stopping in front of the raven. He gently grabbed pale hands and looked up into obsidian eyes. "How bout I promise to send you copies of my ultrasounds, and I'll throw in some pictures of me being pregnant? And I promise to bring her to visit when it's safe for her to travel?"

Sasuke took in the blonde's words. He wanted to be there in person, but he guessed this was the best that Naruto would allow. Reluctantly, he nodded his head. "Okay, that sounds good." He gave Naruto a small smile who grinned back in return. "Now the question is, what should we name her?"

"Huh." Naruto blinked up at him, a thoughtful look on his face. "I didn't even think about that."

"Hn." Sasuke rolled his eyes and the pair got thoughtful looks as they thought about what to name their daughter. "How about Keiko?" The raven finally spoke.

"Keiko." Naruto repeated. He then smiled brightly at Sasuke. "I love it. I promise to bring Keiko to visit when it's safe for her to travel."

The two looked into each other's eyes, knowing it was time for Naruto to say goodbye.

Naruto got on his tiptoes and placed a kiss on the raven's lips but Sasuke quickly wrapped the blonde in his arms, holding tightly and kissing back with passion. Naruto gently pushed him away as he needed to take a breath. He shook his head with a smile on his face at the raven's action. "Goodbye Sasuke."

"Goodbye Naruto." Sasuke watched with sad eyes as Naruto walked out of his room, Itachi following behind him. The door closed and Sasuke fell to the floor. He was relieved that he got some closure from the blonde, but his heart ached knowing it'd be a while before he got to see the blonde again. The tears fell freely and he did nothing to stop them.

And thank you so much for the love, I really apperciate it.
