The next day, everyone gathered up supplies for the long trip and spent some time with their family. Sometime in the evening, they all gathered outside Prof. Oak's lab. Clemont has finished setting up the suits for everyone and they put them on.

Max crossed his arms. "I don't know if May should be sent to stop Team Rainbow alone with Cesar. They'd just kiss each other as Team Magma kills them."

May clenched her fist as she harshly glared at him. "Don't you start up again!"

"This is serious sis! You couldn't even wait till we got to Kanto to have your tongue down Cesar's throat!"

"You're just jealous you didn't…"

Paul crossed his arms. "I also don't have a good feeling sending them in to stop Team Magma. Let me handle them."

N crossed his arms. "Don't you mean, us?"

"Sure whatever. And in any case…" Paul glared at Meowth. "we can see just how serious their alliance is to us, if they come with us to take down an alliance."

Meowth starred at Paul with a serious look. He doesn't like this jerk, but he knows there's absolutely no going back now. Plus he has no attachment to the other villain organizations, or care about their desires.

Cesar shrugged. "I guess if that's what you want. I have full faith that you and N will easily take down Team Magma!"

"Hey! What about me?" Meowth snapped.

Cesar smiled. "Of course, with your smarts, you'll easily be able to figure out a way to stop them as well!"

Meowth smiled with Cesar's complement.

"Of course, if you run into any trouble, you can always hit the panic button and receive backup!" Clemont explained.

"That will be unnecessary. I'm not pathetic like the lot of you!"

Clemont frowned.

Cesar got the portal ready for them to travel through.

Paul glared at Meowth.

"Calm down. I'm going," Meowth said. Then he went in.

Paul went in after him.

"Thanks, Clemont. I'll press the panic button if I feel we need help," N said. Then he went into the portal as it closed behind them.

Meowth quickly popped out the sky and straight down into some water. "Ahh! I'm drowning! Somebody, HELP!"

Paul went into the water, but calmly swam up and sent put his gastrodon.

N come out of the portal, and it closed behind him. He quickly sent out his Zekrom and grabbed on before he hit the water. Then he swooped in and grabbed Meowth. "Are you okay?"

Meowth gasped a bit. "Well, I'm still breathing. Thanks."

N smiled. "Don't mention it! I'm glad to assist you!"

"So where's Maxie at?" Paul asked Meowth.

"How should I know? I was part of Team Rocket, not Magma!" Meowth replied.

Paul frowned.

N looked around. "Is there… any land out there?" There was water as far as the eye could see, with the whole area consumed by dark clouds. He figured Maxie wouldn't just drown himself. "I'll go search!"

"Good idea." Paul sent out his Honchkrow and went searching on Honchkrow grabbed him and he returned gastrodon.

Meowth gasped as he realized what pokemon N had. "Woah! You caught the legendary pokemon, Zekrom?"

"Zekrom and I are friends. I helped it, Reshiram, and Kyrum after Ash stopped my so-called father and the rest of Team Plasma. We all bonded with being used and abused by him, and they all wanted to stay with me, and all let me catch them," N explained.

Meowth gave a surprised look, hearing that not only does N have Zekrom, but Reshiram and Kyrum as well.

N had Zekrom search around the area and after a while, spotted some land. He called up Paul and let him know, and Paul used the suits to track down their location and went to check out the land after putting away the suits.

"Paul…?" a woman's voice questioned.

Paul turned around and saw Angie, with three hooded men with Pikachu's. He remembered running into her on his travels. He found her stupid and overconfident. "… What are you doing here?"

"I could ask you the same thing!" Angie yelled.

"Are you… two friends?" N asked.

"No way! I hate him! He's such a jerk!" Angie snapped.

"Ah, I understand. I'm… not exactly here with him to enjoy his company."

"And he IS a huge jerk!" Meowth said.

Paul gave him a harsh glare as he pulled out his pokegear.

Meowth started sweating and gave a horrified look. "I said NOT! Paul is NOT a jerk! He's really uh… a sweetheart!"

They all stared at Meowth with a sweat drop.

"Hey, you…you that chick that was at that was at the summer camp place!" Meowth told Angie.

Angie glared at Meowth with an irritated look. "And you must be that talking Meowth that was stealing the Lickilicky we were in charge of!"

Meowth gasped and started sweating.

"You just steal from everyone, don't you?" Paul snapped at Meowth.

Meowth looked at Angie. "Come on, twerp… I mean uh... Look! That was years ago!"

"Anyways, my name is N."

"I'm Angie… What are you three up to?"

"We are here to stop Team Magma, of course."

Angie frowned. "… That's what we've been trying to do, for days. But we still don't even know where to find him…"

"Not surprising. You are incapable as a trainer," Paul stated.

"That's not true, Paul!" one of the guys with a Pikachu on his shoulder shouted.

"… Ash?" Paul and N questioned.

"Wait… How can you tell?" Angie questioned.

"His voice, duh!" Paul said.

Another hooded man sighed. "Marriage hasn't even change ya, huh Paul."

Paul looked over to Angie with a serious look, ignoring his question. He does not want to hear about his marriage with Dawn again, anyways. "Are they ALL Ash?"

Angie looked over to them with a worried look.

"I thought it was strange, as there shouldn't be an Ash here as he was sent by…" N started.

"Would you not yack important information to people no working with us!" Paul snapped.

"Wait, what happened to the Ash here?" one of the Ashs asked.

"Yeah! He's us, so we deserve to know!" another shouted.

"You know our important information, so you have to give us yours!" the last shouted.

Paul put a hand to his head with an annoyed look. "I thought once getting here, I'd have no worry about bumping into any Ash…"

"Well, I think we can trust Ash… Let's tell them what's going on," N said.

Paul glared at them. "Fine. As long as they explained what's happened with them first."

"What do you mean?" one of the Ashs asked.

"How did you get here? And bump into Angie?"

They all looked at each other, then at Angie.

"Alright… I'll explain it," Angie said.

Everyone stared at Angie with a surprised look.

"In my universe, Ash…" Angie looked down with a pained look and clenched a fist to her heart. "…was murdered."

N and Paul gave a surprised look.

"It sounds like… you are from our universe," N stated.

"Wait… you aren't from this universe too?" Angie asked.

"Just how were you able to get here?" Paul asked.

"I just quietly followed behind some suspiciously dressed people, with other people in our universe…"

N gave a confused look. "What prompted you to follow the suspiciously dressed people?"

Angie gave a worried look. "This woman, named Cherry… She had a Xatu. Another woman named Anabel has said that it wants to help her catch those who killed Ash and to bring him back to life!"

"Frontier Brain Anabel? Is she still with you?" Paul asked.

Angie shook her head. "We lost sight of her when we all first followed a suspicious person… In fact, we realized that what these people were doing weren't good, and spit up to try and stop them… We heard that these people were searching for a world to take for their own and do what they want with it."

Meowth, Paul, and N starred at each other, knowing that they are talking about Team Rainbow.

"They ditch worlds they deem unworthy. Like, we went to a world that was completely ruined by some villain there. Another reason they left behind a world is because it seems someone in a world took control turned out to be Ghetsis from that universe… we heard he's apart of them."

"Yes… that's what we heard too!" N smiled at Meowth.

Paul rolled his eyes.

"So, you meet all these… Ashs by following Team Rainbow… er, the suspicious people?" Meowth asked.

Angie nodded. Then, a man caught us four, telling us to have fun in this ruined world. When we arrived, we all dropped into deep water and use pokemon to find shore. Once we did, we went out to get information on what's going on and heard from the people here that this was caused by Maxie. We decided to stop him, then figure out a way to stop those other guys messing with other dimensions."

N pulled out his suit to send a message, getting ready to tell everyone about this when he realized he should make sure on something. "So, it's just Anabel that was lost in another dimension, and Cherry that's still pursuing the suspicious people?"

Angie shook her head. "When they heard that Xatu was leading them to find Ash's murderers and bring Ash back… a LOT of people wanted to help."

"A… a lot of people?"

Angie nodded. "So many… I don't remember all their names."

"…Can you guess how many were in the group initially?"

Angie thought a bit. "As someone who doesn't like being around a bunch of people… it felt like hundreds. I don't know for certain, though…"
