He grabbed his hat and left that alley. Soon, he heard a scream and cops came to see the gruesome view of a bloodied corpse. He let a small smirk appear on his face as he got away once again despite the futile attempts of catching him. People that passed near him barely glanced his way as they tried to get home. He continued making his way until he saw a child in front of him.

"Good afternoon Road. Why the sudden visit?" the girl let a grin appear on her face. "Oh! What might have you been doing? Playing with someone?" the man smiled. "Yes but that doll really was too easily broken. She barely gave a fight. It didn't excite me one bit." He let a sigh of boredom escape his lips. Road's grin got bigger and she pulled the man behind as she talked. "Well, this is going to be more exciting. Millenie said that the time has come so… you can kill in the battlefield someone a little more stronger like, an Exorcist…" a checkered, heart-shaped door appeared and the girl's skin got darker and eyes golden but the man barely registered this because he felt his blood flowing with excitement and his knifes waiting to slash and end the life of the one unfortunate enough to fight him, of hearing the victim scream.

Road opened the door. "Shall we go brother?" she used a sweet voice. His violet eyes looked at her, always with a smile, and as he tipped his hat, he went through the door to see his other family members.

He looked at the two retrievers in front of him. The black haired one looked at him with blue eyes full of hate as the blond one stayed in a fighting stance. 'Always so interesting.' With a smile he spoke "Why, nice to see you Ban-kun, Ginji-kun." They tensed. "What the hell you are doing here Jackal?" he lifted his eyebrow and with an obviously fake innocence answered "Why Ban-kun, I was just having a coffee besides, today I'm only a client." Akabane put the money down and got out, but not before scaring Ginji with a predatory smile.

He walked to his apartment. People didn't spare a glance at him. They didn't know who he was. Nobody truly knew who he was. The transporter entered his apartment and put down his hat. He went to the bathroom and got undressed until halfway through he stopped and looked at his reflection. With a smirk he saw as his pale skin got darker and his violet eyes turned golden.

Yes, nobody alive knows who he really is.
