A New Friend

As she goes west to the Rajah desert Hope continues to walk the path so that she doesn't get lost while looking at the map.

"Let's see, to get to the Rajah desert I have to walk down this path entering Willow woods past swamp Medusa taking a right from Tigger's tree till I get to Shenzi canyon, and take a long path down till I reach the desert. If the desert is going to be rough I need to find some water to fill up for the long walk, and not pass out from the heat."

Hope continues to walk till she stumbles upon a stream leading her to Lake Meeko, and Hope takes out a canteen to fill it up. Still smelling some of the dust on her she decides to take a short wash as she takes out a towel, and a new fresh pair of clothes as she takes off her current clothes, and put it in a laundry bag putting it back into the backpack after tying it. She then entered the lake.

"Cold, cold, cold."

After entering she relaxed as she soaked her hair while humming unaware that someone is watching, and getting into her backpack. As soon as Hope turn around she saw someone was getting into her backpack.

"HEY!"

Hope got out of the lake as the figure began to run with her backpack on it as Hope grabbed, and put on her new clothes as she chased after the figure.

"Get back here!"

Hope pounced the figure stopping it from escaping that began to squirm.

"Stop squirming, and get out of my backpack!"

Hope then shake the backpack fiercely causing the figure to come out revealing a wood sprite.

"A wood sprite?"

"Yeah so what if I am? I could knock you out!"

Hope rolled her eyes as she picked him up.

"Hey let me down!"

"Chill out, you try to steal from my backpack."

"So I can't get my wish from my gem!"

"Wish?"

"Yeah. My wish is to be bigger than my own siblings."

"Oh. How about you come with me? I'm hoping to bring my home back maybe you could get your wish granted."

"Okay it's a deal."

Both shook hands.

"I should introduce myself. My name is Hope."

"Oh I'm um. I never had a name."

"That sucks. Hmm how about I call you Twiggy?"

"Twiggy?"

"Yeah, like a well twig."

"Fair enough. So we're going?"

"Well according to the map the next piece is in the Rajah Desert."

"Okay let's get going."

"Whoa slow down, we have a long way to go before getting there."

"Alright then. Let's get moving."

Both Hope, and Twiggy after Hope gathered her things putting them in her backpack continue to their journey to the Rajah Desert.
