A/N – Thanks for the comments! I want to thank all of you for reading this. It means so much that you continue to read all the craziness I come up with. I'm not quite sure what is next. I need to take a break to write. Right now, I need to go to bed because I have surgery very early in the morning, but I had to get this out to you. Stay tuned. I may do a short story for both Liaison and Evason next. We shall see.

Chapter 56

A month Later

Audrey cooed over the baby while Liz made a grocery list for the house. Alice had insisted on stocking the penthouse for them.

"Do you think they are going to let you leave here?"

Liz grinned. "Are you saying I might need backup?"

"Pretty much."

Lila giggled from the doorway. "She's probably right."

Liz laughed. "I have to say, I've enjoyed staying here."

"I'm glad to hear it."

"I will miss Cook."

"There are places that will prepare your meals."

She nodded. "Jason thinks I still have time to learn before I traumatize Lily."

Lila grinned.

"Between Sonny and I, we're hoping you'll catch on."

"I'm getting better."

Audrey handed Lila the baby.

"I love watching them trying to make sense of the world around them."

"It is beautiful," Audrey said.

They had held the baby shower the week before, so Johnny and Francis got some of the guys together to take them back to the penthouse.

"How's Stefan?" Liz asked.

"He's doing well. Chloe is going to take him home with her."

"That's probably for the best. I'm going to start working with her more in a few months."

"That sounds exciting," Lila said.

"Yeah. With everything going on, that had to be put on hold. Once she's settled, she'll start working again and then bring me back." It's still a little scary for her, but in general, she likes it, and at least she can do it and stay home with the baby. "Jason and I would like to take a trip together with the baby. It will be nice to get away."

"That sounds wonderful," Lila said. "You'll have to take a lot of pictures."

"I will."

"Who is watching the baby for your date next week?"

Liz grinned. While she will miss Lily, it will be nice to do something normal with Jason.

"Me," Audrey said.

"I'm jealous."

"You can have the next date," Liz said.

Lila winked. "You got it."

When they left the next day, Alice thought she was going to run out of tissues. Even Jason looked teary-eyed when Lila started to cry.

Finally, they escaped along with Emily and Johnny.

"I can lift now, you know," Jason said as Johnny hoisted the baby seat into the car.

"Let the professionals handle it."

Emily grinned as she properly belted the car seat in. "We watched the video."

"We take being God parenting seriously," Johnny said.

Jason slipped into the car after Liz while Emily hopped up front.

"Please tell us that no one is waiting for us in the penthouse."

"Nope," Emily said.

Once they got there, both were happy to see their home. Emily had put up a banner that said welcome home, Lily above the mantle.

"There is an extra bassinet down here," Emily said before picking up a baby monitor. She showed them how to use it. It has a camera as well.

"This is great," Liz said.

They hugged and the couple left.

Jason freed the baby and then sat on the couch.

"You feel better now?"

"Yes."

"It's so quiet."

He grinned. "Yeah."

She giggled. "So, where is our date?"

"You'll have to see."

She pouted, making his grin grow wider.

"I promise you that you'll love it."

"Okay."

The next week, they got into a routine. Audrey and Cook had made a few dinners for them which they thoroughly enjoyed. Sonny promised to make some pasta for them over the weekend.

While Jason missed work a little bit, getting to know his daughter was his new favorite thing. She amazed him with every little thing she did.

He parked the car and then went to open the door.

Liz is blindfolded. "Well, I know we didn't go too far."

He led her inside the building and then locked the door. Soft music is playing.

"It's all yours," Coleman said.

"Coleman!" Liz said before ripping it off.

"Hey, doll. Have fun."

He left as Liz spun in a circle. "I can't believe you rented out Jake's."

"Is it okay?"

"It's great," she said before eying the spread on the table. "Eli's?"

"Yup."

"Oh, my God."

He laughed as she made her way to the table.

They got settled and dug in.

"This is so good," Liz said before licking some sauce off her finger which made Jason almost groan. God, he had missed her. They have the go-ahead to have sex, and he plans on taking his time and ravishing her.

She tortured him with her moans for far too long before finally putting him out of his misery.

"Was it good for you?"

He almost cursed. "Yes."

She chuckled, knowing where his dirty mind had gone several times due to the tortured look on his face. "Can we play pool?"

That was not the question he wanted, but he agreed. He racked the balls and then broke, making the balls go every which way.

About halfway through, he had enough of her wiggling her hips and looking down her shirt and finished the game which garnered another pout.

"Want to dance?"

She smiled. "Sure…"

He held out his hand and they moved toward the dance floor, and she laid her head against his chest as they swayed to the music.

"This is perfect, Jason."

"I love you, Elizabeth."

"And I'm thankful for it every day. I love you too."

Surprising her, he retreated and got on one knee.

"When we did this before, it was a different circumstance, so I wanted to do it again."

Her eyes pricked with tears. "Oh, Jason."

"You mean everything and so does Lily. I love you so much. I want to spend the rest of my life making you happy. Will you marry me again, Elizabeth?"

"Yes!"

"Good." He stood. "We're going to Italy, and I've already arranged another ceremony."

She threw her arms around him and then kissed him with everything in her. "I would love to marry you again."'

"That's great because you're stuck with me."

"That sounds perfect."

They went on their vacation a few weeks later, and Jason and Elizabeth exchanged their vows again in a beautiful small church in Tuscany.

Two Years Later

They danced again, this time at Emily and Johnny's wedding.

Johnny's family had come, and it was a festive gathering.

Emily cut in. "You look so happy, Jason."

"I am, and you look beautiful and happy even though you're now an O'Brien."

"Crazy, huh?"

She laughed when Jason made a face. "You know you love him."

His eyes rolled making Johnny grin.

"You know they are talking about me."

Liz glanced at Jason and laughed. "Yeah."

"Did you tell him yet?"

"No."

"Liz…"

"I'm going to tell him tonight." She's nervous but ready.

"He'll be happy."

"I hope so."

Jason moved Emily closer, and they switched.

"Hey. You looked too serious."

She smiled. "Everything is fine."

He stopped moving and then grabbed her hand and led her out of the tent. They are on the Quartermaine grounds. "What is it?"

"How can you tell?"

"I know you that well, now spill."

"I was going to tell you later."

"I'll never be able to wait."

"Okay." She took a step backward which concerned him.

"Elizabeth, you're killing me here."

"I'm pregnant."

His jaw dropped. "What did you say?"

Her eyes filled with tears. "I'm pregnant. I know we hadn't talked about it but—"

His mouth smothered her as he kissed her breath away. "We're having another baby?"

"Yes."

"You were scared to tell me?"

She nodded.

"Are you okay with it?"

"Yes."

"How long have you known?"

She sighed. "I got dizzy at Kelly's and Johnny was there and brought me home. I made him stop at the drug store and I kind of lost it when it was positive and cried all over him."

His hands found his hips. "And he didn't tell me?"

"I asked him not to. I just needed a few days to process it and make sure the test was right. Please don't be mad. I'm three months already. I had Kelly do a test to make sure."

He sighed.

"Jason, I was in shock. This is huge. It's going to be harder with two little ones around and I was trying to wrap my mind around it."

"We can get help."

She shook her head. "I'll be fine. It just was unexpected but having another baby with you. It's just surreal. I'm happy, Jason. Never doubt that. It just brought up so many feelings. We're having a baby, together." It was a dream that she never thought would happen.

He understands what she means. "I love Lily with all my heart. She's mine in every way. I would never treat this baby any differently than I do her."

Liz started to cry. "That is why you are the best husband and father. I couldn't love you more than I do right now. I might explode."

He smirked. "That would be messy," he said before tugging her against him.

She laughed and then wiped her tears away.

"Elizabeth?" Audrey said rushing toward them with Monica. "Are you okay?"

"Yes."

They eyed the couple warily.

Jason gazed into Elizabeth's eyes, and she nodded and then faced them.

"We're pregnant."

A gasp left their lips, and then the women hugged the couple as they laughed and cried.

"Lila is going to be so happy."

"What is going on out here?" Edward asked.

"We're pregnant," Jason said.

He clasped his hands together and ran into the tent and yelled, "They are pregnant!"

A roar arose in the tent and then people poured outside as Jason and Liz stood there in shock as they were hugged and pulled away from each other by their crazy family and friends.

By the time they found each other again, Jason had lipstick marks on his face and Emily and Elizabeth almost died laughing at the state of his hair.

Johnny chuckled. "As your friend, you need to go to the bathroom and get yourself together. This is embarrassing."

Jason groaned and headed to the house.

Sam embraced Liz and then pulled her off to the side.

"Can you keep a secret?"

Liz's eyes bulged. "Are you pregnant?"

Sam nodded and they cried together.

"I'm so happy for you. Does Sonny know?"

"I just found out this morning. I'm going to tell him later. We have the house to ourselves. Bobby has the kids." They had married the year prior in a small but beautiful ceremony.

Liz hugged her again. "We're going to be pregnant together. This is awesome?"

"Pizza!" they said together.

Jason moved closer as the two were chatting up a storm. "Do I want to know?"

Sonny shook his head. "I'm scared to even ask. They look diabolical."

When the girls met their gaze, Sonny shivered. "Yup, run." He took off back into the tent with Jason on his heels and Sam and Elizabeth couldn't stop laughing.

IiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIi

Nine months later, Liz gave birth to a little boy named Jacob Cameron Morgan. Two months after that, Sam had a little girl named Adele Daniella.

A year later, Emily and Johnny had a little boy they named Tristan.

IiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIiIi

Two years later, Jake ran as fast as he could to catch up with his sister. He is the spitting image of Jason and adores Lily.

Lila had passed the year before. It had been hard on Jason, but the kids always found a way to bring up his spirits.

Elizabeth was doing well in the fashion business, and Jason was growing the legitimate side of the business. He liked the challenge of getting their product out there, and the threats were few and far between.

Jason plopped onto a blanket as they watched the kids play. They had moved into a house that looks like an Italian villa and it had plenty of land for the kids to run and play. Liz also got her dream studio and Jason, a very nice man cave.

"So, I was thinking…"

His attention went to her. "Yes?" Milo had stopped by to work out, so he was playing with the kids.

"I think I want one more."

"Really?"

She nodded. "What do you think?"

He smiled. "I would like that too."

She grinned. "Good. We'll start trying tonight."

"I like the sound of that."

It took them three months to conceive, and two months after that they found out they were having twins. It was a shock to everyone. Emily was already five months pregnant with a little girl.

When Kaleigh Abigail and Liam Jason Morgan were born, Elizabeth and Jason were beyond happy. Kaleigh had Elizabeth's curls and lips, just like Lily, but Jason's eyes. Liam looked a lot like Jake, but his eyes were all Elizabeth's.

Jason got a vasectomy after that because they were done but enjoyed their four children immensely. Johnny and Emily stopped at two and so did Sonny and Sam who had another little girl they named Isabella.

The families and friends thrived. Eventually, the business went legit, and Jake, Michael, and Liam ended up running it. Kaleigh turned out to be an artist like her mom while Lily decided to be a doctor.

Liz watched the kids tease each other as they attended a family gathering to remember Lila and Edward.

"We have the best kids," Liz said.

"Yeah," Jason said as he put his arm around her.

She loves that they are close and will always have each other.

"I was thinking I want to go on another trip."

"Where?"

"Can we go to Greece this time?"

He nodded. "I have a travel book. We'll plan some things."

She loves that he is such a good trip planner. She learns so much and he knows what she likes.

"Did you ever think we'd be this happy?"

"Yes and no."

"Explain…"

"I always hoped for it, but things didn't always go my way back then, so I was scared something would happen and I'd lose you. I think I put all that behind me after the second kid."

She grinned. "Yeah, I wasn't ever going anywhere. You were always it for me. I was just too stupid to see it earlier on."

"Me too. I think we've made up for it though."

"Definitely. I love you, Mr. Morgan."

"I love you too, Mrs. Morgan."

The kids grinned when they spotted them.

"We have the mushiest parents on earth," Jake said.

"Definitely," Liam added.

"I wouldn't have them any other way," Lily said.

"They are perfect," Kaleigh said.

Their parents had taught them what real love is all about and none of them will settle for less.

The End
