Lansing: Detective Erin Lindsay has been kidnapped last night, unknown who it is, but we're going on a manhunt.
Holt: Every one of us will be responding to the scene in hopes of figuring out who kidnapped Detective Lindsay.
Voight: Everyone, we need you to be extra careful today, you could be next.
Lansing: This case is our prime focus. Let's move.
Holt: Dismissed.
Lansing: Cases, Peralta, Boyle, this is a kidnapping, could be Erin's, Voight is supervisor.
Holt: Now dismissed.
Everyone leaves the briefing room.
Jake: Can't believe it, Erin's actually kidnapped.
Charles: Let's just go to the scene.
At the scene
Jake: What's going on?
Officer: Kidnapper was wearing black everything, shoes, hoodie and pants.
Charles: So everything's black?
Officer: Yes.

Cuts to the two and Voight talking.
Voight: The Black Bandit.
Jake: What?
Voight: Notable for kidnapping his victims wearing only black.
Jake: OK, what do we do?
Voight: You two focus on finding out who the victim is, if it's Erin, go to Holt, someone else, go to me.
Jake: Copy that, Sarge.
Gabby: I need your help.
Terry: What's going on?
Gabby: I understand your wife is pregnant with your third child.

Lansing: Heard you responded to a call earlier today.
Rosa: Yeah, Terrorism cop.
Lansing: NYPD?
Rosa: Yep.
Lansing: Where's Santiago?
Rosa: Helping Rhodes.
Lansing: Peralta and Manning and Boyle and Reese are like partners in crime, makes sense.
Rosa: What's going on with the "Target" case.
Lansing: Sloan's on his way up, we're gonna talk then.
Holt: Briefing room!
Lansing: Let's move!

Sloan: The Target's family have been criminals since the 1950s.
Holt: They have been striking New York and Dallas primarily, everywhere else rarely.
Lansing: NYPD's been after them since Day 1.
Sloan: Two cases, one common criminal, one city.

Jake: We have confirmed that The Target is behind Erin's kidnapping.
Voight: We have some undercover cops working for her right now.
Jake: When the case is up, we make the arrest.
Cuts to Charles talking to Natalie.
Natalie: Target's behind Erin's kidnapping?
Charles: Yes, Jake's working the case and he made a risky decision.
Natalie: Someone probably forced him to.
Charles: Let's dig deep.
Natalie: Talk to Voight about this?
Charles: I did.
Natalie: Let's get to work then.
Cuts to Lansing and Dallas in Holt's office.
Lansing: He shouldn't be in my unit at all.
Dallas: A mistake was made by this very choice.
Holt: It wasn't up to me to put Teddy Wells in DEA.
Lansing: Then whose was it?
Dallas: Tough.
Lansing: My guess is Madeline Wuntch.
Holt: She hates us, she must want Teddy in your unit to annoy you.
Lansing: Maybe.
Dallas: If Santiago finds out, we have a problem, Captain.
Holt: Lieutenant, what do you think?
Lansing: We should get him out fast.
Holt: Wells could be useful.

Lansing: Listen up! Permanent partnerships for medical and police have been revealed. Start with Med.

Lansing: You're with Goodwin, I'm with Dr. Charles.
Holt: Police assignments.
Lansing: Peralta goes with Lindsay, Santiago goes with Halstead, Boyle goes with Burgess, Gina, with Ruzek, Diaz, you're with Atwater.

Lansing: Jeffords is with Antonio, Olinsky, with me, you're with Voight, Roman has an eye on Hitchcock and Scully.

Lansing: But he was a dirty cop, so it doesn't matter.

Charles: Could've been an undercover cop.
Lansing: When we bust her, we free Erin.
Voight: Exactly, and when we make the busts, some undercover cops will come to us.
Lansing: Exactly, Peralta, I want you by my side today, Olinsky, go with Sloan.
Olinsky: Copy.
Jake: Got it, Lieutenant.
Holt: Dismissed.
Casey: Where is she, where's Gabby?
Lansing: Thought she was with you guys, why?

All cops arrive at the scene.
Lansing: Jack Nesbitt is a bad guy, unbelivable business, Casey's been undercover for the cops, helping them take him down, now it's time.
Voight: Hit it.
Antonio hits the door.
Lansing: NYPD!
Everyone comes in with guns out.
Jay: Clear!

After the coroner's office arrive, the team begins their investigation.
Lansing: Victim's name is Katya Antov, she was a stripper working for Nesbitt, who is believed to be connected to The Target now, great.
Terry: Nesbitt is a bad guy, also shady.

Lansing: Detective Santiago, what brings you down here?
Amy: I think Antonio might have feelings for me.
Lansing: He's a married man.
Amy: I know, I met Laura.
Lansing: I was actually gonna call you down, tomorrow everything's gonna change, Teddy's in, Erin's life on the line, Jake's worried about her.
Amy: Teddy's gonna want me back.
Lansing: My sister's a lawyer if you need her.
Amy: I'll keep you informed.
Casey walks in.
Casey: Guys, Gabby just told me she's pregnant.
Amy: Congratulations!
Lansing: That's amazing.
Casey: Thanks, I'm gonna be a dad.
Lansing: Yeah, you are.
Casey: Gabby wanted me to tell only you, Lieutenant.
Amy: I was already in, so now I'm involved as well.
