ELLIOT POV
I cannot believe my Kate could do what she did. I always knew she was a little spoiled and vane, but never imagined she would be willing to hurt my entire family just so she could be the center of attention. But the hardest part of all was to realize I was never Kate's choice, but a consolation prize when she failed to bag my little brother, self-made billionaire Christian Travelian Grey's attention.

"I must admit I never would've imagined she would catch the billionaire's attention. After all, she had no real charm or exceptional looks. I expected he would be attracted to me as soon as we met at the interview. And depending on his charming abilities I was open to going out with him at least once. I was smart enough to recognize Grey was a good partner prospect for me. But unexpectedly I got sick that day and I had no other choice than to send someone in my place, so I chose the one I believed had no possibilities to capture the CEO's interest" she says with a sarcastic laugh.
I was in shock hearing my wife say those things without a single tread of shame on her voice. My brother? she was interested in my brother? so, what about me?...

After everyone left us, I talked to her trying to find a redeeming explanation for all she had done, but I couldn't find it. My beautiful wife was a narcissist that I stupidly allowed into our lives. It was hard to acknowledge our relationship was nothing more than a convenient way to associate herself to the Grey last name. I couldn't go home with her last night and I don't know if that will ever change. I guess I need to see the Kate I fell in love with and I thought loved me too.
"Darling, would you like some breakfast?" mom asked
"No thank you mother, I am not hungry. I think I will go to my house to get some of my clothes. Would if be ok if I stay here for a few days?"
"Of course, honey this is also your house"

CHRISTIAN POV
"Taylor, I need to go to Mrs. Grey's hotel, do you know where she is staying at?"
"Yes Mr. Grey, but she is not staying at a hotel. She was staying at Mr. and Mrs. Cross' penthouse here at the city, but they are having breakfast at this moment. I am guessing after that they will be leaving back to New York because Mr. Cross' jet is on the way back from New York"
"Ok, take me there I need to speak to her before she leaves again."
I hope she gives me a chance to explain everything, and we can put our family back together. I will do anything she wants, anything. But if she doesn't want to have anything with me anymore, I will respect her decision but I will demand access to my children, I missed them so much and even when I don't want to hurt Anastasia any more than I have, if she doesn't agree to allow me to see our children I will do whatever I need to in order to be in their lives again. I feel so nervous.
Taylor interrupts my thoughts when he says.
"Mr. Grey, we are almost there but it seems we have a problem. Ms. Kavanaugh and Ms. Grey arrived a few minutes ago and started to verbally attack Mrs. Grey, The restaurant manager already contact the police and a patrol car should be here any time now."
Looking around I can see a lot of people and paparazzi gathering around them.
"What!, shit, let's go"
Great that's the last thing I needed to convince my wife that being near me will only cause her trouble and humiliation. I swear I will kill Kate and Mia if she runs again.
ANASTASIA POV
This morning we all met at a restaurant to have breakfast. Right after we have an appointment at boutique Carry's publicist recommended for us to get dresses for the event that Crossfire Publishing will be hosting next week to celebrate its 4th year anniversary., I also want to go into a child's toy shop to get something for Teddy and Phoebe.
Walking out of the restaurant towards the waiting SUV we encounter Mia and Kate waiting outside, and by their attitude I can tell they're not here for a friendly chat.
"Anastasia, I hope you're happy to know, Elliot left me and it's all because of you! Kate yells at me in front of everyone
"Kate, I don't think this is the appropriate place to have this discussion"
"Really, now you care about others hearing us. Yesterday you were more than happy to humiliate me in front of my family so why would I care now?"
"Fine Kate, if that's what you want let's discuss what happened last night shall we? First of all, you are the only one responsible for Elliot leaving you. That is just a result of your deceit and manipulations that have kept my children away from their father and the rest of their family and for what reason Kate? Because my children and I were taking most of the attention you thought you should receive? Well let me tell you, this excuse is as pathetic today as it was yesterday. "
"Oh, please stop it Anastasia, we all know Kate was wrong but so were you, and you don't seem to be willing to take any responsibility. You keep acting like the poor victim who everyone should feel sorry for. Grow the fuck up, yes, things happened to you but that doesn't give you license to take Christian's children to God knows where without informing him no matter who's idea it was to begin with. Knowing you like I do now, I am willing to bet my trust fund that you have been doing this forever. I wouldn't be surprise if what happened years back with Jack Hyde was a result of your deceitfulness. Maybe he was right, and you two had been fucking for a while and had planned to get rich by playing my brother and steal his money. But you got greedy and decided to cut him off when you realized my brother was crazy in love with you and you decided marrying him would be more lucrative once you divorce and you wouldn't have to share anything with Jack at the end, which made him mad enough to kidnap me to demand some of my brother's money. But he also confessed he planned to tell everything to Christian once he had gotten the money, and when he told you that you shot him and became a hero in front of everyone. Ms. Anastasia Grey, the sweet, caring girl willing to sacrifice herself and the baby she was expecting to save the spoiled, and selfish sister-in-law Mia Grey. And you, being Christian Grey's lovely wife no one even dare to give Jack the benefit of the doubt, and his allegations where ignored. I was in shock at what Mia was saying, not only because she was completely crazy but at how twisted her mind was. I always saw her as an energetic sweet girl with too much love in her heart that her mare presence made everyone feel happy and excited all the time. But she seems a completely different person.
Before I managed to respond or Mia could say one more word Eva came up to us yelling at Mia
"That is enough! you ungrateful, lazy, good for nothing brat. Do not dare to talk to Ana like that ever again, she is not alone. If you do, I promise I will ruin your life."
But Mia isn't ready to back off.
"Really, and who are you? am I supposed to feel afraid of a nobody? You, on the other hand, should be very careful because I will be getting in touch with my brother and make sure he destroys you if you don't get the hell out of my face"
Chuckling Eva responds "I am Eva Tramel Cross, and I am not afraid of your brother. Unlike you I wouldn't need my husband, Gideon Cross to use his power to take you down. I am more than capable of taking care of you myself. Which is something you couldn't do for yourself. Tell me Ms. Grey what do you do? other than party and smooch off your brother and parents' money? Have you ever worked a day on your life?" Eva smirks at Mia
Suddenly Mia jumped towards Eva attempting to fight her, but Gideon jumped in front of his wife and caught Mia from her waist holding her while she struggled trying to get away and get to Eva. Next thing I know Christian was in front of us reeling Mia down.
"What the hell is happening here? Mia, calm the fuck down. Cross, please let go of my sister."
"Well, can anyone explain what is going on here?"
"Nothing, we only came to speak to Anastasia when this crazy bitch just got on the middle of our conversation attacking me."
He sharply turns around until his eyes landed on me, I bet he wasn't expecting to find me there. Like a lightbulb going on in his brain he focusses on Mia again
What exactly did you both wanted to talk to Ana about?" He asked while murderously looking at Mia and Kate.
"Well, if you must know. I just wanted to give her a piece of my mind for what she did to Kate yesterday. And Kate also wanted to confront her because thanks to her Elliot did not go home last night and who knows if he ever will."
"Mia, are you insane?! I do not make a habit of discussing my private problems in public, but I believe this time is necessary. I don't understand why would encourage Katherine to come here to confront Anastasia when you know she is the one that caused Elliot to leave her" He scolds Mia. Then he pins Kate down with his signature glare and says "You, Katherine should be ashamed of what you did and should be on your knees begging Ana's forgiveness for how nastily you manipulated our situation to get her away with our children. Do you even understand how many people you betrayed, Ana, Teddy, Phoebe, me and my family all because you were jealous of the attention, we gave Ana and the kids." "And you Mia, I am not sure if being around Katherine Kavanaugh poisoned you but you have changed so much lately and not for the better. I am tired of your irresponsible and childish behavior, from now on I'm cutting you off. If you need money find a job because you won't get another penny out of me."
"Christian! you can do that just for this whore that doesn't even want you"
"Enough! Taylor, get this two out of here."
"Yes sir"
I attempt to leave before Christian talks to me but he is faster than me and stops me before getting in the car
"Anastasia, could I please speak to you?"
Sighing I realize I can not keep postponing this conversation, but I have no time now
"Christian, I know we need to talk regarding the children but I don't have time now, we already have plans before we fly to New York in the afternoon. But I can call you once I am available if you prefer"
He briefly closes his eyes as to compose himself.
"No, Anastasia that's alright. I do not wish to bother you, I will get my attorney to file the necessary custody papers in order to allow the court to arrange a visitation schedule that works for us both. Have a nice trip."
He turns around giving a polite nod to the rest of my friends that have been waiting for me and walks away, leaving me with a dread feeling in the pit of my stomach. I should've talk to him, what if the court decides I should be punished for leaving and taking the kids without Christian's permission and gives him the custody of the kids. I was so deep in my thoughts that I didn't notice we had arrived and I was alone in the car with Gideon.
"Ana, I am sure you are thinking about all that's happened recently with the Greys. And I don't need to remind you I am here to support you any way you need. But, I will advise you to try to discuss and find an agreement with Grey regarding your children out of court. You know that will only result in bad publicity and media harassment to you and your kids"
"Yes, that is why I was thinking, but honestly I wasn't trying to be difficult but we have a time schedule to complete"
"I know, but I think its in your best interest to have a conversation with Grey as soon as possible, I can arrange for you to fly first thing tomorrow morning, first class of course. What do you think?"
"Thank you, Gideon, I think that is a great idea. But please it doesn't have to be first class."
He smirks playfully
"Can you please let everyone know I will see them tomorrow?"
"Yes, my driver will take you. And please remember you have all of us behind you"
