2. Spaceman's Notes - 1

Hello, again!

Let me begin by apologizing for the long wait; I'm sorry.

The thing is, or was, my NAS (Network Attached System), where I kept all, and I do mean all, my story notes and documents, chose to go and unexplainably jump off a cliff.

For this story, seventeen chapters, some 130k words, and tens of scene and plot papers, some further 80k words, disappeared.

For my other story, which is yet to be published, another 70-80k words, plus the accompanying notes and plot, 50k or so.

Poof, gone.

Lost, too, were countless personal pictures and videos.

I won't lie and say it did not affect me, for it did. In fact, this was the main reason why I took a long, long break from writing. However, I bring good news!

During this time, I have rewritten everything and taken the liberty of changing some things around. Now, whether this will be detrimental or worsen the overall story… who knows. For better or for worse, these are my new guidelines as I craft the world and story.

And so, I present to you the first chapter of the new and revamped; A Song of Sorceries and Magics, Book I - A Melody of Change!

Moving forward, this will replace the previous Daicy chapter and continue onwards. I'll give it a week or so before I delete the chapter altogether. Less confusion that way, I think.
