After the short-lived Kira Incident comes to a close; or so they thought, occurences cause them to take interest in the ongoing Kira case in the Outside World. Out of their own interest and mild annoyance, they seek to stop Kira discreetly. Rated T due to death.

Hi, this is the author of DN: OoB. Just going to say that this story will be on hiatus. I'm burnt out, and school is reaaaally kicking my ass right now haha
