"Da! Pizza has arrived!" Jack yelled in the hallway up to his dad who was in his room.

He walked back in the living room and set the three boxes on the dining table where Nikki was sat with a glass of wine. "Here is your change." He said handing Nikki a few bank notes and coins.

"Thank you." Nikki replied while putting the money away.

"You didn't have to pay Nik." Jack said while taking a seat opposite Nikki, he took a sip from his whiskey glass and set it down.

"Oh come on Jack, it's just pizza. You don't have to pay for everything and besides i promised i'll serve you all today." Nikki replied while sipping her wine.

Conor walked in the living room and took a seat next to Jack. "Oh lovely, haven't had pizza in weeks!"

Jack chuckled and opened each pizza box to see which pizza was inside. "One pepperoni for you Da." He said while putting the pizza box in front of Conor. "And one margherita with extra cheese for you Nik." Said said while handing Nikki her pizza box, he grabbed his own pizza, a large barbecue chicken, and began eating.

After 30 minutes of eating and talking they finished their pizza's and Nikki collects the boxes and throws them away outside in the trash bins.

"I'm going to watch some tv before going to bed. Are you two joining or heading upstairs?" Conor asked while sipping the last bit of whiskey in his glass, he stands up and walked over to his armchair and sat on it turning the tv on with the remote and switching to the BBC.

"No, we're heading upstairs da. I'm running Nikki a bath and than we're heading for bed." Jack stood up and walked over to the sofa and stood behind it. He looked at the clock and saw that is was 8:45 pm. Nikki came back from outside and stands next to Jack who immediately wrapped one arm around her waist and kissed her on her head. "Ready to go upstairs?" He quizzes looking down at Nikki.

Nikki looked up at him and nodded while letting out a yawn. "Yes please."

Conor smiled at the pair. "You're taking such good care of her son, i'm proud of you."

Jack blushes and smiles shyly at his dad, Nikki looked up at him with a proud smile. "He does Conor, he's the very best. You've done a good job raising him." Nikki says while her right hand stroked Jack's chest.

"Thank you dear, i appreciate you saying it. That men loves you dearly and i can see you love him as much too, it's heartwarming to see you two together." Conor said with a big grin on his face.

Jack smiled and pulled Nikki closer planting another kiss on her head.

"Now go upstairs you two!" Conor said with a laugh.

"Yeah we're going da! Calm down old man." Jack said with a chuckle. "Cara said she'll be home around 9:30, are you waiting for her to come home or do i need to check up on her?"

"I'll wait for her to come home, don't worry son. Now go! Chop chop." Conor said while waving at them to go upstairs.

Jack and Nikki laughed and said their goodnights. Jack grabbed Nikki's hand and led them upstairs, they went to their master bedroom and closed the door behind them. "Finally some alone time." Jack said with a smirk, he lets go of Nikki's hand.

Nikki giggles and sat down on the bed. "Hm yes." She said while looking up at him.

"Still in for a bath?" Jack quizzes while jiggling with his eyebrows.

"Yes, but no funny business mister, let's just have a romantic evening?" Nikki said smiling up to meet Jack's eyes.

"Don't worry, no funny business. Wait here for a couple of minutes, i'll prepare the bath." Jack smiled down at Nikki and bend down to peck her lips. He turned away from her and walked in the bathroom that was connected to their bedroom and closed the door behind him.

Nikki smiled to herself and let herself fall backwards on the bed, she looked at the ceiling. 'How did i ever get so lucky?' She thought to herself.

After 5 minutes Nikki's thought were interrupted by Jack's voice.

"Nik? You okay?" Jack asks while walking up to Nikki.

"Yes, i'm okay. Was just thinking." Nikki said still laying down on the bed.

"Happy thoughts?" Jack quizzes while holding out his hands for Nikki to grab.

"Yes." Nikki smiled and grabbed his hands and sat back up with Jack's help.

"Bath is ready for you, i'll grab us something to drink, fancy a red wine?" Jack asks looking down at his girlfriend.

"Yes please," Nikki said while standing up, she stood on her tiptoes and kissed Jack briefly before making her way to the bathroom, she opens the door and was in awe of the sight of the whole bathroom filled with candles.

After a couple of minutes Jack walked back in the bathroom and set both their glasses of red wine on a small table next the bathtub, he smiles at Nikki who's already sat in the bathtub.

"Impressive Mr. Hodgson." Nikki said with a smirk.

"Everything for my favorite girl." Jack said as his eyes locked eyes with Nikki's.

After a little stare down between the two Nikki breaks the silence. "Well.. are you joining or what?"

Jack chuckles and nodded, he stripped out of his clothes, still not breaking the eye contact, and slowly got in the bathtub opposite Nikki.

"Good thing this is a large tub otherwise there would be no more water in here." Nikki giggled.

Jack smirked at Nikki. "I'm glad you like the bathtub."

"I love this bathtub, especially with you in it." Nikki said with a wink.

"Hm, Dr. Alexander the feeling is mutual." Jack replied giving her a wink back, he grabbed the glasses of red wine and handed one to Nikki. "So to good health?"

"And love," Nikki said shyly while biting her lip.

"And love." Jack said before clicking his glass with hers and taking a small sip.

After a few minutes of relaxing and staring in each others eyes the pair were both in need of more contact, Jack slowly rubbed Nikki's leg and Nikki did the same with his leg but using more of her nails which led to Jack getting goosebumps everywhere over his body.

"God Nik, you're killing me." Jack said with a small laugh.

"I'm sorry, you're just so irresistible." Nikki said while biting her bottom lip.

"Come here, i need you in my arms right now." Jack said while he helped Nikki to sit between his legs with her back against his chest, he wrapped his arms around her chest and nuzzled his face in her hair and took in her coconut shampoo scent.

Nikki relaxed in his arms and a big smile crept on her face.

"I'm going to marry you one day." Jack whispers in her ear.

Nikki could feel the butterflies in her stomach and goosebumps appeared on her whole body. "Are you?" Nikki whispers back.

"Yes." Jack replied while leaving a kiss on her earlobe. "What are your thoughts about that?"

"I like the sound of that." Nikki said with a little giggle, she felt the tension between the two and couldn't help but love it.

"So.. that's a yes?" Jack said carefully.

Nikki's hands found Jack's and leant into him more to look up at him with a little smirk on her face. "I'm not saying yes in a bathtub without a ring on my finger."

Jack looked down at her and smiled at her. "Good to know." He said while crashing his lips on hers.

Nikki was taken aback with this forcefull kiss but kissed him back immediately, she quickly pulled away to turn herself around so she was now facing him and connected their lips together again, she let out a loud moan when Jack pulled her even closer so there was no space between them.

After an hour Jack and Nikki laid curled up together in bed.

"I think that bathtub is my new favorite place." Nikki said in a soft tone.

Jack smiled and ran his hands trough her blonde curls. "Mine too."

Nikki slowly untangled herself from Jack and got out of the bed. "What are you doing? I was comfy." Jack said with a pout.

Nikki shook her head laughing. "I need to go to the toilet, can you manage to be without me for 2 minutes?"

"I'll try, but no promises."

Nikki laughed and made her way to the bathroom to go to the toilet.

After a couple of minutes she came back in the room to see Jack laying on his back following her in every step she takes.

"Missed me?" Nikki said while climbing back in bed and curled herself back into Jack.

"You don't want to know." He replied while his arm wrapped around Nikki. "Give me your hand."

"What?" Nikki said in a confused tone and looking up at Jack.

"Nik, give me your hand."

Nikki, who still was confused, give him her free left hand.

Jack grabbed her hand in his and slowly slipped something on her left ring finger.

Nikki mouth flew open and held her hand in front of her and inspected her hand, she looked back at Jack. "Jack.."

"Nicola Alexander, from the very first moment we met i fell in love with you, your stubbornness and your smile, your perfect smile. Everything about you is perfect. I can't imagine my life without you. Will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?" Jack said while looking Nikki in her eyes and taking her hand in his.

The biggest smile appeared on Nikki's face aa she crashed her lips on his for a brief moment. "Yes, of course i'll marry you."

Jack copied her smile and kissed her again, this time for a bit longer than the last kiss.

When Nikki pulled away she took another look at her hand and the ring that was wrapped around her ring finger. "That diamond is huge!"

Jack chuckled and looked at Nikki's hand. "Nik, everything on those tiny hands look huge."

"That's true." Nikki said with a laugh. "This must've costed you a fortune Jack!"

"Don't worry about that Nik, only the best for you, Mrs. Hodgson to be."

Nikki blushed and leant in to kiss him again. "I love you so much." She said against his lips.

"I love you too, so much."

I'm thinking about making this a multi fic.
