Some time had passed since a college student named Alexander Lobe landed in the fairy tale Rumpelstiltskin by The Brothers Grimm. Alex never would've imagined he'd actually find himself in a real fairy tale. Things were a lot different in the fairy tale world than they were in the human world of 2019. Alexander didn't understand half the things that were different in the world he was in compared to what he was used to back in his world. He had no idea that a mystical human being who was around the same age as him named Andersen Grimm had transported him from the human world to the Rumpelstiltskin fairy tale in a attempt to try and blend fairy tales with reality like the show Once Upon a Time did with the town of Storybrooke, Maine.
Alex now assumed the role of Queen Angelica's aide. He was essentially a kind of bodyguard to the queen. The queen now had a son whom Alex named Vincent after his favorite Hollywood actor Vincent Price. King Daniel and Queen Angelica liked the name Vincent. Alex started to get to use to the life of monarchy and royality. He felt like he was in his own personal heaven like the character of Susie Salmon in the Alice Sebold novel: The Lovely Bones. Only, he wasn't dead and he wasn't in the early 1970s.
Alex was dressed in a silk shirt with padded shoulder pads and elegant linen trousers. He still kept his regular shoes and stared into the crackling fireplace that was located up against the wall. It had been a few months since he first met Angelica in her old house. She went from being a miller's daughter to being the queen of a kingdom. Angelica liked being a queen, if she was being honest. Her former life as a miller's daughter was boring to her. She yearned for some escape. She would never imagine it would lead to her becoming a queen of a kingdom. If it weren't for her father bragging to the king about her "supposed" ability to weave straw into gold, she would've never have been a queen in the first place.
Angelica probably would've most likely lived out her boring, mundane life of being a miller like her father. Her father changed her life forever. She was kind of proud of that. Now, Angelica would get to spend the rest of her life being a queen and proudly serve her kingdom. Queen Angelica was alone in the castle with Alex. King Daniel was off doing his duties off in a nearby town. It was just the queen and Alexander Lobe. Queen Angelica was sitting in a rocking chair, cradling her infant son Vincent in her arms.
Suddenly, Rumpelstiltskin appeared before the queen and Alex. He had returned to claim his debt for the queen: her son Vincent!
"Alex, Angelica. Long time no see. I hear you're now a queen, Angelica. And I see that you have a son." Rumpelstiltskin said. "I've come to claim my payment. Your child!"
The queen was shocked when she heard that Rumpelstiltskin wanted her firstborn child. She thought her deal with Rumpelstiltskin was over with. Angelica had given the imp everything she had to help her spin straw into gold to appease the king. She gave up everything to be the queen. There was one thing and only one thing in the world that she never give away to anybody. That would be her son. Queen Angelica would never under any circumstances whatsoever give away her child. Rumpelstiltskin had gone too far by requesting the queen to have her son be taken away from her.
"I refuse to let you have my child. You can have any of the castle's riches. You can never have my son!" Queen Angelica said to Rumpelstiltskin.
"We had a deal!" Rumpelstiltskin said. "How dare you bsck out of our agreement!"
"You can take that deal and shove it up your ass!" Alex said to the imp. "Why do you want the queen's baby for? Are you planning on molesting him? Are you going to adopt him?"
"What I plan on doing to the queen's child is none of your concern." Rumpelstiltskin said to Alex.
"It is my concern, fucker! I care about human life, unlike you. You're nothing but a sick pedophile! You want to know what happens to people eho try to take away the queen's child? Their heads go bye-bye. Unless if you want your head to go bye-bye by the king's servants, I suggest you scram and get the hell out of the castle!" Alex threatened Rumpelstiltskin.
"I'd like to see the kings guards try to behead me!" Rumpelstiltskin said. Alex and Queen Angelica summoned the guards to take care of Rumpelstiltskin. The kings guards raced up to where the queen and Alex were at. Once the guards arrived, the queen told them what Rumpelstiltskin was trying to take away her child. Rumpelstiltskin made the guards disappear using his magical powers. The queen and Alex were shocked at what Rumpelstiltskin did to the king's guards. The imp turned toward the queen and Alex.
"If you don't give me what I return, I'll make your son disappear just as I did to your guards. You'll never see him ever again!" Rumpelstiltskin threatened the queen.
"Where are my guards?" the queen asked Rumpelstiltskin.
"I ain't telling you where your pathetic guards are at." Rumpelstiltskin said to the queen.
"Alright. i'll give you what you want." the queen said. "What do I have to you?"
"You have to guess what my nsme is within three days. If by the third day you fail to guess my name within three days, I'll be forced to take away your child." Rumpelstiltskin threatened Queen Angelica.
"I already know what your name is. It's Rumpelstiltskin." Alex said to the imp. Rumpelstiltskin was furious that someone said his name to him. He was angry. He was seething with rage.
"How do you know my name?!" Rumpelstiltskin demanded Alex.
"Let's just say I've seen this event play out before." Alex said. "You think it's okay to kidnap babies? It's not okay. It's beyond not okay. That's unacceptable where I come from. I'd like to see your scrawny ass try to kidnap babies where I'm from. You wouldn't have the balls to do it." Alex said to Rumpelstiltskin.
"This isn't over, Alex. I'll find where you are and I'll steal all the babies I want. I'll pin the blame on you." Rumpelstiltskin said.
"I want you to turn around and look at the fireplace." Alex ordered Rumpelstiltskin. Rumpelstiltskin did what Alex told him and turned his body toward the fireplace. He looked into the fire within the fireplace.
"Burn in hell!" Alex yelled at Rumpelstiltskin before shoving his small body into the fire. Rumpelstiltskin screamed as he was burnt to a crisp in the fireplace. He disappeared in a cloud of smoke. The queen was rekieved that Rumpelstiltskin was dead. She never had to deal with him ever again.
"Thank you for saving me, Alexander Lobe." the queen thanked Alex.
"You're welcome, your majesty." Alex said to Queen Angelica. "I'm afraid I have to go now. I'm not from around here. I won't be born for several centuries, in the year 1997 in the late 20th century. I come from the year 2019. I come from a land called America. It's a country east from here. It's the land of the free and home of the brave. It was nice meeting you, Angelica."
"When can I see you again? Why must you go?" Queen Angelica asked Alex.
"It's difficult to explain. You'll never understand. All you need to know is thst I need to go back home where I belong. I have people there whol miss me." Alex explained to Angelica.
"It was nice meeting you Alexander Lobe. It's sad that I'll never see you again. You've been a good friend to me and the king. Hope you have a good time in your land called America." Angelica said to Alex. Alex and the queen said goodbye to each other.
"You should probably tell thd king about the fact that Rumpelstiltskin spun the straw into gold instead of you doing it by yourself." Alex said.
"I don't know if I should tell the king that. What if he gets mad at me?" the queen questioned.
"I'm sure he'll understand. He might get upset a little bit, but he'll understand." Alex assured Angelica. He started to walk toward the door out of the room that he was in. He walked down a long corridor lit by torches on either sides of the wall. He eventually reached the throne room. The king was sitting on the throne. King Daniel saw Alex walking past him. He wanted to know where Alex was going.
"Alex. Are you going home for the day?" King Daniel asked Alex.
"Yes, your majesty. I must go now. I have to go to my village. I miss my friends and family." Alex said to the king. He started to walk away from the king, when suddenly a mystical aura envoloped his entire body. There was a bright light that seemed to shine forever. Then, his body disappeared in an instant. The king and his guards were left flabbergasted by Alexander Lobe's sudden disappearance. The king didn't know whether he was seeing things or not. An ID card was left behind on the ground. It was Alexander Lobe's state ID of Vermont. One of the king's servants picked up the card and brought it over to King Daniel. The king read the card. The ID card read:
Alexander Lobe. DOB: 2/26/1997. Sex: Male. Place of Residence: Monteplier, Vermont, U.S.A. Date Issued: 2/26/2015.

Alexander Lobe materialized on his bed back in bis college dormitory room. He was asleep at the moment. Alexander Lobe's dormitory was nice. On his desk was a 35 in Panasonic flat sccreen TV that had his PlayStation 4 hooked up underneath it. His laptop was on another desk that faced the wall. The TV was across from his bed to the left of him. He had movie and TV posters lining up the walls of his dormitory. Alexander shared a dormitory room with his friends Jennifer Rose and Mitchell Crumble. Mitch's dormitory was the room next door to Alex's while Jenny's dorm was adjacent to Alex's dormitory room.
Alexander Lobe slowly opened his eyes. His vision was kind of blurry and disorientated. His vision soon cleared up. He took in the surroundings around him. He saw his laptop computer in his second desk that was across the room from his bed. He saw his TV on the desk next to his bed that was facing the wall the right side of the bed was at. Alex realized that he was back in his dormitory room in the University of Vermont in his world. Alex sat up and reached for his cell phone which was still in his pants pocket. He turned on his phone. The date on the phone read: Tuesday, May 21, 2019. 8:04 AM.
Alex slowly got up from his bed and stood there in the middle of the room. He was back in his dormitory room in college. He just stood there where he was for a while. Alex suddenly heard his door opening. A young girl entered the room. The girl had long platinum blonde hair. She was Caucasian. She had emerald green eyes. The girl wore a green long sleeve shirt that read: Gucci. She wore jeans. Her name was Jennifer Rose, Alexander Lobe's girlfriend and dorm mate. Jenny was on her phone, scrolling through her TikTok feed. She didn't see her friend Alexander Lobe in the room. She felt someone tap her shoulder as she was sitting down on the bed. She looked up to find her friend Alex standing in front of her. Alex wore a black Iron Maiden T-shirt over cotton pants. Jenny was surprised to see Alex in his dormitory room.
"Alex! Oh my god, you're back!" Jenny said to Alex with excitement.
"Of course I'm back. Why wouldn't I be?" Alex said.
"Where have you been? I was worried sick about you!" Jenny asked Alex.
"I've been in my room this entire time." Alex said in confusion. "Did you think i went somewhere?"
"You were missing for a long time, Alex. We went looking everywhere for you." Jenny said.
"How long was I missing for?" Alex asked Jenny.
"I don't know. A few days. You were missing since last Sunday, when we started our thesis on the fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm. I woke up the next day and you were gone. I swore a saw a boy with black emo haircut wearing a hoodie enter your room while I was sleeping." Jenny said.
"What did this boy look like?" asked Alex. Before Jenny answered, a boy suddenly walked into the room. He had blue eyes and had short brown hair that was parted to the left. He wore a blue flannel shirt over jeans. His name was Andersen Grimm. He had the appearance of Mitchell Crumble. Andersen smiled at Jenny and Alex.
"Hi, Alex. Congratulations on defeating Rumpelstiltskin. That saved the queen three days of the pronoun game with Rumpelstiltskin." Andersen said.
"Mitch?" Alex asked the boy, unsure if he was his friend Mitch or not.
"Not quite. While I do resemble the person you call Mitchell Crumble, I'm not actually Mitch. Mu name is Andersen Grimm. It's nice to finally meet you, Alexander Lobe and Jennifer Rose." Andersen said.
"How do you know our names?" Alex asked Andersen. He could see through Andersen Grimm's Mitchell Crumble disguise. Mitch Crumble's eyes were brown, while the look a like Mitch had blue eyes. Alex had never seen his friend Mitch with blue eyes before since his eyes were never blue. Both Alex and Jenny could clearly see that this person was masquerading as Mitch Crumble.
"You're not Mitch. Mitch never had blue eyes. And since when did he have a emo hairstyle?" Jenny said to Andersen.
"You're right. I may look like Mitchell Crumble, but I'm not actually the one you call Mitch." Andersen Grimm said. He shapeshifted from his Mitchell Crumble disguise to his true form. Andersen Grimm had jet black hair. He wore a burgundy colored GAP hoodie. He looked about a year older than Alex.
"Where's Mitch? What the hell's going on?" Alex asked Andersen.
"I put your friend in one of your Grimm fairy tales that you guys are studying for your thesis in your English class." Andersen said to Alex.
"How do you know about our thesis on the Brothers Grimm?" Alex asked Andersen 'I've never seen you before in my life."
"I know everything. I was the person who put you in the Rumpelstiltskin story. You might be wondering why I put you and your friend Mitch in separate fairy tales? I want you guys to have a hands on experience with the Grimm fairy tales. Not just read them, but actually experience the stories for yourselves. I plan on merging fairy tales with reality, sort of like how the town of Storybrooke is in the show Once Upon a Time." Andersen explained.
"What fairy tale did you put Mitch in?" Alex asked Andersen.
"I put Mitch in the tale of Rapunzel. I hope he hss what it takes to save Rapunzel from her fate." Andersen said to both Alex and Jenny before handing the Grimm fairy tale book to them. They turned the pages til they found the Rapunzel tale. What Alex and Jenny saw in the book shocked them beyond belief. There was an illustration of a 20 year old boy in the middle of a lettuce field in the dead of night in front of a house. Alex instantly recognized the boy in the illustration as none other than his best friend Mitch Crumble. It meant that his Rumpelstiltskin adventure wasn't a deeam. Alex's Rumpelstiltskin adventure was 100% real!
