Chapter 3

Izuku was visiting Eri and making sure she was going to be alright. He brought his dragonflies with him since she loved them. "Hey, Eri?" He said, she looked at him. "You want to talk about what happened to you?" She was quiet, "you don't have to. I mean, if it's making you uncomfortable."

"I want to talk about it but, I…" She burst out in tears. Izuku hugged her tightly.

"It's okay Eri," he said. "Take your time." So she did and started to tell him everything not knowing that one of the dragonflies was recording everything they were talking about. They were getting evidence against Chisaki. Afterward, Eri cried herself to sleep. "No one's ever going to hurt you again." He whispered and kissed her on the forehead. Then tucked her in, he left two of his dragonflies in the room, one was playing a calming melody while the other landed next to her head and sent out gentle vibrations to lull her to sleep.

Izuku had walked out of the room, madder than a hatter. 'If I wasn't such a good guy, I would have killed Chisaki!' He thought, he had left the hospital and gone to his father's manor.

(Midoriya Manor)

Izuku had stormed in, "THIS IS SOME BULLSHIT!" He screamed, just then a maid can walking up to him. She had white hair and blue eyes. Was tall, busty, and took his hand. Then she led him to the sitting room.

"You want to talk about it?"

"Oh, hi Belfast." She sat him down at a table and poured him some tea.

"What's wrong?" She said, he sighed and told her about the mission and the child. She was concerned. "Is she alright?"

"The others are helping her and we got something on that bastard to put him away for a long time."

(Later with Yuko)

Yuko was in her office and was looking at Eri's file. 'This child was tortured by this bastard!' She thought. 'Just more ammo for us.'

The news was telling everyone about Chisaki's arrest by Akitsu and giving thanks to him. Izuku was watching and muttered to himself, "feels like someone dodged a bullet thanks to me."

(Yuuhei)

A tall, buffed blonde young man sneezed. He was in a T-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. He was with a young woman with blue-gray hair and blue eyes. She was dressed in a T-shirt and shorts.

"Are you coming down with something Mirio?" She asked.

"No, I shouldn't be." He said.

(Back with Izuku)

"Meh, it'll sort itself out. I'll go check on Eri tomorrow." Just then his phone rang.

(Take ya for a ride - Marvel vs Capcom 2 ringtone)

He reached over and answered. "Hey pop," he said.

[Izuku, you got permission to change your name.]

"Really?"

[The board agreed to allow you to call yourself 'Yammark'.]

"Well, that's cool. I'll do it ASAP. "

[That's my boy!]

"Okay, I am going to take care of it. Give the board my thanks."

[Will do kiddo.] So they hung up and Izuku went to the records department.

(That night)

Izuku was on patrol, stopping crimes and saving people.

(Yuuhei, next morning)

The students were talking about what happened to Stain the previous night.

"Did you hear?"

"Yeah, Shiragi and the League want to take him on."

"Who? Akitsu?"

"Don't you mean Yamark?"

"He changed his name?"

"Yeah, and he looks even cooler."

Meanwhile, Class 1-A was talking about what had happened to Chisaki. Sir Nighteye was there talking to the class as well.

"What I want to know is," said Momo. "How did he find out about Chisaki?"

"He ran into Eri." Said Nighteye.

"She came up to him?" Asked Izumi, Izuku's younger sister. She looks like a younger, more fit, Inko. She has a strong telepathic quirk.

"I heard she was running from Chisaki." Said Mina, who was a pink-skinned, and haired girl with yellow eyes and a black screla. Her quirk is acid, her body fluids like spit and sweat were acidic, Nighteye nodded.

"She was," he said. "He then came up on them, apologized, and took her away."

"What happened then?" Asked a young woman, with brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. Her name's Ochacho Uraraka, her quirk is Zero Gravity. Which allows her to remove the effects of gravity from solid things upon touching them with the pads on her fingertips.

"Well, he took Chisaki down as Akitsu and rescued Eri." Said Nighteye, they sighed in relief.

(With Izuku)

Izuku was visiting Eri, she was happy to see him. He was with a young woman with long silver hair and blue eyes and she was in a maid's uniform. One of the dragonflies was on her shoulder, relaxing. Izuku had gifted Eri her own dragonfly as protection and a little toy.

"This little guy will protect you as long as you need him," Izuku told Eri.

"And if you get scared or nervous," said Belfast. "It shall play calming music." Eri nodded, Belfast looked at Izuku, worried that he might go off and kill Chisaki. But, thanks to the drones, Hizashi had already got the information and sent the Yakuza to a maximum security prison. The 'League' knew what he did, Chisaki was going to be destroyed in court and Eri's mother was never going to see her again. He was trying to get custody of the girl, with Izuku, Belfast, and Yuko being her guardians. Yuko came into the room, they looked over at her.

"What's up, sis?" Asked Izuku.

"Dad just called," she said.

"What's wrong?" Asked Belfast, Yuko leaped at Eri and grabbed her in a tight hug. "Kiddo, we just became your guardians."

"WHAT?" Said Izuku and Belfast.

"She's protected by us now." Eri hugged her back.

"Any news on Chisaki?" He asked.

"The League's lawyers are going to slaughter him."

"You do have to go if you don't want to Eri." Said Belfast.

"Yeah, somebody from the League will talk to you." Said Yuko, Eri nodded.

"I'll be right there with you." Said Izuku, so they set up a time for someone from the 'League' to talk to Eri.
