Hey guys, Kurama here with another chapter of a Marvelous Gamer.
"Talk!" someone says.
"MonsterTalk/thought/skills/spells/Game notifications, Quests and Rewards!" Someone says.
"Thoughts, "Someone says.
Disclaimer: I don't own Marvel.
Let's begin!
-Timeskip-
I wake up, feeling fully refreshed as I take a look at my phone and see a text message from Bakuto, making me sigh as I grab my workout clothes and put on a hoodie and go to work.
I was mostly a grunt when I first started working with him a couple of months ago but my speed has improved drastically thanks to all those missions I've been doing for him.
I'm now one of his trusted admirals, the highest position one could have in the Hand but that doesn't mean I trust him.
I do plan on killing him but only when I found Danny Rand, also known as the Iron Fist and find a way to do so without alerting any of his allies since I don't plan for anyone else to be dragged on into this battle of mine.
I also maxed out my [Gyrokineseis] and some of my [Speed Force] abilities, making me more powerful as I bought two things on the [Shop] that could help me become faster than ever before.
They're called Tachyon Enhancers and what they do is make the user four times faster than he was originally supposed to be, which is fantastic for someone like me to have.
I did keep up with my martial arts training, though I had to keep the lessons short since Bakuto could always call me for a mission, even when I wasn't ready for it.
I also fought that girl Bree a couple of times during my missions but she hadn't gotten faster like I hoped she would so I told her to start training at the Chikara dojo, silently hoping that she would prove me wrong and become someone worthy to challenge and maybe have her as my rival but that remains to be seen.
I also trained in the [Dungeons] to level up my [Classes] separately from my level and I managed to get them both to the level max so I picked up [Cryomancy] and [Hydromancy] and they're both level 25, which is some good progress if I do say so myself.
I'm now level 100, something I'm grateful for as it gives me extra strength if I ever need it.
I did also train at the Miyagi-Fang dojo and even earned the friendship of all the students there though my best friend would have to be Eli or Hawk as I've come to know him.
There's something I want to test while training and that's the ability of [Mimicry], a power that could prove to be very useful if I allow it to be.
Although that can wait as I see my target of the day: a random politician of New York who's preparing to sign a new deal to accommodate mutants in human schools.
That can only end well.
NOT!
Do you want super-powered humans to work with a bunch of weaklings? Yeah, about no?
If you all want to die, then Obadiah Stane would be happy to oblige but I'm not risking a potential race war because you decided to fuck around and find out.
Anyway, I should try to join the X-Men so I can develop my [X-Gene] even further than currently is but to develop my magic, I should go find the Ancient One.
Problem is, I don't even know where she is and even if I did, I don't know what to do or say to make her interested in training me in magic.
The best I could do is tell her the truth about the events that are coming but that's about it for a plan.
Alright, I have a couple of things figured out so I'm gonna quickly kill this bastard and move on to something that is far more interesting.
I use my [Super Speed] to blitz to where my target is and once I'm in range, I phase through his entire body and snap his neck, killing him as I set him on fire in front of everyone before running away from the crime scene.
It's a good thing that I'm masked up 'cause otherwise, things could've gone south.
I arrive at the base then step inside Baluto's office and find him talking to a random foot soldier so I decide to wait.
Better yet, I can get started on learning from Xavier and the Ancient One so I use [Temporal Duplicates] to make two copies of me from a couple of seconds ago and they run at the designated spots for further training.
The foot soldier leaves the room so I step in and throw a small nod at him.
"I see you're done with the mission. Not too difficult for someone like you, I'm sure."Bakuto says, not looking up from his computer.
"The mission wasn't too difficult. He was an easy target."I reply to him before he abruptly closes his computer and grabs me by my collar.
"Where is the Iron Fist? You know where he is and more importantly, you know who he is. Tell me, who is he?"He asks as I flash an arrogant smirk at him.
"You're right, I do know who he is but that's all you're gonna get. If you want more info out of me, you better pay me more than usual."I say as I leave the place, not finding a particular reason to entertain this buffoon.
I arrive back home and lay on my bed, not feeling like I should spend time with Ava.
She said that she has a couple of exams and wants to focus on that so I'm gonna let her do what she wants.
My duplicates come back then we merge back into one as I'm pelted by the memories of their missions to get more power from Xavier and the Ancient One.
Xavier told me that I would go to his academy on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays to not only socialize with the mutants that are there but also train alongside them.
The most inviting girl in the school is Jean Grey, host of the Phoenix Force and arguably, the most psychic the world has ever seen.
Thanks to my [Perks] and high charisma [Stat], she was pratically in love with me with just a simple smile but that's not what attracted her to me.
She said that she couldn't hear my mind, which was a nice change of pace and looked forward to seeing me in the school.
She gave me her phone number and ran as fast as she could, blushing harder than her hair colour.
Scott Summers threw a glare at me once he saw Jean blushing and running away from me but I simply flipped him off and left for the day.
Now for the Ancient One or as she wanted me to call her, Yao.
The things is, she already knew what I was seeking training for so she just told me that I would have to be at the Sanctum every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays for training.
This leaves me Monday to do whatever I want so I'm gonna use that to level up in the [Dungeons].
Thanos, you don't stand the singular fuck of a chance against me.
Should I focus on Kang as well since he's a future threat?
Nahh, he's thrash anyway.
I wouldn't be surprised if he decided to give up on his shitty conquest due to my abilities as a speedster since I think I can run back in time and erase him from existence.
However, time travel is risky as I'd be creating changes that only I would notice.
For example, when Barry travelled back after making Flashpoint in the Arrowverse,
Dante Ramon was dead, Iris West and her father weren't on speaking terms and Caitlin Snow had ice powers.
I don't want any of my newfound friends to pay for the consequences of my mistake.
BOOM*
I jolt from my bed, looking head on in the city, seeingsmoke come out of a building as I use my [Super Speed] to run to where the danger is so I could help people escape the threat.
I use [Temporal Duplicates] to create as many clones of me as I can and then have them run to save those who are trapped underneath the rubbles of random buildings.
They quickly get to work, no pun intended, to save the people here so I can focus on the one who's doing all of this.
I see the one who's the commotion and it's a... FUCKING HELL!
IT'S A GRAY MOTHERFUCKING HULK!
Can the universe throw in an explanation as to why is he here?
For fuck's sake!
Can I not have a normal day in this universe?!
Gahh, I really didn't want to do this today.
I use [Observe] on him to see his stats.

Description: Experiment 001 or Gray Hulk is a clone of Hulk created by the U.S. goverment took Bruce Banner's blood as well as the Captain America serum to see if the Hulk could be improved and possibly weaponized.
Thoughts about you: Threat to the american people.
Yeah, well fuck you too, failure of society.
At least I have a purpose, unlike you.
My [Temporal Duplicates] come back and we channel as much Speed Force energy as we can, feeling ourselves grow more powerful by the second.
We then all run at him in different directions as to confuse him and chip away his health points.
Some of my clones use both [Lightning Throw] and [Gyrokiniseis] to hurt him while I use [Ionkiniseis] to hit him with plasma based energy beams, which hurts him even more as he tries to get away from us.
"Alright boys, time to blow this shit skyhigh!"I say to them as I charge immense amounts of energy for this ultimate move of mine.
This [Skill] will be considered a last resort because of how destructive power its carrying.
It's the last [Pyromancy] ability I got before moving onto others things.
"Take this! METEOR SWARM!"We roar out as we pelt Gray Hulk with meteor sized fireballs and watch him get burned to a crisp, successfully killing him.
I merge back with my duplicates and run away from the scene, not wanting to be annoyed by the press and other forms of media.
I arrive back home and go straight into room, feeling way too tired after that massacre but I should be thanking my lucky stars that he was stupid.
Because if he wasn't, I would've died, which further proves my point of learning more about my [X-Gene] and learn magic so I can be ready when threats like this show up in my city.
I soon lay on my bed and close my eyes, entering a dreamless sleep.
END!
Done with this chapter and let me know in either a PM or a review of what you want to see next.
The weaker version of Gray Hulk vs Nathan was a fight I didn't want to do too early due to the lack of knowledge on how write a proper fighting scene as well as how fast paced this story is.
I'm going to put this story on hold for a little while at least to figure out what to do with it.
