Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Ghost and Angel. Enjoy the 3400-word chapter. I don't own Overwatch; Blizzard and a few others do.

There were flaws in the plans. Each and all plans had a small flaw that could be exploited given the proper time and effort. Each detail had to be perfect, each measure of the perfection pushed into place delicately.

He? He had not been used to plans like this being pushed to such measures. No, he was a man used to handling these problems properly and with little bloodshed.

Now? He felt as if she had surpassed him in that regard at the end of the road. There was sheerly something on his mind as he gazed at Mercy who shared a look between disdain and something resembling compassion. They were both warriors, both of whom walked a certain plan that could best be treated as a small measure of pain at the second.

"Are you ok?" Mercy questioned in a quite curt tone. "What happened is that you sustained radiation poisoning. Whatever is swimming in your body is only kept at bay with the medicine I tried. Every person here seems to have some form of radiation poisoning. It won't heal for a while. It breaks down the cells, mutates them into something horrible." Mercy added to which he nodded and seemed to take in a deep breath at this.

Pain flooded his body anyway. He didn't exactly seem to care at the time because he was aware of the pain. It was not something he was used to, but he coped.

He had been a lot more to question before now. Whatever seemed to happen for now. It had been a while before now as this came for the time being. It'd be a lot worse of an issue for now. Whatever came next would be an odd little thing for now.

This would make him question whatever came next. It'd be an odd little thing before it questioned what to do as of now. It had been a lot more to question before now. It had been an odd little before now. This had been something that needed to handle when all of this was questioned before now.

"No. I don't think I will be for a while." He stated before now.

He had been in pain for more than he liked to say. It had been a grievous wound against him and the rest of the area. It wasn't as if he hadn't expected this nor wished it hadn't happened. The idea had left many wounds across him, wounds which had been something for now. This was odd to come down as of now. It was a lot more interesting it was a lot more to question as of now.

It was to question for now… The pain wrenching his body in horrid agony did not exactly die and burn away as simply as they wished, no, it festered and grew. And God did it hurt more than anything at the end of the day for him either way sadly for now.

There was a lot more as of the time being. A lot more to have scared them. He didn't know what else was coming their way, only that what they had next was going to have been a nightmare for the time being. He didn't know what to expect, what she'd throw at him, only that it was far more insane than what had happened for now and how it could have ended.

It was then he remembered what else was coming and how else it could have been done. Such things had to yet been focused more and more upon such things.

It had been odd, it'd always be odd, perhaps that was how things were supposed to have been for now. it was a weird part of their history. He didn't know what else had been interested in such things, but he did know that he was tired and thrown off.

Mercy for her part didn't seem keen on killing him. if anything? She looked as exhausted, far too unsure of what to do next if anything.

"You didn't come here just to heal people, did you?" He asked as she glanced at him. "You came here to atone for something, no?" He asked as he placed a hand on his side.

He was tired and too tired as of now. He didn't know what she'd do next, he didn't know what to do or how this could have worked. He didn't know what'd she does if she tried to kill him.

"Yes. I came here to heal, but I don't think would have happened. There's a lot more upon which to have made this place what it is and now. People just want it all to burn." Mercy stated to which he sighed.

"Because it makes them less dependent on what they own. The people here are warlords, you're doing something they want." He said before placing his hand on his side once more.

"We both know that isn't…." Mercy started to say before she glanced around. "Maybe a little true, but it isn't a reason to just give up," Mercy said while she sighed.

Aadne said nothing, content to let her believe whatever thing she thought could help. It was worth the pain and fluttering to have gotten to this place which just meant to him that she was going to have been in charge of such things.

This wouldn't be fun, it wouldn't be fair, and it might not even help as of now. He hadn't a lot more to have done to it. There was a lot more on the line if they didn't end this week at all.

Such things had been odd, it was a lot more to question as of now. They had problems when they seemed to have been slowly building up and up and up into the depths of chaos.

Yet? All it told Aadne? Simple. They had far worse problems than this. Ones that ran all over everything he had hoped to have been capable of. Yes. This place was odd, but it told him far more than he should have known for now.

"You've come here to heal, no? then why are you here? You are here for a reason and we both know it. Something brought you here, didn't it?" Aadne questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"That is none of your business nor your concern… However? Yes, it is… And what is it that brings you here? Murder? Perhaps Black watch had someone else they needed cut down?" Mercy questioned, glancing at him as she knew that he had been a problem.

Mercy knew he was saddened and perhaps beaten down by what he had been… But didn't feel bad for him to have much of anything. He hadn't deserved any type of pity or such a thing for now.

They looked at her with a sigh as he did so. His face showed pity, but she had none within her. None which she could gift or quench. It was his fault he had gotten here and it was his fault he had been hurt. There were limits even to her kindness and Blackwatch had been all too eager to pass it. They went above and beyond in fact and she knew it.

"Aadne, I will kill you if I see you hurt another of my patients, I will not hesitate to hold back, I do want you to know that better, I don't hold back and I will kill," Mercy stated to which Aadne held up his hands.

"If you didn't? I'd not even be here, to begin with, and you know that. I'm a soldier, not a murderer, secondly? Even if I was? There'd be something that what it seemed to question." Aadne stated before he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.

Mercy was not at all reassured by the statement which wasn't something he could have reassured her with at the time. It wasn't something he could focus on what it should have been.

There was more to question and a lot more to have done. If anything? He hadn't the proper heart to correct her on such issues and he knew damn well what was coming when it was all said and done.

The terror within him told her that she had seen a nerve hit, something that hadn't been easy. If it wasn't? Well? He'd find out sooner or later and slowly yet surely crush it all to dust under his heels.

Mercy was terrifying, but at least she was still contained in her laws and rules… But if she wasn't? She'd be almost nigh unstoppable for now. It was odder and odder as of now and he didn't exactly argue against it. their need to win was clear enough and she had no delusions of grandeur.

It was something she dreaded more and more. The idea that her enemy could have been anything like this was far more and more it was all too much.

Something that had only served to make him question how much of a doctor this woman was. it was something he felt himself fall more and more silent, all too unsure.

Aadne had no real damn idea what to say, what to do to her, it was something he had reveled in as a soldier, found himself happier and happier to have a purpose at the time… But when does that purpose shift around? When he had been confronted with the horrors, he was not the hero.

It was clear more and more such things and… Been horrid, he knew he was not the hero. He had not been it in years. Aadne had been it for years and yet? Well, he had been precisely where he felt he should have been. It was clearer the more and more damn time for it.

He sighed and looked at her. He didn't want to be here, not simply because of who she was… No. He was a monster, an utterly horrid monster who had been at war for years and years.

It had not helped him at all. It did not suit him to be helped, Aadne didn't feel that kindness would have benefited him at all. Perhaps it was fate or perhaps he had been able to have fallen purely away. It was clear to him that such a manner had not been lost.

"I won't kill you… Not yet, Blackwatch or not… I'm not a monster." Mercy stated to which Aadne frowned and merely looked ahead.

It was clear the wound was deep, it needed to have been to have cut him the way it should have. He felt pained as he looked at the wall, measuring perhaps whatever small amount of worth that had been equated with the idea. Aadne felt himself fall more and more tired and hated himself more, for now.

It should have been, how he wished to have entertained the idea he was better than it should have been. It wasn't going to be easy, nor had it been for now when it came down to it.

He sighed to himself, all too well unsure for now, it was that type of thing that had fallen beyond when it came down to it.

He hadn't entirely focused more and more on the little details. He was a soldier, one who had fallen more and more under the radar and had made it clear such a thing had only made him sigh, rubbing at his eyes as he realized what to have done and what would be done and what would be done.

He didn't want a thing to have been all over such a thing had to be monitored. If anything? Aadne was bothered a lot by it all and he knew more and more if he had any real pity for himself.

He'd get over it more and more with each second. This was a lot odd to try and deal with.

Aadne did not want to be on her bad side at the time and yet he seemed to be more and more tired at the end of it. He was utterly exhausted at the time and he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.

Aadne was utterly more and more unsure of what to do next. He was scared more and more as he slowly seemed to try and understand her position at the time.

He looked downwards at the ground, and yet he seemed to be more and more bored at the end of the day.

He focused more and more as he looked upwards and felt utterly tired, too unsure of what to try and do next. Still more and more focused as he felt unsure and thrown down to the ground at the end of the day.

This became harder and harder to deal with as each second bore down upon it him and he liked it, he liked it all. She did not and he could not wait to foresee the end of the journey.

All of it baffled him to a degree he did not wish to see or even deal with but it was more and more strange to it all, something that was odd over and over and over.

There was a small amount of vile and anger on his lips as he led them down and onto the ground, so much did he relax that he couldn't allow himself such a small desire to do so. He wanted to be able to think and focus. It was bothering him as he looked at Mercy who had spread her wings.

"I do not trust you… At all. I hope you know that and I hope you remember it." Mercy said before he sighed as he looked down at the ground and then up at her for a few scant moments.

"I know and I don't regret it." He said before he looked down at the ground of the moment, not something he could just relax with it.

"You know, Blackwatch wouldn't have helped you. they have no desire to help anyone who serves them. It becomes harder and harder to believe you'd have forgotten that when it comes down to it." He heard as he sighed.

"You act as if I… No, I am a fool. Truly, I am something that was without worth or value… And I don't even want to know what I am, only that he could and would allow himself to relax once more, for now, there was a lot more upon the mind." He said before he slowly started to think upon now for the moment, unable to speak.

Aadne was all too unsure and uncertain for the time being. he wanted nothing more than to say she was wrong, truly wrong upon now but he could only imagine for now what would become of it all, purely because he couldn't for the lie of him figure something out that didn't at all know what she was expecting for now.

It didn't at all seem like something he could relax upon doing. Not purely because he could trust himself over and over. There was a lot more upon his mind that he could and would admit to…

However? This was something he didn't for the life of him admit to purely because it was horrid at the time and yet he relaxed utterly and surely.

If even the slightest thing went wrong? Well, it'd not at all end the way it could have gone, not at all could it be dealt with for the time being as of now.

What did he deal with? There was just no damn way to try and figure out as of now, nothing that told him that he had to be ready to keep going… if it had? He'd have done something about it, done something to figure it all out again and again as of now when it came down to it for the time being.

They had a lot more to say and do, a lot more to understand. Every little detail for the time being while he cracked his fingers before he hummed and understand the time.

Everything, every little measure of pain, of suffering for now seemed to make him collapse into the ground.

Everything on his mind seemed to be bothering him to the end of all days, they weren't prepared for how well it went down to it.

There was a lot more on his mind as he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth once more, ready to end it as now, it was a mercy that wasn't yet ending… Not yet at least he seemed to try and relax more or less as he hummed once again.

There was just going to keep cutting something apart for now as he looked downwards towards the ground.

There were a lot of reasons which needed to be addressed, Aadne looked at Mercy and pondered if the woman had any real idea of what was going on.

He doubted it because he guessed at the end of the day? She was silent, perhaps because it mattered little to her if he died or not, something that seemed to try and end all too well for now as he hummed.

"Do you still think I'm the bad guy for now? Because I get it, I'm the bad guy, I am at the end of the day, there's a lot more that needs to try and end as of now." Mercy heard as she hummed.

"We both know what Blackwatch did and what they have to answer for before anyone else suffers," Mercy said to which she hummed and then paused. "But I assume you know that because you have a lot more to deal with than me." Mercy stated as she sighed.

"If I did? There's a chance you'd have been dead and you know it… I ain't interested." Aadne stated before he hummed and sighed.

"And if you didn't? You'd still want blood and killing someone, people…." Aadne stated to which he snorted and heard nothing before he sighed and looked downwards at the ground.

Whatever did he think? It didn't end, not well enough at any rate. This sort of thing that could be dealt with was only managing to relax, he knew more and more.

Such an issue bothered and bugged him to the end of the day. it was a bigger issue, one that cuts deeper into the idea. Such a thing would not die out anytime soon. Her fear and displeasure to see him were well documented and assured parts of it all.

Still? He had other ideas to relax and he would not be deterred in this quest to try and reclaim what was to come next along the path. Such items only ended with time and effort, yet? He had to work VERY hard to try and figure it all out, ready to cut a rug for now.

So many questions, so little time, so much that could be dealt with… And he knew more and more that with each little moment of amusement.

Still? It made him want to relax; it would make him relax either way… the idea of it would best be done by something beyond amusement… It would be harder and harder to understand.

The idea of it was bathed within light… Bathed with amusement.

It was going to be utterly insane for now, pausing to think for now at the time being… An idea about such things only made Aadne pause, relaxing for now.

Such a thing had been too awkward to deal with, a maneuver that made it seem awkward and awkward. They had a LOT more to try to deal with.

"If you wanted me dead? I'd be dead if you didn't? I'd be here like I am… Either you don't care…" Aadne stated
