Chapter 6
Author's note: I am very very sorry for being away for so long. A two month break is way too long, and I felt little inspiration for writing. However, I managed to regain some of it and will try my best to continue to series. I would love suggestions for the next fights coming up, as I plan to have them all very action oriented like this one (because fight scenes are fun to write). Once again, sorry for the break. I hope you all can continue reading the story and have a good day.
The green hair boy groggily yawned as his alarm rang, his hand sleepily wandering to stop it. A few rays of sunlight peaked through the window, maybe indicating it was early morning. He opened one eye to see the alarm clock read 6:15 a.m.
Izuku gradually sat up from his bed, stretching his arms up to loosen the stiffness. He looked around as his mind began to recognize the events of yesterday, and where he was. His mood dropped a bit, but he wouldn't let that weigh him down right now.
He walked around toward the kitchen to open the fridge in the room, but there wasn't any food. Great, he would have to hurry and run to a coffee shop for some food. School started in about an hour and a half, so he had some time.
Izuku slipped on some sweats and a shirt that were hung in a closet nearby and walked out the door. He stepped in the elevator as it began to descend. Izuku sighed, his eyes still droopy. Although most of the stress of the previous day had dissipated from his sleep, he still felt those wisps of dread clinging to his psyche.
The door opened as Izuku stepped out into the main hallway and made his way out of the building. He traveled the small, gravel path toward the outskirts of the U.A. gate and he left. The streets around U.A. had many shops and cafés, mainly from the school being a popular destination to be around. Sort of like a landmark.
He dropped in one of the coffee shops and just orders a sandwich, as he waited in line. His eyes almost drifted off, but he felt a tap on his shoulder. His eyes opened once more as he turned around, seeing a classmate of his, the one with a lightning bolt on his hair.
"Oh, Denki, right? Why are you here so early?"
"Well, I guess I would ask the same about you. I have to come into U.A. early because, well, my grades aren't exactly top marks." Denki had a sheepish look on his face as he chuckled a bit.
"Oh, I see." A bit of silence crossed between the two as both waited in the line for their food. He heard Denki take a deep breath in as he opened his mouth, "So, is it true that you are really quirkless? Sorry for asking, but I really want to know. No judging if you are."
Denki's eyes locked to Izuku, as the green hair boy sighed. First Mina, now Denki. He guessed just about everyone had heard the rumor.
"No, I have a quirk, it's just not that visible. You have to know what it is to see what it does, you know. And, I prefer it to be a secret."
"Oh, sounds mysterious. Well, can it battle or anything? Like could you stop a villain or save someone with it." Denki was trying to probe about his quirk, but it wasn't incessant enough to trigger a calamity. It was more casual than anything.
"It could do some damage to people, but it can't do anything to save anyone sadly. It just doesn't work like that." Izuku slumped a bit at the last part. He had killed more people than he had saved, not that anyone could ever be saved by his quirk.
"I feel you, my electricity is too strong to save anyone, I would probably hurt them a lot if I tried, or accidentally kill them." Denki too looked a bit downcast, but Izuku was curious.
"I thought your quirk would be pretty versatile and good for that stuff. Like repowering a building for electricity, or maybe restarting someone's heart. Electricity is a super strong quirk."
Denki looked a bit surprised at this, but sighed. "Yeah, people say that. But it's not like I can control how much output I flush out. It's like opening a floodgate, it's either all the way open or all the way closed."
Once again, Izuku thought back to the previous days. He remembered his quirk using the kill radius worked similar. He couldn't control where the calamity went, it just spread everywhere and hit foes and allies alike. The floodgate analogy fit the feeling quite well.
If Izuku could figure out how to control it, that means he could actually think and use his quirk to fight, not needing to bait someone. He would ask Nezu about trying it out sometime.
"I understand, my quirk did something like that too and hurt a bunch of people. How do you control your electricity, like getting it to stop easily?"
"Oh, well, my quirk is quite violent and jumpy, so I just have to, sort of, grab it and hold it down, in my mind. It's like closing a box that has too much stuff in it, I just have to apply force and pressure. I can't describe it well, but that's the feeling of it."
Denki sort of zoned out for a second, as Izuku thought about it. He had an idea, but he wasn't sure how it would play out. Then again, taking risks was essential to being a hero, so he would pray this worked out.
"Then, could you help me with my quirk? I know it's a lot to ask, but this new feature of it is hard to control. I can help you study for tests and do homework if you do." Izuku thought this was a fair deal. After all, Denki said he wasn't getting good marks. This would help both parties immensely.
"Wait, really. Me? Aren't there waaaaay better people for this stuff?"
Denki was confused on why Izuku asked him. On one hand, this meant he could know Izuku's quirk and stuff, but it felt cheap because he knew he couldn't help much. He barely had control of his own quirk, nonetheless helping someone else.
"Well, the effect you described felt the same as mine, so I think you could help me a lot. Though, if you say yes, I don't want you to spread information about my quirk to the others yet. I will tell them soon, but now isn't the time."
Denki nodded as Izuku stretched his hand out with a smirk.
"Deal?"
Denki took the handshake and gave a smirk back.
"Sounds good to me, now, what is your quirk?"
"I'll tell you somewhere more private than here. This café is packed solid. If we get a table outside, that should be good enough."
Denki nodded as both continued to wait in line, silence. It wasn't an awkward silence, but a comfortable one. Nothing needed to be said between them. Eventually, the duo ordered their food and sat at the table outside, as Denki set his arms down on the table and looked at Izuku expectantly.
"Alright, my quirk is quite complicated, so wait until I'm done explaining to ask about it. My quirk is a sentient quirk, which is named Wonder of U. Basically, if anyone tries to pursue or attack me, misfortune and calamity will strike them. It could be like tripping on a rock and bruising yourself, or a building collapsing on top of you. It varies with the level of intention. And, well, why I feel it is similar to yours, is that I recently unlocked a new feature of it. I haven't named it yet, but it's like my quirk goes haywire and basically creates a kill radius around me where everything and everyone gets affected by calamity."
Denki had his eyes wide open as he leaned back a bit, thinking. Izuku felt a bead of sweat come from his forehead, waiting to see how the blonde would react.
"Damn, your quirk is super strong. Does that mean you are invincible or something? Because I can't think of a way to beat you. I kind of wish I had that quirk instead of mine."
Izuku actually felt a bit of rage at hearing someone else would want his quirk. His quirk had as many upsides as it did negatives around it. It caused his complete social isolation from a young age and had killed many people over the years, some he probably never will know about. But, Denki didn't know, so he calmed himself.
"Well, I'm not completely invincible. Attacks that are quick or strong enough could hit me, or damage me in some way. And my quirk is more of a curse than anything. To be honest, I wish I could trade it for another quirk. It just has caused so many problems in my life that it doesn't feel worth it sometimes."
Denki looked down a bit at that, it taking a darker turn than he wanted. From how he described it, it must have sucked, but Denki didn't know how bad it really was. So, he just sat back up and gave his answer.
"Alright, well, your "secondary" feature of your quirk sounds a bit similar to mine, but on a larger scale. We could practice them somewhere in the forest near U.A. in the morning or evening, so no one would get hurt. The main thing I learned about controlling my quirk is to increase or decrease it's radius and it's output slightly. So, maybe yours works the same."
Denki flashed a smile as he wrote something down on a napkin nearby.
"Here's my number. Just call me when you want to meet up, I'm free pretty much everyday."
Izuku smiled as he took the napkin and stuffed it in his pocket for later. After a few minutes of eating, Denki had to run to U.A. for the early classes as Izuku waved him bye. For the rest of the morning, Izuku felt a small smile on his face. He had never told someone his age, or anyone really, of his quirk. And Denki didn't hate him for it. It made him feel nice. Maybe he could count on Denki in the future.
Later on
Izuku felt like on the verge of sleep, his eyes drooping almost half the height they normally were. Currently, he was sitting in his science class, near the tail end of it. His teacher, Vlad King, was a nice guy, but his voice was so droning and monotone that it made him tired. Izuku focused elsewhere, remembering his talk with Denki. Izuku that morning had been writing down notes and doing some analysis, and he had come to a few realizations.
First. The kill zone had to do with emotional state or level of danger. Izuku (while not tested) theorized if his head was clear and he wasn't in deathly danger, he may be able to control it better. But this was just a theory.
Second. About his normal quirk, he realized what could harm him. The main thing he needed to look out for was 2v1 combat or battles with multiple people. Because, the calamity would target one person until they stopped pursuing. So, if one of them kept defending against calamities, the other could beat him up with no issues at all. The next was attacks that were near unavoidable. That bullet was already too close before calamity triggered, thus WOU could only make it not hit a vital organ.
His quirk was beginning to seem a bit more manageable than before. Izuku, though regretting the incident, realized how useful this kill zone could be. It is his only way to attack the target without getting attacked first. He really needed to train it.
"I am here!" A loud voice shouted from the entrance of the classroom. Izuku was awakened from his thoughts, realized the class had ended and now, All Might of all people was in front of him. Izuku smiled widely, admiring the hero of his dreams, the man who inspired him to even try and become a hero. All Might gave a slight chuckle at the looks of amazement amongst the class.
"Yes Yes. Well, heroes-in-training, today is your first day of heroics. I am your hero instructor, though I'm sure you all know my name by now."
He paused for a second to gauged the reactions. He saw some of the kids about to explode from excitement, others a smile of anticipation. Though, it was a lively atmosphere.
"Alright. Well, before the exercise, you all need to be properly dressed for such an event. As you know, the clothes make the pros. All of your hero costume designs have been completed. Look to your right."
All Might flicked a switch as the wall opened up to reveal 20 boxes of hero costumes.
"Meet me at City Beta in 30 minutes. Don't be late, and remember, PLUS ULTRA!" He raised his fist in the air as other students joined him in the shout, getting pumped up. Izuku was grinning from ear to ear as he saw his costume.
It wasn't as cool as the others, but for him, it would be super helpful. It was a yellow and black jump suit with tons of pockets for storing various items. He had smoke bombs, communicators, medical supplies, and even a tracker. He, along with the class, began to walk outside towards the city.
"Hey Izuku, I see you went for a more laid back design like me." Kaminari rested his hand on his shoulder. Denki was wearing a black jacket with a lightning design with a white shirt underneath. He also had black sweat pants and some device on his ear.
"Yeah, I couldn't think of anything super flashy that would fit my quirk, so this is mostly practical."
"Same here, well mostly. The only support gear is this communicator on my ear that's powered by my quirk. So it will always work. Neat, huh."
Izuku nodded at that. "Yeah, very handy. I can see the uses for that. Do you know what kind of exercise it will be today?"
"No clue man, I know as much as you."
Both continued a light conversation as they walked up with the rest of the class. They all met All Might on the street of the fake city, surrounded by a few computers and screens displaying various camera angles.
"Hello students. I must say, your costumes all look amazing. I can't wait to see you in action. But, before that, we should know the exercise. Wait until I am done before you ask any questions. So, this will be heroes vs villains, where two students would be the villains while the other two would be heroes. The villains primary objective is to either protect the bomb or beat the heroes. Vice versa, the heroes need to make contact with the bomb or subdue the villains. A time limit of 20 minutes will be set for each group. Alright. Any que-"
"Will the villains get a head start inside?"
"How do you capture the hero or villain?
"What are the rules on property damage?"
"My outfit looks good right?"
All Might stepped back slightly as the students crowded him asking questions. He coughed into his hand to get their attention.
"Alright. I'll answer them one at a time. First, both sides will have capture tape. The student being captured must be at least weakened in some way. I'll determine what counts as weakened. The villains will have a 5 minute head start if they want to set traps or make a plan. Property damage should be minimal, but if you must, there isn't a hard limit."
Everyone began to mutter amongst themselves at this. Izuku was actually very nervous. He didn't quite want to reveal his quirk yet, maybe after he learned to control it. But, Izuku knew that he would need to go all out and not hold anything back. If he must, he would use the kill zone.
"Alright. I will be randomly selecting the teams." All Might reached into a cardboard box next to him and drew two names.
"The villains will be Bakugou and Kirishima."
"Hell yea Bakugou, let's do this." Kirishima hyped up Bakugou. The blonde was actually quite pleased who he was teamed with, because shitty hair had durability, so he doesn't need to hold back. This would be easy.
"And the heroes will be Midoriya and Jiro." Izuku looked around and saw the ear jack girl. He hadn't spoken to her yet, so he didn't know what her quirk was. If he could remember, it involved sound, but that was just an observation from the entrance exams.
"Hey, Jiro, are you ready?" The timid girl nodded as they both walked to the entrance.
"Alright. The blonde has an explosion quirk and the red head has a hardening quirk. My quirk, well, isn't good in direct combat."
"Same here, my soundwaves need preparation."
Izuku nodded, trying to come up with something. Then, an idea struck him.
"Could you possibly alert a certain location with your sound, like a beacon to broadcast my location?"
Jiro thought for a moment before nodding. "I can make it work. But, it won't be pretty. I will need to create a loud sound for it to be heard, so take these earplugs."
Izuku stuffed them in his pocket.
"But, Midoriya, how will you defeat both of them? They are both super strong."
"It's simple, I will be a distraction so you can take the emergency staircase near the back of the building. I will try and hold them off long enough. Sound good."
Jiro still looked hesitant, but she steeled her eyes and nodded. "Alright. I'll give you the signal when you can take the ear plugs out. I have these speakers here, so I will give one to you and transmit my sound to it."
Both students nodded at each other before getting ready. Izuku was tense, but he hoped Wonder of U would be able to pull through. It had to, or this would all crumble.
"Alright, students! Heroes may now enter the building!"
Jiro ran along the outside of the building towards the back next to the emergency staircase. Meanwhile, Izuku strode in the building. He went up the staircase, hearing feint booms up above. He guessed the explosion user was within 5 floors of him.
"Alright Jiro, now." Izuku put in his earbuds as the sound began to emit. Izuku crouched down and covered his ears from the slight pain, the earbuds not totally blocking the sound. Up above, the explosions had ceased for a second, the sound must be hurting them as well. Then, the sound ceased as Izuku quickly began to run upwards.
He found a good spot to stand and he waited, as he then saw two people poke out around the corner. He saw both Bakugou and Kirishima.
"Damn nerd. Who caused those soundwaves?" Bakugou voice shouted, but Izuku just stood silent. Any second now.
"Alright, time to-" Bakugou suddenly tripped over a shoelace and fell down, bruising his wrist. Kirishima, meanwhile, ran forward for a punch, not asking questions. Izuku needed to time this just right.
Just within 2 feet of the punch, Izuku threw down a smoke bomb and jumped slightly to the side, next to Kirishima, placing the tracker on him. He then ran back into the smoke, just as it was cleared by a huge explosion with a pissed off blonde.
"Shitty hair, the other one is going to the bomb, get there before she does. Now!" Kirishima didn't hesitate and ran back, but this is what Izuku wanted. He didn't count on being able to put the tracker on him, but he was thankful he was. Now, Jiro could see exactly where Kirishima was at all times to sneak attack.
He was lost in thought as he noticed Bakugou fly at him. Just above, a pipe broke and was about to slam into the blonde. But, he managed to maneuver mid-air and avoid it as Izuku's eyes widened. "Shit."
Izuku took an explosion point blank and was sent flying backwards, landing roughly on the floor. He cursed himself and stood up, the blonde smirking.
"You and your all mysterious quirk, I have figured it out. Heh, it wasn't as big of a deal as I thought it would be, here was me thinking it was a super advanced telekinesis. I bet you can't even control your quirk or you would've stopped Shitty Hair."
Izuku winced, but the blonde now knew. This was really bad, he might find a way around it. Izuku needed to bait him. He began to stand up and just walked away from Bakugou, trying to lure him to attack.
Bakugou just laughed loudly. He aimed his hands forward, but not at Izuku. "Won't work on me again, damn nerd."
Suddenly, he launched a huge explosion at a group of support pillars. They all crumbled into debris as the roof began to cave. The blonde looked around him, waiting for the calamity. Below Bakugou, a pipe bursted, spraying him with water that left cuts all across his body. Bakugou gritted his teeth in pain as he fled backwards for a second as the roof collapsed.
He saw Izuku running the same way as him, trying to escape. He just smirked again as he blew the floor in-between them to smithereens. "Good luck with all that roof, your quirk isn't doing anything against that."
Izuku looked up and knew he had merely moments left before he was drowned in rubble. Time seemed to slow as his mind raced in overdrive. None of his gadgets would help here, and WOU couldn't stop debris. There was one option, but it was risky. However, he needed to take the risk.
"Endless Calamity." Izuku muttered as he let his mind free. He metaphorically opened his body and revealed his mind to the world around him. He let his emotions run free, but desperately tried to keep his mind in check. The kill radius that he called Endless Calamity had been activated.
The debris fell down, but landed perfectly around Izuku, a large beam making a bridge across the gap that Bakugou destroyed. The blonde looked a bit shocked, but he jumped forward to attack.
"Get buried!" The explosion, however, was launched just as a cement wall fell in front of him, taking the blast full handedly. The blonde shot himself to the side, dodging the rain of debris. He gasped in pain as a small chunk impaled itself into his leg, making it feel all numb.
Bakugou, despite his pride, knew that this wasn't a good time to fight. He needed to get out of here, but he just saw the debris block him in. He guessed it was his time to show his trump card.
He reached for his gauntlet and pulled the pin upward, created an explosion that almost engulfed half of the building. Izuku was luckily shielded by the sheer debris around him, acting like a shield. However, Kirishima and Jiro were in trouble.
Jiro's POV
Jiro had run around the side of the building, seeing a small, steel, rickety staircase that lead to the top of the building. She would need to take this, all the way up for the ambush. She began to climb until a few steps in, she heard Izuku's signal.
Quickly, she plugged her earphone jacks into a special transponder that would transfer the decimals to the speaker Izuku carried. She then let forth the loudest blast she could, hearing the sound from all the way outside. Thankfully, her quirk didn't affect her as much as it did her foes, so she didn't need ear plugs to cover the sound.
After 10 seconds, she stopped it, as she continued running upwards. It was tiring, but she found herself roughly half way now. But, that was as the building began to tremble slightly. She had guessed the explosion boy must have damaged a pillar of sorts, but it shouldn't bring down the building.
She checked her phone as something had pinged her. She widened her eyes as it was a tracking signal. It was moving upwards with her, likely the red haired boy. She saw it was roughly level with her, meaning she needed to hurry. She began to sprint up the steps in a race against Kirishima.
After a minute or two, she made it to the top, panting for air. She didn't do cardio, so all those steps were quite tiring. She saw the tracking signal had already reached the bomb room to her dismay. But, she had a plan. She reached into a backpack she had on and pulled out a small device. When powered by her quirk, she would emit the sound of footsteps to bait the boy outside, then she could sneak in the room. It was brilliant.
She nestled the device on the opposite side of the door as she was and silently walked to the other side. Once she was in a good position, she triggered it. A smirk crossed her face, she felt like a hero.
Inside, Kirishima began to hear the sound of footsteps outside the door. He knew that it would be best to fight outside the bomb room, so that she couldn't bolt for the bomb. He carefully opened the door and walked outside slightly, not seeing anything. He searched around the corner, seeing a small device making those footstep sounds. His eyes widened as he bolt back for the room.
Jiro had quickly run through the door into the room, the bomb in sight. She pushed all her remaining energy into a dead sprint for the bomb, stumbling slightly. She was only 4 feet away as victory crossed her mind, but then she felt a tremor through the building as she tripped and fell down.
3 feet away.
She began to crawl forward, despite the building seeming uneasy to stand in. She needed to make it, for Izuku and herself. That's when a hand grabbed her leg, it was Kirishima, also crawling. He had caught up rather fast due to his good physique and speed. He had a very loose grip and was trying to pull her away from the bomb.
Another tremor.
2 feet away.
She clenched her hands on the floor, trying to gain friction to stop Kirishima. She looked back and found Kirishima to have a piece of roof on one of his legs. He didn't look damaged, but he might not be able to remove it. She used her other leg to kick his arm desperately, trying to wiggle free. But it felt like kicking solid steel from his hardening quirk, and soon, her foot felt bruised.
Kirishima gritted his teeth and yelled as he used his strength to pull Jiro back slightly. Jiro stabbed her earphone jacks into the ground, despite the pain, to try and keep her footing, but it didn't help.
3 feet away.
"Come on. Come on. Come on." Jiro was gritting her teeth and trying her best to wiggle free. Another tremor shook the building as she heard a sound coming closer. It was a huge explosion aimed upwards.
The explosion blasted through the floor next to her, shocking Kirishima and Jiro both. However, Jiro recovered and managed to sneak free enough to loosen his grip. He realized his mistake as her foot slipped free as he grabbed her pant leg.
2 feet away.
She used her earphone jacks to quickly loosen her sweatpants. As embarrassing as it was, she needed to ditch them for a second. They loosened as she slid out of them and managed to touch the bomb.
"Winner, team Heroes!" She slumped down at hearing All Might's voice. The tremors stopped as she quickly slid her sweatpants back on as she looked up at Kirishima, he held a hand for her to get back up. She took it and stood up.
"Are you alright Kirishima? I saw that debris land on your leg."
The red haired boy laughed slightly. "My quirk protected me from all the damage. That recent tremor broke the debris enough for me to get free. That was so close, super manly of you. Congrats."
She gave a meek smile as both students then noticed the crumbling state of the building around them.
"We need to get out of here."
"Agreed." Kirishima responded as they both took the emergency staircase down.
With Izuku and Bakugou
Izuku kept the Endless Calamity activated as Bakugou pulled the pin on his gauntlet. He shielded his eyes from the wind as the explosion rocked the whole building. Izuku looked forward as Bakugou had removed all the debris and loose items from the area around him. Both were panting.
"So, nerd, what now? Come at me."
Bakugou launched forward, the wind pushing abnormally hard against him. He persevered through the wind towards Izuku. He even felt some of his skin get seared by the wind, but it wasn't going to stop him. He managed to get close enough to Izuku for a punch.
But, unlike he predicted, Izuku stood up and rocked him across the face, as the wind carried him backwards. Bakugou stabilized himself as he felt the rage course through him. He just got punched by some weakling. Damn it, he was going to win.
"Flash!" Bakugou used the light of his explosion like a flashbang to blind Izuku as he once again launched forward. This time, debris was sent flying like raindrops at him. He zig zagged with grace and ferocity through the rain of concrete as he navigated point blank from Izuku.
"You're finished."
Bakugou slammed his palm against Izuku's chest as the boy gasped. The wind was knocked out of his lungs. Then, Bakugou let off an explosion that tore into Izuku's stomach, giving him nasty burns that made him limp from the pain. But, he wasn't done yet.
Mid punch, Izuku wrapped a bit of wire around his hand and threw the rest around Bakugou's neck as he was dragged backwards with him. Both were sent tumbling down the floors as Izuku clutched onto Bakugou. He looked down as a hole that extended 2 floors was below them.
Bakugou was shocked to discover the rope as it yanked his neck, obstructing his breathing, and was dragging him down with Izuku. He tried to rip it free, but it was no use. Shit.
"Let...Go...Damn...Idiot!" He struggled to regain his breath as he noticed both of them plummeting down to the ground. If he blasted himself to the side, it would save the nerd along with him and it would do some damage to his neck. But, if he didn't that fall might kill him.
"Fuck you." Bakugou cursed as he set off an explosion that launched both of them to the side. His head was yanked backwards as his vision had spots in it. As they both landed, he felt his vision go dark.
Izuku saw Bakugou blast to the side as he slightly smiled. He had won. The landing, however, wasn't so nice. While Bakugou landed nicely, he saw as his head slammed into a jutting out piece of debris, sending him to the dream world. Both boys lay next to each other, unconscious and wounded.
In the viewing room
Everyone had a look of shock on their faces. Even All Might was stunned. For the students, it was easily the most intense fight they had seen. Both sides were hurt and the building was near destroyed.
All Might was shocked that the students would go so far to win. But, he saw that all of them, personality issues included, had the heart and soul of a true hero. He smiled wide as he dashed away from the control room. The rest of the students saw him appear next to both unconscious boys and pick them up, jumping back outside towards the medical tent Recovery Girl had set up.
Quickly, all of the students were sent into the tent, Bakugou and Midoriya both requiring an intensive look and possibly surgery.
All Might appeared back in the control room.
"Well students, that was a very intense match. Now, can we have analysis from the best on both teams."
He called on a girl with black hair that rose her hand.
"Well, for the heroes, it was Midoriya. He managed to divert the attention of one and put a tracker on the other, getting useful information. However, Jiro has a solid point because she was able to win a 1v1 against an opponent clearly stronger than her. For the villains, same applies. Bakugou showed good leadership skills, but he fell prey to his ego. Kirishima fell for the bait, but showed resilience in the end trying to stop Jiro."
All Might gave a small clap. Excellent analysis young Momo. Any other questions or points to add?
No one said a word as All Might sat back down with his smile still plastered on his face.
"Alright. How about the next round?"
End of Chapter 6
