Our roles were chosen so it was time to work together to practice our dance team moves until it was time for the big show!

"A little sharper, Midoriya!" said Ashido. "It's Pop n Lock, so don't forget the L-O-C-K!".

He indeed seemed to need the training most - though he still found time to get distracted by the arrival of none other than Togata himself, along with a very small girl with long blue hair, a horn on her head, red eyes, and a small red dress.

"ERI!" cried the three work study students, Midoriya, Uraraka and Asui, who were with us.

"Huh? Is that your kid!?" said Ojiro to Togata.

"Stylish clothes!" smiled Asui. "So, so so cute!" added Uraraka, pumping her fist into the air.

"We got permission from the principal," said sensei. "We're doing this in advance so she won't panic at school on the day of the festival."

AH! So Midoriya is planning to bring her. A fine idea! I went over to her.

"Eri...from the work study incident! Hello, I'm Iida! A pleasure to meet you!"

She stepped behind Togata, who said apologetically, "She's on the shy side."

"Shy, is she?" I asked.

"Anyway, I was thinking I'd show Eri around UA today!" said Togata. "Wanna join us, Midoriya?"

The door opened "Yo, dance squad! We wgotta talk - is that Eri?" It was Kirishima. He ran down suddenly to Eri. "Heya! Oh, right, you don't know me!"

'"Let's take a break, guys! It's teatime!" said Ashido. Midoriya went off with Togata and Eri, while the rest of us took some time to relax. Uraraka explained to me that Midoriya was planning to bring Eri in to the festival to help her learn to smile and relax again. The staging team joined us and explained they were thinking of poaching Midoriya for a new plan they had.

Midoriya and Aoyama would work together to turn Aoyama into a disco ball as Ashido had suggested.

And so on and so forth as we attempted to come up with the best way to help everyone relax.

During a break the next day, I joined up with Midoriya and several others to relax. Soon enough we found ourselves playing the newlywed game.

"All right, the clue for the next round is 'white.'"

"Aoyama's probably thinking…'rice'!"

"Wrong. It is 'my skin, that glistens like freshly fallen snow."

"Glistening white skin, Aoyama? Only you could come up with an answer like that!" Said Midoriya.

"Midoriya, if you truly thought my answer would be 'rice', you were sorely mistaken. Besides which, pain is my carbohydrate of choice," replied Aoyama.

Ojiro smiled. "MIdoriya hasn't been able to guess a single one of your answers yet."

"How about a more specific, personal topic?" I suggested. "For instance, our favorite heroes?" Everyone snorted and said "Too easy" as Midoriya blurted out "All might!"

"If the goal is to get Midoriya and Aoyama in sync, shouldn't they just rehearse?" Todoroki asked.

"BE sure to spin my gorgeous self all about so that my sparkles can fill the entire hall!" Said Aoyama.

"Sure, I'll do my best!"

"I too have been working on my dance steps!" I told them. "Observe, everyone!"

Ashido had told me to do a robot dance, and I'd made sure to master it.

"Wow, those are some not-too-smooth moves, Iida! Good Going!" Said Midoriya.

"Thank you! But I still need to brush up on my routine before the main event," I said, smiling at them.

"Hey, why don't you check out the support course's robots for reference?" Offered Ojiro. "You're already kind of friends with Mei Hatsume from the sports festival, right?"

"No thank you! Unnecessary! I shall find the robot within me without that sort of external aid!" I shot back, shuddering at the idea of having to get my tech fixed by that strange and loud girl once again.

"They call it a sports festival, but its really just a battle showcase," mused Midoriya.

"The obstacle race, the cavalry battle, and then the orthodox tournament…Ah, come to think of it, everyone here made it into the final sixteen, yes?"

Ojiro grimaced. "Yeah, though I decided to drop out."

"Oh, right. Because of Shinso," added Midoriya.

"Whereas I decided to move on all the same," said Aoyama with a wink.

"And then, even though I tried to warn you, Midoriya, you let him get you right at the start of your match with that brainwashing of his," said Ojiro.

"Yeah, I couldn't help myself," said Midoriya. "I guess I just panicked since well, the brainwashing was so powerful and intense. And you don't see mind-control quirks too often you know? Imagine being able to stop villains in their tracks, just like that. But it'd also be super useful for saving people! No matter who you are it takes time to stop panicking and think clearly, especially when you're in danger and you gotta act fast, so imagine how handy brainwashing would be for managing a distressed crowd and guiding them to safety! Yeah, I think it's an amazing quirk!"

"Midoriya vs Todoroki was a battle for the ages, though," said Ojiro.

"Yeah, I really gave it all I had but still came up short!" Said Midoriya with a hint of frustration.

"I might have technically won, but that's not how it felt. Next time, I'm winning for real," said Todoroki.

"Hmph, I wouldn't be so sure! The next victory's gonna be mind." Midoriya's fists were clenched.

I pumped my own fist into the air.

"You two had better not count me out just yet!"

"Don't forget the rest of us, okay?" Said Ojiro. I'm pretty confident in a one-on-one fight."

"And I have been busy perfecting my new moves!" Said Aoyama. "Prepare to be blinded by their brilliance!"

And so on and so forth, we all kept the challenge going.
