Hey, you guys! I know it's probably been forever. I'm sorry! I just don't have a phone anymore and I've hit writer's block on this story, so yeah. Next chapter is the last one. I think you'll like the beginning, especially what Cat says. It made me kind of laugh. I hate that I can't continue this. I just have no ideas left for this. It would have been funny if the whole group was in the cruise doing rediculious(pretty sure I spelled that wrong, lol) things, but I've been thinking of a story where the gang attends a high school that has dorms and everything and the way Beck and Cat meet is hilarious. They don't exactly get off on the right foot, but I don't really know about that yet. Chapter Sixteen: Save You

"Beck!" Cat screamed as his hand pushed her down. "Why did you-" She had looked over her shoulder to ask him why he made her fall on her butt, but was cut short at the sight of his feet going overboard. Her eyes widened and the gasps of others rang in her ear and she was frozen in place. All the color drained from her and she was glued to the ground.

All she could hear were furious splashes and why wasn't Beck coming up yet?

She didn't know what to do.

"Cat!" She turned face to face to Adam who was sitting in front of her shaking her shoulders. From the looks of it, he had been trying to get her attention for a while. "What happened?" He was panicking.

She blinked trying to clear her mind, but it was clouded with fear. "I... I don't know." Then something in her snapped. She stood up in shock and looked over the edge of the small boat and saw him struggling in the water.

She didn't know what to do.

Her body moved before she could even think of what to do next and nothing prepared her for what she did. She jumped. One moment, she was squeezing her eyes shut trying to subdue her tears and trying to come up with a brave scheme, and the next, she was pushing her head above the water gasping for air, with her arms around Beck's waist.

Why?

Why had she jumped? Wasn't she the one people were always saving? Did she really love him enough to jump into the waters to save him without even thinking?

As she struggled, she smiled because she did love him that much.

She twisted her head back and forth at the sound of splashing around her. Adam and a couple of other people dove into the water to help her. They swam to shore, keeping Beck's head above water, because, really, it wasn't far.

She was so stupid. If she hadn't been so lazy and swam instead of getting into that boat, then Beck wouldn't even be in this perdicament. She was so mad at herself that she didn't even realize that they were on the sand until her fist had connected with his chest and he was coughing up water giving her a dazed look.

"The Little Mermaid?" He choked out, spluttering out salty water from his burning throat. Cat blinked at him in pure confusion.

Did he love the movie as much as she did?

Ah, well, she didn't care. He was okay! That was all that really mattered. She flung herself at him, wrapping her arms around his torso, and burrying her face against his wet chest. "You're okay!" She pulled away from him to look into his eyes. She needed to make sure that he was really okay. He was still giving her that far-away glance. "You're okay." She whispered breathlessly before pulling him in for another hug.

"Cat?"

"Mhm," was all that she could say as she nodded a sad, relieved smile forming at her lips as she tried to calm her racing heart.
