Dia: *Nervously* H-Hey guys.

Bakura: WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?!

Dia: *Hides*

Kitten: You've been gone for 9 months!

Dia: I'm sorry! I'm sorry! *Cries* I've been going through a lot since my last update. I've gotten sick and had to go back and forth to the hospital, been out of school for four months, also trying to get all my school work I've missed. My life was kind of miserable and busy. Also I had to pack so I could move. I'm going to try and update regularly. (Or Whenever I can.)

Yugi: Wow that does sound bad, how are you feeling now.

Dia: I'm doing much better now, thank you.

Malik: Well while you were taking you long league of absences you got a few reviews.

Dia: Oh thank you so much guys! I love you! *Hugs everyone*

Yami: Let's see the Reviews.

Wordsorcereress: Yup plot twist! I'm the one that's a bad penpal! I let myself get sick and get writer's block, so I couldn't really concentrate on the story. I know kitty Yugi is SO adorable! You can have him when his done with the story. Yugi: Hey! Me: I'm sure she'll give you back. Yugi: *Pouts*I'll try to keep Yami in his character. Meow!

~~~~~~Chapter 5~~~~~~

Everyone stared between the Tabby, the Calico, and the Abyssinian.

"I remember now, they were also on the news." Yugi announced. "Some old human with a freaky golden eye said that you guys suddenly disappeared one night and couldn't find you since. He also assumed you were dead."

"That Bastard is a liar!" Everyone except Yami jumped at the sound of the Calico's voice. "That damn fool is the reason why we ran away!"

"…He tried to kill us." All eyes turned to Yami.

"What do you mean?" Yugi asked slowing taking a step towards the growling Abyssinian. "Who tried to kill you?"

"That bastard Aknadin." Announced a gruffly voice.

"Our master's younger brother." Said another voice.

Everyone looked up the large boulder they were standing next to, to see two cats. One looked like Ryou, but his fur was more spiky and wild like Marik's. His eyes were also different, one eye was brown and the other was blood red like Yami's. He was a Turkish Angora. The other feline was a dark golden brown Dragon Li. His eyes were a deep sea blue; his fur had dark brown stripes going down his back and tail.

"Bakura, Seto it's you." Marik announced.

"Where are those stupid cats?!" Rex fumed.

"Just give it up, Rex we'll never find them." Weevil told him as they drove back to where the two dogs attacked them. When they got there they began to look around. Weevil's cell suddenly started to ring, it was Tea.

"What now, we're looking for them!" Weevil said when he answered.

"Listen, forget about the cats." She told him.

"What?" Weevil said shock.

"I said forget them!"

"Why?"

"I found Mr. Solomon's 'Will' and when he finds the cats are gone he'll give me the money when he dies." She explained.

"But that old fool isn't going to die any time soon." Rex pointed out.

"Don't be so sure." Tea responded darkly. Weevil and Rex became quiet.

"Anyway I got to go. See ya." Weevil closed the cell phone and looked over to Rex.

"Please tell me she was bluffing?"

"It didn't sound like she was bluffing. Anyway can we please find my hat?"

Weevil sighed. "Fine. "

Rex started up the bike as Weevil got into the passenger seat and they drove off.

Tea sat back on the couch with a smirk on her face. She then stood up when she heard the door open.

"Tea, I'm home!" Solomon greeted.

Tea smiled and went over to give the old man a hug. "Welcome home Gramps." She greeted and grabbed his bags. "Did you have fun on your visit?"

Solomon smiled and nodded. "Yes I did, thank you for asking. Joey, Malik, Ryou, Yugi, I'm home!"

"They might be taking a nap in the playroom." She guessed.

The old man nodded again and walked to the playroom. "Boys?" He called. He then saw their sleeping basket and walked to it. "Hey boys I'm home." He greeted as he lifted up the cover. His eyes widen in shock and fear when he saw the basket empty. He ran back to the front room where Tea was still in. "Tea, Yugi and the boys are gone!" He panicked.

"Oh Ra!" She gasped "Where could they have gone?"

"We have to find them!" Solomon went to search the house. "Ryou, Joey, Yugi, Malik! Where are you?" He called desperately. Tea stood there with a smirk on her face. "Perfect." She said softly to herself.

"Atemu Where have you been? You know not to walk off." The Dragon Li formally known as Seto scolded.

"Seto I'm not a Kitten anymore, I can take care of myself." Yami responded annoyed. "And besides, Marik was with me."

"Yeah I see the crazy Calico. Who are they?" Seto asked pointing a paw towards Yugi and the others.

Yami looked over and smiled. "Seto. Bakura, this is Malik, Ryou, Joey, and Yugi." He introduced, giving Yugi a charming smile yet again. Bakura looked at Ryou in Awe. Brown and red eyes met Sapphire blue eyes. Ryou blushed and looked away.

"So we have two cats a rabbit and a mutt." Seto said flatly.

"Who the hell are you calling a mutt?" Joey hissed.

"Apparently you, since you responded." Seto growled.

Malik smirked and leaned over to Yugi. "Looks like Joey made a new friend." He snickered. Yugi watched as the Tabby and Dragon Li Hissed and growled at each other. He looked over to Yami who suddenly looked upset again and walked over to him. "Yami?" Yugi called the crimson-eyed Abyssinian.

Yami snapped out of thought and lift his head to see Yugi. "Oh, Sorry Yugi. I was just…thinking."

Yugi sat next to him. "Would you like to talk about it?"

"I'll…tell you later. We should move on ahead now." He said and turned to walk away. Marik saw Yami walking away and got up to follow. Soon everyone else began to follow except for Joey and Seto who were still going at it.

"Are you two done barking, we're leaving!" The Calico called out.

Seto hissed at Joey one more time before following the others. "Damn Fleabag!"

Joey stopped and looked at the Dragon Li a thought ran through his mind. 'Wow, that was actually fun. Maybe…' Joey's eyes widen and he shook his head to remove that thought. 'What am I thinking? This cat is a jerk!' He growled softly to himself and followed everyone.

Yugi, Yami, and the others made their way to the train tracks. The bridge went across a large river. Ryou looked down at the river and got really nervous.

"I-Isn't there a-another way to get to the other s-side?" He stuttered.

"No this is the only way across. Stop being such a Pussy cat." Seto meowed annoyed.

Bakura glared at Seto. He never really liked him ever since they first met. He looked back at Ryou and saw that he had a terrified look on his face. What could he be afraid of? Joey marched to Seto and growled. "Watch what to say to my friends, Fuzzy!"

"Or what?" The two cats were about to go at it again until Yugi and Yami step in between them. "Guys that's enough!"

Seto growled at Yami but stopped as the Abyssinian's glare hardened. Malik stood next to the trembling Persian.

"Everything's going to be fine Ry." Malik said as placed his tail on him trying to comfort him. Ryou gulped and nodded. Yugi looked at the tracks and got an idea. "Hey guys I got an idea, let's play train.' Yugi smiled and jumped on the track leading across the bridge over the river.

"That…sounds fun." Ryou smiled a bit.

"All aboard!" Joey, Ryou, and Malik formed a line behind Yugi. Surprisingly Marik and Bakura joined in.

Yami smiled at how Yugi was trying to make his friends feel better. Yugi, Joey, Ryou, Malik, Marik, and Bakura began walking on the track. "Choo-choo!" Yugi imitated. Yami and Seto walked behind the feline train. As they walked the tracks, Ryou suddenly forgot about his fears. They continued to walk and the tracks began to shake.

"Whoa Joey was that your stomach?" Malik laughed.

"Now you know damn well dat ain't my stomach!" Joey growled. Malik then became confused. "If that wasn't your stomach, than what's that rumbling?"

Ryou looked back and eight of his nine lives left him. "T-TRAIN!" He yowled.

Everyone's eyes widen when they saw the giant metal bullet looking train getting closer. "Everybody under the tracks!" Yami yelled.

The seven cats obeyed and they all jumped on the beams below the tracks as the train swiftly ran across. Each cat held on for dear life. Once the train passed and it was safe, the cats climbed back on the tracks.

"Is everybody okay?" Joey asked. Everyone nodded except Yugi; who looked around, worriedly. "I don't see Ryou!" The bobtail announced.

"HELP!" A voice cried. Everyone looked over to the river and gasped when they saw Ryou. "Help me! I can't swim!" He yowled.

"Ryou, hang on!" Malik yelled and ran to dive in, but Bakura immediately jumped off. "Bakura!" Yami, Seto, and Marik yowled after him. The Angora dove into the water and paddled to Ryou. "Keep your head up Ryou!" He told him, but Ryou became tired and didn't have the strength to stay above water, he then went under. Bakura saw this and went under after him and grabbed Ryou by the scruff before swimming back up to the surface.

"Hold on Ryou!" Bakura growled through the scruff and he looked around for a floating object that would help them stay afloat. Luckily he spotted a large branch floating next to them, he quickly swam and placed Ryou on it.

"Bakura! Ryou!" Yami shouted from the other side of the river "Grab this!" He tossed a vine that they found to them, Bakura managed to catch it in his mouth. "Alright everyone, Pull!" Each cat grabbed a hold of the vine and began to pull them to the bank.

Bakura dragged Ryou the rest of the way. Ryou laid there for a moment before violently coughing up water that managed to enter his airway. "Ryou!" His friends cried and nuzzled him. "Thank Ra you're alright."

Bakura secretly smiled, happy to see him alive. He then began to lick himself dry.

"What the hell were you thinking? Seto hissed. "You could've died!"

Bakura shot Seto a glared but ignored him and continued drying himself. Ryou slowly got up with a little help from Joey and looked over to the dripping wet Angora. "…Thank you Bakura…for saving me." He thanked with a shy smile, and blush. The Angora's fur suddenly turned from white to pink, he quickly turned away to hide his blush and began to ring out his tail. "Just be more careful next time." Ryou smiled and nodded. "I will."

Mana sadly returned to her nest. "I'm home Mama." She announced sadly. Isis knew automatically and opened her wings you her young Yellowwood Jay. "I'm so sorry sweetheart." She said as her daughter quickly flew into her.

"I can't find them anywhere! That human Tea did something to them, I know it!" She cried into her mother. Isis tried to comfort Mana; she too loved Yugi and the others like they were her own. "Don't worry dear; I'm sure they're fine." She assured her.

"Dark, are you sure we're going the right way?" A tan goose asked the black goose as they waddled down the dirt path.

"Mahad for the last time, yes. I always go this way to Domino." Dark answered his brother now irritated from answering the same questions more than once. As they walked they spotted a group of eight cats near the bank. "Hello there!" Mahad greeted. The cat's ears twitched as they heard a voice up ahead; they looked up and saw two geese, a tan and a black one.

"Yami maybe they can help us." Yugi suggested. Joey walked towards the Japanese bobtail and placed his arm on his shoulder. "I don't know Yug', I've heard that geese ain't the brightest birds to trust." He warned. "What choice do we have, Joey?" Yugi then walked to the two geese. "Excuse me?" He called to get their attention. "Would you by any chance know how to get to Domino city?"

Dark and Mahad looked at each other and then looked at the felines. "Well you're in luck; my brother and I are actually heading there now to visit our uncle. My name is Mahad and this is my brother Dark.

"They look like oversized chickens." Marik whispered to Bakura who smirked and snickered at the little joke. Dark unfortunately heard that and peck the long-haired Calico on the head. "Watch what you say furball, your tail will be gone." He warned. "We are not Chickens we're geese."

"No, we thought you were "Swans". Bakura remarked sarcastically. Dark spread his wings and began to chase after Bakura and Marik. Seto sighed and shook his head. "Will to idiots ever learn?" Ryou and Malik looked at each other and decided to save their friends from the wrath of the rampaging Black goose. Dark stopped after being convinced by them and waddled back to his brother.

"You can come with us, we'll lead you there." Mahad offered. Yugi sighed in relief and smiled at him. "Oh thank you Mahad. That would be wonderful!"

Dark growled under his breath and rolled his eyes. "Alright then, everyone make two lines." He instructed. Yugi, Malik, Ryou, and Joey lined up behind Mahad as Yami, Marik, Bakura, and Seto did behind Dark. "Ready everyone?" Mahad asked and looked back. Everyone nodded except Seto who just looked annoyed as hell. Dark took a deep breath and sighed. "Forward! March!" And they all began making their way to Domino city.

Bakura: Finally I made my appearance.

Ryou: *blushes* thank you again for saving me Kura. *Kisses his cheek*

Dia: Awww! X3 Kitty love!
