Enjoy!

Blaine spent the better part of the last two weeks alone in his room. Kurt typically came by to visit after school, but during school hours he was completely alone, since both of his parents were at work. They had been home for the first two days, but then they both decided that they needed to get back to work so they didn't fall behind.

While Blaine liked having the house to himself, he hated that it gave him time to think. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but with everything that happened two weeks ago, it was something that Blaine would have rather not dealt with.

It was a Thursday afternoon and Blaine was still by himself. Kurt wasn't able to come on Thursdays since they had a longer glee club rehearsal, but that was ok. Blaine was in his room watching a crappy romantic comedy on TV when the doorbell rang. Knowing that no one else would be home, Blaine got out of his bed and went to answer the door.

Of all the people who could have showed up at the door, Blaine was not expecting some of the Warblers to be there. He had pretty much figured that they were no longer friends and would be ignoring each other any time they saw each other. After all, what was Blaine supposed to expect after they threw a slushie laced with rock salt at him. Well, they had really tried to throw it at Kurt, but that didn't make it any better. Kurt had been a Warbler at one point, too.

"What are you doing here?" Blaine asked quietly.

"Can we come in?" David asked.

"No." Blaine knew he was being rude, but after everything that happened, he couldn't bring himself to forgive them just yet. And who knew why the Warblers were really here. Maybe they were just here to execute part two of their plan if the slushie was part one.

"Look, Blaine, we're sorry," Trent said apologetically.

Blaine remained silent. He wanted to forgive them, but he knew he just couldn't forgive them that easily.

"We didn't know there was rock salt in there," Thad said, speaking up. "It wasn't supposed to go that far."

"You still tried to throw a slushie at Kurt," Blaine pointed out. "He was a Warbler at one point."

"We know," David said. "We were just stupid. We should have never done it."

"But you did," Blaine said.

"I know and it was really stupid," David explained. "We're just hoping that you won't stay mad at us forever."

Blaine wasn't sure what to say.

"Look, we get that you're mad, but please at least accept our apology. You don't have to be our friend again, but at least forgive us," Jeff begged.

"Why did you do it?" Blaine asked quietly.

Nick spoke up this time. "Because we were stupid and decided that Sebastian's idea was actually a good one. We're really sorry, Blaine. We should have never went along with it and if we wouldn't have known there was rock salt in that slushie, we definitely would have never went along with it."

"But you still did."

"And we're really, really sorry about that. We're just stupid idiots," Thad chimed in.

Blaine remained silent. What was he supposed to do? Yes, they were his friends, but they also hurt him in an attempt to hurt the person that he loved.

"I forgive you," Blaine said really softly and many of the Warblers breathed a huge sigh of relief.

"Thank you, Blaine," David said and many of the Warblers nodded in response.

"Yeah, thank you, Blaine. We know we don't really deserve it," Jeff said.

After a moment of awkward silence, David said, "Do you want us to leave now?"

"Uh, well Kurt's should be coming over later, so"

David just smiled. "We'll let you two be alone. Thank you again, Blaine. Text us if you ever want to do anything."

"I will," Blaine said, unsure if he was actually going to take them up on that offer. It had taken a lot to actually forgive them, but he wasn't sure if he actually was ready to start hanging out with them regularly.

Later that night, Kurt came over to visit.

"So the Warblers came over today," Blaine said.

"They did?" Kurt was surprised. He didn't think the Warblers and Blaine were going to make up, let alone talk.

"Yeah, they came and apologized. Well they all came except Sebastian."

"Did you forgive them?"

"Yes," Blaine answered.

That confused Kurt. He was sure Blaine wasn't going to forgive them, but apparently he just did this afternoon. "Why?"

"I guess I figured that because they were my friends once, I owe them that."

"You don't owe them anything."

"But after everything they did for me when I first transferred to Dalton, I guess I figured that I could at least forgive them. They helped me so much and even though what they did was cruel and hurtful, I guess I still had to pay them back for helping me at Dalton."

"But Blaine-"

"It's not like I'm going to hang out with them all the time, it's more that I wanted to feel better. And it does feel better knowing that I forgave them. I never said I was going to spend all of my time with them, but it helps knowing that I could talk to them and maybe be their friend again."

"Well, I'm glad you feel better," Kurt said, still unsure of how he felt now that Blaine had forgiven them.

"Yeah, I'm glad I feel better too."

"I love you, you know that?"

"Why?" Blaine asked.

"Not many people would have been able to forgive you. Half of New Directions still want to go after them, but you, the person who got hurt the most, actually forgave them."

"It was the right thing to do," Blaine said. That he was sure of, even if other people weren't quite convinced yet.
