The Seven Espers were arguing on the next move

Accelerator: "We are a minority, while Level 0 are the majority, even though we have powers and all we are just seven, we need more people to do this"

Kakine "We can't just invite the whole Esper population to join us, cause they would not accept, we are the greatest, and so we are also hated"

Misaka: "Then we should just invite some of them, those that are really strong: Half of the Esper population are Level 1, 25% are Level 2, 20 % are Level 3, but just 4% are Level 4, and they are the strongest beside us, Esper normally feel like "We can't reach Level 5, just the special ones can, but we can get to Level 4 if we train hard" so they are, actually, the strongest even though they are a minority, like us, they'll be our army.

The Seven agreed to invite the whole Level 4 population to join their army.

A council was held, and all of the strongest Espers with the special super powers were invited.

Accelerator announced: "Since our kind, Homo Esper, appeared on this land, we were feared by both Level 0 and Magicians, which we found out that existed just since some days ago, Espers are feared, because they are strong, and you are feared among Espers, because you are strong between them, so join us in the incoming battle, we need your powers to defend our kind"

The Level 4 population accepted, because that would mean to join an army of 20.008 powerful Espers, and with them they would be invincible.

That was the Esper Army, and it started to act against both scientists and magic bases, claiming for equal rights for Espers and Level 0s.

Othinus had reunited the 20 Saints and the Four of Rome, she declared "We are in danger, Espers are now lots more than us, we have to stop them in some way, but we are not as many as them, we need to pick up the most powerful of us, but who?"

Fiamma of the Right then suggested "Every magic organization has a boss, the boss is usually the most powerful and wise in use of Magic, why don't we ask them to join us? We are the whole Saint army and the Four of Rome, damn it, we are the strongest, they'll definitively accept us."

A council was held, and all of the bosses of every single magic organization were here, Othinus declared that "Magic is what encompasses science with the power of the mind, but it is now challenged by the limited science itself and by some strange kind of power-holders who can only use one power at time, and only with barbaric force, not like us, we are intelligent in the use of Mana, we compute our magic, we use ancient formulas that are used by centuries! Join us then, we'll fight together, we are the strongest, no one can beat us".

They all accepted, and the Magic Army was founded.

Kuroko Shirai was arguing on the best way to fight an Espers' organization "Well" said a policeman "There was this scientist, who was able to study AIM Field and….kinda…she used music to make Level 0 into Level 1….and she also was able to connect with their AIM fields and take their new powers to have many…her name was…uhm….."

Kuroko was shocked " Kiyama Harumi!"

Kiyama Harumi was brought to the presence of the Judgment soon afterwards, and Kuroko was interrogating her about her discoveries and Level Upper, then she politely asked her "Would you like to join us in the incoming battle by giving us some of your technologies against AIM fields of Espers? If you could give us your signal, something like Level Upper, that stops every Esper, that would be great, and we would set you free from prison".

Harumi was silent, and with a low and barely listenable voice she said "I agree".

Inside the ruins of Endymon, the statue was talking "You build many obelisks in many cities, if you stay near them you'll gain powers from our common net, but also if you get near them our net will drain energy from you, now go on, the battle will come soon, you need to go to every state of the world and drain energy from every Magician or Esper you meet".

The shadows around him, a thousand, disappeared immediately.

Othinus was talking with the boss of the Necessarius, Laura Stuart, when she suddently revealed of the two most powerful tools that magicians ever held "The first is the Croce di Pietro, which can subject an entire place to someone's will, the second one is the Index Librorum Proibitorum, which however is not a person, but you know that already" Othinus smiled in an evil grin "Yes, I knew that all along, Index is a person, and now Touma is protecting her, but Touma is in the Esper faction, and he is kind of the boss of it."

Laura then declared "Well, it's not like Index is one of them anyway…."

The two both were silent, and everything was agreed.

Index Librorum Proibitorum was taken away so fast that Touma could realize that only when it was too late, he immediately talked about that to the Esper faction, but they could not trace her "Don't worry" that's what Mikoto said "We'll find her, and we'll save her".

Index was in a dark room, surrounded by the Four of Rome, the most powerful magicians of the world, and beside her there was Othinus, the most powerful ever, in front of her there was the Croce di Pietro, and next to her the Document of Constantine, everything they had retrieved.

"Looks like the Magic Side is getting the mass destruction weapons ready" she said.

Othinus then spoke "We need your help, Index, you have the knowledge of the whole grimories, the forbidden book of the most powerful magic, even though we are so strong we don't know those formulas, so we need your knowledge, you are a magician too, don't forget that"

Index then asked "What if I refused? They are my friends!" Othinus then told her "If you help us with the grimories, everything will end soon with no battle, I promise, but if you don't help us we'll have to fight, and your friends will die, you know that, we are MAGIC! Look around you" And she did, the most powerful ever, everyone so famous, they just needed her formulas, or else..they would use them anyway…

There was Touma..he could save her with his hand..she decided to trust him "I agree".

The statue in Endymon said, in the general silence "All of the three factions have now their weapon: Index for Magicians, Touma for Espers, Harumi for Science, and we don't have anyone but me, I think I've been a statue for too long now…." Something in the finger of the statue cracked…..
