Simply put. The storyline of Liberty City Stories rewritten. Seriously, there were so many things I felt this game missed, and Toni just wasn't very great of a protagonist. Not to mention the wasted potential of the antagonists. So I'd figured this storyline would have a few more added characters and give the antagonists more motivation. Hope you enjoy.
