In the hotel where the Baltic brothers stayed, Latvia and Estonia were having their jaw slackened. The reason was...Lithuania. He was acting weirder than usual. Even his face expression was weirder in a funny way. Since that kiss and marriage incident, most of the time Lithuania would giggle alone, smile alone with saliva flowing. Even when brushing teeth, foamy saliva would flow excessively from his mouth. Some other time his face would look like a smiling zombie while mumbling Belarus name whether the country one or normal human one. Latvia and Estonia thought that their brother had totally lost his mind.
They decided that Lithuania should be brought to a good therapist they could find in Japan the next day...that is..if they knew who and where...which they didn't at all.

In the same night,Russia couldn't sleep because he was feeling guilty. He felt wrong for deceiving his sister Belarus(or rather Ilya's the should be one who should feel guilty in this situation) and her 'marriage' to Lithuania. So he silently message her in the middle of the night. At first he hesitated, thinking what Ilya said about the fake wedding which shouldn't be called as wedding at all. Naughty Ilya. Naughty, naughty Ilya. Why was he creating problem like this?
Russia then phoned Belarus. She might not be at Ukraine's hotel room that time.

Belarus heard her phone ringing. When she saw her brother's number, she threw the phone across the bed. For minutes the phone rang and Belarus felt that she couldn't just ignore it anymore. She roughly pressed the 'pick up' button.

Russia waited anxiously yet calmly for the phone to be picked up from the other side. Suddenly there was a 'tick' sound that indicates that his call was being picked up and..."WHAT?"
And again..Russia threw his phone in shock but immediately picked it up. "Hello, Bella."
"Why are you calling me?" Belarus asked menacingly. It made Russia gulped in fright but he manned up.
"Bella, I just want to talk to you...about just now."
"You want to talk to me...about how you happily and cruelly got rid of me in a marriage I don't even want?"
"No-yes? No. Wait, yes. I want to talk to you about that marriage...but not in the way you think. Please listen to me."
"Okay then, let hear what you want to say." Belarus said indifferently.
Russia was happy that his sister wanted to hear him out. But first, he had to think how he would tell the story out. He couldn't mention Ilya's name. He had reason for that. He should use the name Balstovy in his story. The story should be adjusted too.
At first Russia hummed with uncertainty and then started the story, "Just now...I didn't even meant to wed you with Lithuania. You know how I love you."
"If you love me, why-"
"Bella, I said I love you as my little sister. Not the love you're thinking. Please. Understand."
It was silence for a few seconds. Russia thought again about what he's gonna say. He tried to imagine the situation Ilya described just now. "This morning I was too shocked and scared about what you're doing to me. Suddenly, I recalled what Balstovy said to me. To wed you and Lithuania. Well...not that I want you to marry him because I know you wouldn't like it. But I was scared and conveniently...Toris-Lithuania was there too."
Silence...
"But Belarus, I don't know why,but...don't you realize something?"
"What? Belarus asked. Russia recalled what Ilya said again.
"Don't you realize? The wedding can't be called wedding at all? You know, no audience, no pastor, no ring?"
Belarus hearing that on the other side silently gasped with widen eyes. Suddenly she felt embarassed, angry and then happy. Happy that she might have a chance for Russia's heart. She then panting and laughing at the same time as she said she could marry Russia. "NO!" Russia exclaimed.
Russia explained again why he didn't want to marry Belarus and that he already had a lover(Ilya's idea). He said he wanted her to find a better man than himself to love if she don't want Lithuania. Russia repeatedly said that he love Belarus only as a sister.

Belarus was very sad hearing it and turned off her phone, throwing it again.

Russia looked at his phone sadly and whispered alone, 'I hope we'll still talk with each other like how happy siblings should be'. He messaged he the he'll be back to Russia the next day.
