I apologize for the long wait. I have been quite busy between Nanowrimo, other stories, classes, work, and working out. I'm just surprised to see that I'm even surviving this much. But, I'm still good. I'm calming down a bit since I have a head cold, but I'm doing everything I can get better quickly.

As for the new chapter, please enjoy!

That did not just happen. Honestly, how could he?! We just returned home and I caught Robin, on his motorcycle, and he was about to turn ON for the ride. I was scolding him while the rest of the team showed Dani the tower – although, Starfire is pleased for another girl in the house who shares similar emotions of happiness. That and we're alone.

"You just can't sit down and relax for a day, can you?" My arms crossed.

He glared at me – despite of the mask he's now wearing, "It's Slade and he needs to be stop."

I sighed, "He is stopped. Now, get off that damn bike and go to the center. I'll meet you there."

"No. I am not going to sit around and do absolutely nothing." He declared.

Why does he tend to be stubborn with his job? I walked over to him, curved my arm around his waists, and picked him up to carry. He tried to fight his way out, but I refused to let him.

"Slade is out there and he needs to be stop." He told me.

I hummed, "I know, but he is taken care of. Right now, you are in no condition to be fighting and supposed to be relaxing."

Robin struggled to escape out of my arm grip, but he turned it around to be difficult more than ever. It felt like we're already married and that I'm the husband as he is the wife. He kept up trying to find tricks – not realizing that I'm numb when it came to tickling. He failed on his part and finally got us to the elevator. I pressed the button to go up to the center tower. Once it was pulling up, I finally set him down on my side.

"You know Slade doesn't take five minutes in a day. He will come back again and you're missing clues he is up to something." He tried to walk up to the button to press down, but my free hand prevented him from doing that.

"I've threatened him I'd remove his mask and he backed off. He's trying to get me to join him, but he's using the bots as his distraction for everyone while talking to me. If he does, his mask is coming off for good, got it?"

His head jerked right at me and lost for words. His shoulders dropped down and found himself no longer wanting to go back to his motorcycle again. I haven't dared to loosen my guard on him until the elevator stopped on the center and the door slid open.

"His weakness?"

I nodded, "Yes, now are you going to stop wanting to go out?"

Robin huffed, "Yes."

I smiled, "Good, because if you did left the tower. You would have been trap in our room."

He frowned, "Our room?"

"Your bedroom is no longer yours now. It's ours."

Robin tends to like privacy, but he won't be escaping that this time. He's stubborn as I know it, but I had to wonder why he picked up this addictive behavior. He doesn't take a break at all and found it suspicious. There's no one giving him that influences and I doubt it was from his parents because Jazz told me that he joined Batman seven years ago, stayed with him for two years and something happened. No one knows, but Robin left and started a team because of Starfire. Then again, I was told Batman is a vigilant hero. Could he be the reasons? I wasn't too sure and needed to get some information beforehand.

"Are you staying here, Danny's clone?"

"Call me Dani," She insisted.

She nodded, "Dani. Are you staying here? Are you going to join our team? Will you be my friend?"

She chuckled, "Yeah," She transformed to her human half, "I like to join and sure, I can be your friend."

"Then we'll need to find you a room here considering Danny," Cyborg pointed at me, "Is using the only guest's room."

My head shook, "It's not my room anymore. I'll be in Robin's room now. Considering, I can't trust him to stay and sit down for an hour or two."

He crossed his arms and shook his head stubbornly about it. He knows that I was serious about this. Dani lit up happily – knowing that it has our style touch and nothing more. She was more comfortable already. Star hugged her immediately.

"Yay! We shall have lots of fun! Do you like to out the race each other?" The alien princess had to ask.

Dani blinked, "You mean out race each other?"

"Yes, I mean that!"

She smirked, "Sure! Meet you outside!"

Starfire nodded and they flew out of the center for some flight race. I had a feeling Starfire might start out liking her more. It was nice for once. Raven was rather relieved (knowing Starfire tends to look for someone to spend time with) and she went to meditate. Beast boy joined with the sofa and picked up the remote to watch something. Cyborg went over to the kitchen and started cooking something.

"Let's go in for training." Robin decided.

I chuckled, "Nope. I'm afraid that's off limit. Our room now because there's a lot to talk about-" That and our date has ruined the mood about everything, "-so, whatever training or hard work out you have on your mind is canceled."

I was supposed to kiss him, transport us to our room, and make love. However, with Dani and Slade interruptions', there was no chances of happening today. It was supposed to be all day love, but it wasn't happening. I needed to keep him off pain, but that's not going to happen. I need to keep him distracted for the entire day.

He frowned, "Absolutely not. Danny, this is ridiculous! You healed me completely and I feel like good as news!"

My eyes rolled, "You are too tight up about doing every little action. You are on vacation, appreciate it!"

He knows I'm stronger than Starfire, so he can't fail that attempt to get out of my grip. I can recall the first day when he commented it and how pissed off I was that day. I couldn't believe I got away with it for almost two years.

"This is a job, Danny, not something to put aside for a week and go back to them whenever we like. Those citizens need us."

Robin was way too serious about this and I had to wonder about all of this behavior. Right now, we're walking into our room and I made sure he sits down on the bed. Once he is, I joined him and pulled him into my arms.

"That's what a team is for. You can count on them while you take a few days break. Right now, you need to understand that if you go out and join in any missions, you're reopening the wounds I healed you. It will be much painful than the original pain you went through. Sam and Tucker went through that and you know what? My sister had to make sure they take a break and let me handle my ghost fights. That reopened wound will take much longer to heal and you will regret it." I pointed out to him.

Robin jerked his head at me, finding out new information about healing, and understanding the process of all this. He should have known better than that.

"When will this hold off until I am healed completely?" He questioned, which he had not wasted his time on.

I smiled, "Tomorrow, but don't think you will jump back into action and all. You are going to get use to this and you will be my carrier."

Robin frowned at me, not pleased to hear he will not be able to participate in any missions for a long while, and that has to stop. I sighed and decided to get another point of view.

"You already know Dani will be there. Considered her position a substitute until you're free to go back into mission." I kissed his cheek, "You know she is a clone of me, which means she is powerful as I am. If she needs help, she will seek for Vlad and my sister for more."

The leader of Titan was not used to 'take break' like everyone else does. His head leaned onto my head – much to his disappointment of not succeeding in what he wished to do. My hand brushed his cheekbone's skin for some comfort.

"How about we plan getting away from here? Do you know a place where we wouldn't have to worry about criminal twenty-four seven?" There had to be a way to get him to calm down.

"Slade might attempt to do something in our disappearance, we shouldn't leave and-"

"-I will have your titan communicator on me and Cyborg will contact us when Slade shows up. Besides, why is not having a vacation is such a big deal to you?"

He scowled, "Heroes don't have time for a vacation." He put it flatly, "Criminals are running loose every day and it is our jobs to stop them immediately."

My finger soothed his cheekbone a little more and it was working for me to prevent him escaping from me or attempt to do training or missions. This place was too big of a reminder for him and it was not getting me anywhere with him. Then a light bulb appeared in my mind…

"Since you met my family, it is time I meet yours." I decided, "I'm guessing you used to live with Batman and something had happened between both of you. I think…having to change that should be fixed by both of you because our future child is going to ask about our entire family one day and we can't deny them that."

Robin scowled at me, "We are not going anywhere near him, Danny."

"We're going and I know where the city you came from is."

"No." He declined immediately.

"Yes and give it up, Robin."

His head shook once, "Forget it."

"Do you want some good privacy?"

"What does this has to do with anything?"

Obviously, he hasn't realized what I had meant and my thumb pointed at the door to make it simple as possible.

"Your friends can still barge in, criminals still attack in the tower, and from what I heard, you leave this place unlocked." My head shook, "We're going to continue getting interruptions unless we get away from here for at least a couple of days."

Robin turned quiet on me, but I knew it would not be easy. It was something to find a way out of this tower and find out who Batman truly is. It wasn't the fact I was going to ignore this matter for several years and it was something needed to be addressed to.

"He's going to kill me…" He muttered, "…fine. Only three days and we are back here immediately."

I smirked, "Deal. We're leaving tomorrow at noon. After lunch that is."

Robin chose not argue with me and he doesn't realized I need to remove this sense of void. It's practically the worse feelings. It was difficult to ignore this kind of emotion, urged to remove it, and that was not fair for us. We did not know at all and I had to admit, Robin was not the mate had to expect or finding him pregnant to the last minute and that it was my child. He went through so much and I thought I went through much as it was. Right now, getting out of this tower was a way.

"Do you think he could meet us somewhere…publically?" I figured it would be a good start.

He snorted, "You would not want that. I'll take us there after you get us to the city." He took some control of the planning.

I nodded, "Okay, as long we're not murdering anybody."

I could assume he rolled his eyes, but he ought to be laughing. He's too strict with that and this was not how I want this to between us. All I knew was to get him to separate himself and hero side of himself. It has to change and I was determining to make that happen. He had no idea what was coming to him.

I should have the next chapter going. Just give me time to work on them and may have it out by Saturday/Sunday at the most. If not, pester me until it is out ;P
