Jane's pov.

'' why? Why did you make someone else up? '' Maura asks me. God I hate to see her crying like this, it hurts me to see her like this. Now even more because I know it's my fault she is crying. It's my fault there are tears streaming down her beautiful face.

I look to the ground '' because I'm afraid of what others might think. ''

'' are you ashamed of me? ''

By this I take Maura her hands in mine and look upto her '' Maura Isles, you're the best ever happened to me. You are the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, inside and out. I'm not ashamed of you, okay? ''

'' it feels like you are afraid of me Jane.. and if you are we should stop. I could hide my feelings and just be your friend. ''

'' Maur.. what about my feelings? I love you, okay? I am in love with you. ''

And she finally looks up to me, I put my hands on both sides of her face and throw away the tears. '' I love you Maur ''

'' I love you too Jane, so much ''

We hug for what seems like hours. I take her hand and walk to the beach with her. Her hands feels great in mine, like it belongs there.

'' did you expect this would happen? '' Maura asks me when we are sitting on the beach

'' that what would happen sweetie? ''

'' that you would fall in love with me.. and I would fall in love with you? '' she says blushing

'' no I did not, but I am really glad I did and that you did. I have the most wonderful girlfriend now '' I say, placing a kiss on her cheek '' did you? ''

'' I did not either, but I'm glad we did too. I just wish we didn't have to hide but that's okay, it wont be forever ''

'' no it won't. '' I smile at her, gosh how much I love that girl.

Maura's pov.

We had spend the rest of the day on the beach. Ate dinner with her parents and brothers and now we are upstairs watching Castle, one of Jane her favorite tv-shows.

'' Stana Katic is really pretty '' I say

'' she is okay, still I prefer you '' she smiles at me

I start to blush '' I prefer you too ''

'' come baby, sit between my legs '' she says while spreading her legs and tapping on the bed between her legs. I look at her nervously. She laughs '' no silly, just want to have you in my arms, dirty things will happen another time '' she winks

I laugh and move to sit between her legs, she puts her arms around me and I relax into her. '' I like this '' I almost whisper

I can feel Jane smile since her lips were against my head '' I like it too ''

'' Jane? ''

'' yes baby? Something wrong? Are you homesick? ''

I laugh at that '' wow calm down, I'm not homesick and nothing is wrong. I just wanted to remind you that I love you ''

'' I love you too honey, so damn much ''

'' do you think this will work? '' I ask her turning so I can see her face

'' Yes, I do. I think that if we both want this to work more than anything else and if we work on this we can. ''

'' yeah me too '' I smile at her and place a soft kiss on her lips

'' Maura, would you like to go on a date with me? '' Jane asks after we break apart.

'' Yes, if you are sure you want a date.. I mean we could go somewhere private or stay in your room so people cant see us. ''

'' no silly, I want to take you out on a date '' she smiles and kisses me again.

There are knocks on the door, I quickly move from between Jane's legs to sit beside her.

'' come in '' Jane says '' they always interrupt on the good times '' she whispers to me and I giggle.

Frankie walks in, he looks nervous. '' euhm hi ''

'' hi '' I smile at him

'' what do you want? '' Jane asks looking annoyed

'' I was actually wondering if I could talk with Maura for a quick second '' he says looking at the floor

'' yeah…sure '' I say standing up and walking behind him into the hallway

'' so euhm.. I kinda like you and.. you are really pretty and nice.. and I was wondering if you would want to go out on a date with me '' Frankie says quickly

'' oh euhm.. '' I start but get cut off by his lips on mine, I pull him away.

'' Frankie.. I ''

'' I don't need an answer now, just think about it '' He says before walking to his own room

I go with a hand through my hair 'oh god, how am I going to tell this to Jane ''

Jane's pov.

Maura walks back in, she looks like she has seen a ghost. '' hey babe, what happened? '' I ask her when she sits down

'' your brother euhm.. he asked me out on a date '' Maura says

'' He did what?! '' I yell

'' and he kissed me '' she says quickly, looking at me and holding my hand.

'' I swear to god im going to kill him ''

Maura kisses me before I can go on talking. Her arms around me while her tongue slides over my button lip.

When we break apart she takes my hand '' Jane, he doesn't know we are together, remember? ''

'' oh.. right.. '' I look at her '' so what did you say? Are you going on a date with him? ''

She laughs, I don't know why but I love her laugh. '' why would I go out with your brother if I already have the best Rizzoli? ''

I smile, looking into her eyes I can see all the love she has for me right there in her eyes and god, how much I love this woman. '' I love you. ''
