Oh hey, guys! I'm pretty much back~! 3

So, yeah... My laptop and netbook was broken and all I could use is the computer but my family likes to use it too so I don't get a lot of time on making new chapters~ Also, our sembreak is ending so yeah, pretty much late updates is expected! I'm SORRY! X(

OFF TO THE STORY!

Jellal's POV

Midnight

Erza's Room

Mistress has turned to her side and I was brought with her. I now lay beside her in my cat form. I have many forms, fox form, cat form, gumiho form and my natural form, human form but this cat form is what I mostly like when sleeping especially when my duty is to protect my Mistress. I have sharp senses but I wouldn't be capable of fighting immediately. I snuggled closer to her. I can hear her heartbeat, I can feel her warmth…

I can see her sadness…

I can feel it…..

She misses Yoshi but…. I…. I couldn't find him….

I opened my eyes and stared at her sleeping figure. She was very vulnerable…. so fragile when she sleeps…. She's so beautiful even when she awake. I like her, I like her very much. I would never want to leave her side. She's kind and a strong woman. I held her hand with my front paws and kissed it.

Swwwwiisssh!

I looked around, something moved. I saw the windows open and the wind going in the room, making the curtains flap. Did we left it open? No, we locked it before we left. How come it opened on its own? I jumped off the bed and transformed into my human form. I walked to the windows and closed it, making sure it was locked. It was raining outside, soft rain was falling.

Swwwiiiiiiisssssh!

I looked around. I saw a glimpse of a black figure. It was moving fast, knocking things one after the other. I ran towards Erza and made a barrier in case he was trying to hurt Erza. After making a barrier, the black figure stopped moving. I can clearly see his face and figure. He was apparently a young man with dark eyes and black hair. He wears high collared red and tan robes with gold trim on its sides along with the white toga. He has circle shaped necklace. His eyes were blazing with anger.

"Who are you and what do you want?" I said while standing in the end of Erza's bed. His eyes moved from me to Erza. He smirked when he saw the red-haired.

"I am Zeref," said Zeref with a deep tone. "and I am here to get my perfect bride that I'll be marrying."

"Erza?" I said, shocked. He moved fast towards the bed and broke the barrier. He took the sleeping form of Erza in his hands and quickly, opened the window. He looked behind his shoulder and smirked.

"She's mine now, prince." Said Zeref and jumped out in the window. I quickly recovered from my shocked and followed them with my meteor. We jumped from car to car, chasing each other. The cars were honking and the drivers were complaining but we both ignored them. After we saw the police car driving towards us, Zeref jumped high and landed on a building. I followed him and managed to bring him down while Erza got her consciousness and rolled away from Zeref. I pinned him down while I twisted his arm.

"No one is getting my Mistress to be her bride. She gets to chose whose guy he wants to marry!" I shouted while Erza is still trying to recover from her sleep. From the corner of my eye, I can see that she is slowly standing.

"Why would she reject me? I am the most powerful wizard of all times! I have riches and power that no one would reject! She'll be happy with my reign!" Zeref abruptly said. I twisted his arm again.

"You think so?"

"Yes!"

"You're a liar then! She is going to reject yo-"

I was stopped by a blinding light that was shown into the place. I looked around for Erza in the light but I couldn't find her, it was too bright. "Erza!" I shouted. The light slowly faded as a figure with wings was seen. When the light clearly faded, I saw Erza with her eyes shining and was wearing a angel-like armor with swords.

"Heaven's Wheel Armor," said Erza with a serious voice, looking down at the ground. She looked up and glared at Zeref. "Blumenblatt!"

She attacked Zeref with her two swords and danced gracefully while fighting Zeref. I was injured also because some of her swords attacked me rather than Zeref. I was bleeding, each breath that I take feels like I was being burned into death. My vision is turning black and I am kissing the ground. I can feel the pool of blood underneath me. I forced myself to stay alive, to protect her. I made my vision turn clear again and looked at the graceful dance of hers while punishing Zeref, she is… unstoppable…. She…. has… awaken….. her…. powers… but… she…. is… still…..

"Erza" I said one last time, before losing consciousness.

"If he hasn't awaken till the day after tomorrow, I'll marry him!" a familiar feminine voice said. It was Erza, my mistress, I'm sure of it. Her soft but demanding voice was the only voice I could hear both in my dreams and in my life every time I'm with her. "But if he woke up earlier than the day after tomorrow, you'll pay the hospital bills and anything he needs, got it?"

"Fine, just see. He won't wake up until the morning of your said date." Another feminine voice said, it sounded really strict. I heard footsteps fading and door shutting. After that, all I can hear is Erza's and my breathing, the air-condition of the room and the hospital appliances.

"What was that, mistress?" I said, surprised of what my voice has become. My mouth felt really dry and my throat hurts. I opened my eyes slowly, just in case I would have a headache when I woke up. Nothing hurts except for my throat, good. I looked around, registering things around me. I saw Erza, her back turned to me and she was doing something with her face, I don't know what it really was.

"You heard that?" she said and took a deep breath. "Don't mind it, it's nothing important. How are you feeling?"

She turned to me, her chocolate eyes the same as ever, her scarlet hair flowing flawlessly in the air and she was the same Erza I knew. "Does something hurt?" she walked towards me and I smiled. I took her hand and made it press my cheeks. "This, mistress." I acted as if it was painful. I pressed her hand on my forehead, my nose, my lips and precisely, the whole face, saying "this" with fake pain.

"Ha-ha, very funny." She said, trying to stifle a laugh. "I swear to God, if you weren't in this condition, I would've punched you already."

"But you didn't. You cared for me, master. Thank you." I said, kissing her knuckles. Her cheeks turned slightly red and looked away from me. "What happened that night?"

"What night?"

"The night when you….. you transformed into your…."

"Magic armor?" she said and smirked. "I got rid of Zeref but he was not dead. He retreated into his homelands. Defeating him is not what we imagined, it was much harder."

"I'm sorry." I said, genuinely. "I'm sorry for being so weak that I couldn't protect you."

She shook her head. "It wasn't your fault. It was mine because I hit you with my swords. I don't blame you, you've done enough."

"Still," I tried to sit but the pain attacked me quickly, I winced. Erza became worried and helped me lay down on the hospital bed. As she helped me, I can see the worry of her eyes. "I want to serve you." I whispered.

"But you don't need to, not today" she whispered back. "It's my turn to serve you now."

I shook my head but she smiled and shook her head. "Are you thirsty?" she asks and I nodded once. She goes to the mini kitchen in my hospital room and gave me water. She helped me drink it. After that, she opened the TV and sat beside me. I wasn't hungry, really so I didn't told her. I wanted to make some bonding with her, now.

"Tell me something that you never said anyone before." I said and she blinked at me. I laughed and smiled. "You're cute when you're clueless."

She chuckled and gives it some thought. It was after a minute before she answered my question. "When I was a little kid, when I was still blind, I always sang when I'm alone. I would sing randomly, sing songs without knowing the lyrics, making my own lyrics. It was back then, I knew no one was judging me, no one was making me do something I didn't want to." She said, her voice fading. "But never mind that, how about you?"

"I was drowned by my friend's pee when I was a kid." I said, abruptly without thinking. There was silence. Now that I realized what I said, I was about to take it back when she laughed hard. "I-I'm sorry, I know it was improper."

"No, no it's okay." She laughed hard. "That is silly."

I can't fight but to laugh with her, it was normal, really. It was like nothing happened…. yesterday.

Yesterday…

"What date was it yesterday?" I stopped laughing and she too stopped, clueless of what is happening.

"Why?"

"Just tell me"

"Um, October 24, 2013?"

"No, seriously."

"Yeah, yesterday it was October 24, 2013"

"Not October 18?"

"No"

"How long was I sleeping?"

"Uhh…. 6 and a half days" she said and it stroke me.

"What?!" I shouted and sat up. The pain attacked me and Erza had to push me gently back to my bed.

"Relax, it's not like you're gonna die" she said.

"But, I left you unattended in 6 and a half days! That's long enough" I said and she shook her head.

"Take your time on recovering, I can't afford to lose you" she said and looked away. She whispered something like…. "because I love you"

"What was that, mistress?"

"Oh, nothing. I just said 'because I need you'" she said and smiled. She looked to the TV and everything were silent.

Later on, when she was asleep, I opened the messaging and videochat of the Nine Tailed World. The master of the Nine Tailed World immediately tuned in.

"Greetings, Master" I said, politely.

"Greetings, Jellal Fernandez" he responded. "How is it going with your master."

"Bad, Master." I said and he looked worried. "Zeref wants to marry her but it's dangerous."

"Yes, it is indeed." He nodded. "Zeref is the creator of all evil."

"If he gained Mistress Erza, her light would be replaced with darkness." I said, worried. "I don't want that, how could I protect her."

"Regain your memories"

"Pardon?" I'm not sure if I heard it right.

"I will give you your memories and confess it all to your Master. With this, you will create a great bond with your master that is the strongest barrier of all" he said and before I could say another word, his digital hand touched my forehead and everything went inside of me in a flash.

"It's a boy!" a feminine voice said, announcing. She gave her the baby. "with a beautiful azure hair!"

"Let's name her Jellal Fernandez, shall we?" the apparently, mother of the child said. It's….. It's my mother. A male figure walked towards the baby and smiled.

"Yes, we should"

"It's time for you, Jellal to protect you master." Father said while walking. He is holding my hand and we are walking towards a little orb near the biggest orb of all. I leaned towards the orb to see who I was going to protect. I saw a beautiful scarlet hair flowing flawlessly, chocolate brown eyes looking at the sky and white skin. She was so beautiful yet so broken.

"Is she blind, Father?" I asked, trying to sound so literal. I laughed and grinned. "Because I don't want her to see how ugly I am!"

"Yes, she is" he said and I was shocked. I looked back at the orb and saw that she is, indeed, blind. I promised myself to protect her with all my will.

"Hi! I'm Yoshi" I lied and stretched out my hand, inviting her to shake. Then I realized she was blind so I took her hand and kissed her knuckles like what a prince charming would do. She was so beautiful, she's even more beautiful in person. She is a princess to my eyes. "Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too, Yoshi" she said with glee. That voice is the melody my ears wanted to hear. "I'm Erza Scarlet."

"Scarlet, that's a beautiful name like your hair." I smiled.

"Eh? No one ever told me that. I didn't even know I had a Scarlet hair." she said with glee. She extended her hand and smiled. "Let's play!"

I smiled back at her and took her hand. "Hai!"

"I'm going to miss you, Erza." I said, looking at her unconscious in the hospital bed. She's going to see the world now but she's going to miss me. "You will not be able to see my ugly face, Erza. But don't worry, I'm always going to protect you. We'll meet once again. I'll never forget you, I promise"

"Now, Jellal." Rob-san called to me and I walked towards him. "Don't be sad, you'll be seeing her once again when you are already 19 years old, that way you'll be a grown up man and she's going to fall in love with you. You'll going to use the name "Jellal Fernandez," your own name, okay?"

I was so happy when I heard. "Yes! I'll do it!" I said and looked back to Erza. I ran towards her and kissed her cheeks. "I'll be back! I promise!"

I was brought back to the present time and I took a deep breath. I looked at the Master of the Nine Tailed World. I was so surprised with what I saw.

"I…I'm…. Yoshi?"

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! THIS CHAPTER IS DONE

I know... It's horrible...

Was it predictable that Jellal is Yoshi? I bet it is!

So yeah, this is the ACTUAL beginning of the story XDD The past chapters are just prologues.. So yeah, the villain is Zeref and meet the other villains in the coming chapters!
