A/N I needed to post something please review, no I don't own psych
"Dude, you lied to us! You do have a girl and she's hot!" says the guy that Shawn was sitting with.
"Actually, I have not had the luxury of going on a date with her, but not from a lack of trying," Shawn replied, the second part quieter than the first.
"Not from a lack of trying?" Juliet questioned.
"Uh..." Shawn started. Juliet raised her eyebrows. As soon as Shawn looked into her bright blue eyes, he broke. "I... Ok, fine. Close Talking, your horoscope (the Apple Jacks T-shirt), when I fake proposed to you for that case and told you that 'vision of us being married,' and other less obvious stuff," he said.
"What? You were serious about all of that? It just seemed like you were trying to flirt with me like you do with every pretty girl in a mile radius of you," Juliet said. "Wait... You wrote my horoscope? How did you do that? And Carlton's was pretty spot on too," Juliet says, his words catching up to her.
"I... Yeah. I was being serious, and I got a job as the horoscope writer for one day... then quit..." Shawn mumbled sheepishly.
"Shawn..." Juliet said. She thought back to all those times when Shawn had flirted with her, (especially the close talking incident) and she came to a decision. Before she could do or say anything, Shawn said "Well now that you've heard all that stuff I haven't even told Gus, how about dinner tomorrow?"
Juliet laughs slightly before saying, "Pick me up at eight?"
"Definitely," Shawn replies, as Juliet walks away smirking. Shawn runs his hand through him messy hair as he watches Juliet walk back into the high school gym. He turns around to find the three guys he was sitting with staring at him.
"Well boys, it looks like I do have a girl now... And yes, she is hot," Shawn says with his usual flair before going to find Gus so they could finish this stupid case.
