A/N Hey guys. I want to apologize for how long it has taken me to update this story. A lot of bad/good things happened in my life recently and every time I tried to sit down to write, I was hit with terrible writers block. The next chapter of this story will be up either tomorrow or the next day. Thank you so much for the reviews on the last chapter! Enjoy!

Chapter 2

The first thing Dean saw was the tire marks. Strewn across the road, going every which direction. Quickly, he followed the tracks with his eyes. They went across the road and into the grass field next to it. There, they ended and dropped into a ditch.

Dean jerked the stolen car over, running over the tracks. He slammed on the brakes before coming to the edge of the ditch.

"Sam!" He yelled in desperation, swinging the car door open. Dean jumped out so fast, he almost tripped over himself in the muddy grass.

He ran over to the edge of the ditch and had to hold himself up when his knees almost buckled underneath him. The Impala is a disaster. It became obvious to Dean that the car had flipped over many times during the crash. Somehow it had managed to land upright, but the roof is crushed and the windows are smashed.

"Jesus christ!" Dean exclaims, running shaking hands through his hair. Dean can hear his heart pounding in his ears. Sam!

The hill is not too steep and Dean runs down it skillfully, sideways. The ditch has water running though it. The current isn't too high, but it is covering the wheels of the Impala. The water splashes around Dean as he strides his way through to the car.

The driver's side window is busted, but Dean still can't see Sam.

"Sam!?" Every second that Dean can't see him, his heart breaks.

Finally reaching the car, Dean grabs the handle of the door and tries to force it open. At first it doesn't budge. Dean yells out in frustration and yanks on it once more. Finally, it swings open.

That's when he sees Sam.

A/N Please review and let me know if you would still like me to continue this story. Again, I apologize immensely for the long delay. I will be working on updating my other stories, as well as this one, within the next week.
