*Rima's POV*
I woke up, looking at the phone the twins parents had bought me, so they could now what was going on if they needed to, I saw the day and gasped. "Is there something wrong with the phone?" Kaoru asked walking in with his brother walking behind him yawning. U-um, no." I said. He gave a puzzled look. "What was the asp for them?" Hikaru questioned. "The date." I said simply. They walked closer to me, seeing the date for themselves. They made no connections, and raised a brow at me.
"It's my birthday." I blushed, looking down at the covers. "WHAT?!" they both nearly yelled. I covered my ears and let out a small squeak, surprised by their sudden loudness. The two of them shared a look, and ran to their room, I raised a brow, but then shrugged it off, I had to get ready for school. I put on the uniform, brushed my hair and teeth, then went to find the twins who were about to go downstairs, I caught up and walked with the two of them.
"Why did you two run out?" I asked, looking from Hikaru to Kaoru. "Oh, we uh... Remembered we had school so we ran and got dressed." They smiled at me. I could tell they were lying, but shook it off, and continued walking with them. After breakfast Kaoru took a minute to talk to one of the maids before walking with us to the limo. "We have to stop at the host club again, would you like to join us?" Hikaru was being awfully nice, not at all mischievous like he usually would be. I nodded my head cautiously. I might just regret doing such a simple gesture.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIMA!" chorused around us as we walked into the host club. I have a questioning look, I looked from Kyoya, to the twins. I knew Kyoya went through people's files, but I also told the twins this morning, so I wasn't sure who the culprit was to telling the rest of the host club. As I took a good look around, I saw a birthday cake, some balloons and other party decorations, and now that I think about it, I did notice a sign on the door that said something... I turned to the now open doors and saw that it said "CLOSED: Due to a members birthday, we are closed for today. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE" I sighed. I'm not even a member, I thought to myself. "Happy birthday princess." Tamaki said as he grabbed my hand. I squeaked, and hid behind the first person I saw, Hikaru. "Why do you always hide behind me?" He complained. I looked at him, seeing annoyance in his eyes, I looked to the ground in sadness and ran to a corner. I hid my body behind the curtain that led to the window, I sat on the windowsill and let a few tears slip. I didn't mean to bother him. I, I just don't feel comfortable around a lot of people yet, and he was the closest. I looked out to see the Cherry Blossoms as I let a few more tears fall.
"What did you do?" I heard someone ask. "Yeah! What did you do you shady twin?" I could tell it was Tamaki. I felt even worse now that he was getting in trouble. "Nothing! I just asked why she always hid behind me, and then she ran away!" Hikaru retorted. "You made her upset! Any other day would have been better than today, today is her birthday!" I heard someone else say, I didn't pay any attention to it though, I payed attention to the way the Cherry Blossoms blew in the wind. I wanted to cry, but I knew all the make up would start to wash off, and I didn't want that, because then everyone would see the bruises. I sighed. I wiped the tears, hoping nothing smudged to much.
I turned to the curtain, feeling it move off my knee, I saw Hikaru looking at me, and the other host club members peeping at me over his shoulder, off into the distance a bit. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." he said while scrathing the back of his head, not looking directly at me. "I'm sorry I annoyed you by hiding behind you." I said, looking back out the window, not wanting to be here anymore. "You didn't annoy me." he said, making me look at him.
kinda short... Sorry!
