Alright! Chapter three is here! This is really just chapter two, but in a different POV. In the last chapter, you read English and Japanese. What Hidan and Kakuzu were speaking was Japanese (though Kakuzu also spoke Greek, which appeared English). In this chapter, you read English and Greek. The parts that were in Japanese the last chapter are now in English, and the parts of dialog that were in English are now in Greek. This a "one-time only" chapter. A repeat chapter with a switch in POV won't happen again. Eventually, as the story goes on, there will be less and less Greek.
"I didn't get to sacrifice any of those goddamned heathens!" Hidan complained as he and his partner walked away from the many piles of dead bodies. They had just taken care of nearly a hundred sound nin that were right near Amegakure's borders. Pein had sent the two out to take of them. They weren't a threat, but they were a nuisance
"Shut up." Kakuzu demanded, glaring at his partner as they walked from the clearing to the forest, heading back into Amegakure. They walked into yet another clearing only yards away from the one they left the bodies in, but in this one stood a living man. The man held a large bronze shield on his left arm, and in his right was a ten foot spear with an incredibly sharp end. He was no normal ninja, that was for sure, as he wore bronze muscled plating armor with thick red leather straps that came to his knees, falling from his belt, making the item look like an odd form of... skirt. He also wore sandals with his feet protected by another bronze plating.
Kakuzu stared at the strange man. Long brown hair fell out of a bronze helmet, and his face was quite feminine, aside from the long scar that ran down the right side of the bridge of his nose, down to his jaw. He looked injured and lost, and blood was pouring from his forehead.
"Fucking perfect timing! Now I can fucking sacrifice this little bastard." Hidan grinned, pulling his bloodied scythe out. Kakuzu grunted in response, but watched as Hidan swung his scythe. The man quickly responded by hiding himself behind his shield. Surprise hit both criminals when Hidan's scythe didn't even scratch the shield, but he continued to slash.
Finally becoming irritated with how little damage he was causing by swinging left and right, he raised his weapon, preparing to swing it down onto the mans head. However, this man saw a chance and he took it. Putting his shield back to his side, he launched the spear into Hidan's heart, the force of it pushing the spear through his heart and showing the tip out of the back. Kakuzu looked at the scene impressed, but he knew the mortal man wouldn't be able to take down his partner.
"Shit! That felt great!" Hidan moaned in delight, loving the feeling of the pain. Kakuzu chuckled at the shocked expression on the man's face. It was clear he didn't know Hidan was immortal and sadistic.
"Shocked, boy? You don't even know who we are, do you?" Kakuzu asked the younger man, who then looked at him confused. The man seemed to debate something in his head, before pulling the spear out of Hidan's heart, putting his foot on the silver haired man's waist to push him back and pull the spear.
With a plan in mind, he put the spear into an underhand grip, a certain organ as his target. Kakuzu knew what he was aiming for, and couldn't help the grin that spread across his face under his mask. He couldn't wait to see how this would turn out.
The man put all of his force into the push, and shoved the spear straight into Hidan's balls, possibly hitting his dick as well. The now injured man let out a pained scream as his hands went to his crotch the second the spear was pulled out. Kakuzu was nearly doubling over in laughter, never having seen his partner so pained. Hidan fell to the ground and clutched his balls through his pants, which now bore a hole.
The other grinned in triumph, holding the spear normally once again.
"Fuck, you shithead! That hurt like hell!" The pained man whined in utter agony.
"Párte óti, sadistías vréfos sas!" While Hidan was busy clutching his crotch and rolling around the grass, Kakuzu's eyes widened as he heard the person speak, but in a different, ancient language. And one he knew. Hidan seemed to stop his screams at the sound of a rather feminine voice, coming from the one they thought a man.
"What the fuck? You're a woman?" He asked the person who may or may not be a man. Through the slim, however very scarred, legs and the feminine voice, the person seemed to be female. His/her helmet had fallen to the ground, cracking for Hidan's scythe had slashed it a few times. The person's head was bleeding massively from just above their forehead, blood seeking into long brown hair. Now the two men could see that this person was a female, but the bronze armor was carved to look as a mans chest, pecks and abs lightly carved into the plating for whatever reason.
"Surprisingly it is a woman. And it seems she doesn't speak Japanese." Kakuzu noticed, recognizing the language the female spoke. Hidan looked at him, dumbfounded.
"Miláte ellianiká, étsi den eínai?" Kakuzu asked the girl, speaking in the ancient language she spoke.
"Málista." She responded, standing tall as she stared at the masked man, analyzing him.
"Sti synécheia, ziató syngnómia eán ia omilía mou den eínai téleia, gia ta ellianiká eínai mia archaía glóassa kai écho máthei móno mésa apó paliá eili̱tária ékane ekatontádes chrónia prin." Kakuzu told her. Hidan continued clutching his crotch, but no longer wailed as he watched the two converse with eyes wide in a curious expression.
"Tha eínai ntyménoi paráxena. Den eísai apó edóa, eísai?" Kakuzu asked, standing still as he could.
"Eímai apó ti Spárti, gia aftó eínai to spíti mou." The girl answered.
"Spárti? Poté akoúsei gia aftó. Eínai aftó kápoia mystikí chorió?" For once in Hidan's long, immortal life, he had seen Kakuzu unsure.
"Óchi, Spárti eínai éna apó ta megála tis pólis eínai tis gis mas, o adelfós tou stin Athina. Échete poté akoúsei gia tin patrída mou?" The female asked another question.
"Spárti, Athína ... Poté den ákousa apó aftoús. Mípos échete chtypísei to kefáli sas?" Hidan couldn't understand what Kakuzu said, but he knew the guy didn't know something. For once, there was something Kakuzu didn't know of. He just wished he knew what it was for, so he could rub it that stitched bastards face.
"I... Óchi." The girl hesitated, shaking her head. Even Hidan could place that as a 'no'. Kakuzu walked up to her, his hand outstretched. She flinched, but didn't back away from him. His hand lightly touched her head wound, and when he pulled it away, it was covered in blood.
"Chm... Faínetai kánate. Thymáste pós pírate aftín travmatismó?" Kakuzu asked her after looking at his now bloodied hand.
"She hit her head and still managed to kick your ass." Kakuzu commented, looking to Hidan with a slight smirk forming beneath his mask.
"Shut up, you dick!" Hidan retorted, snarling angrily, clutching his crotch once more at being reminded of the fight that happened only a moment ago.
"Think we should take her back to the base and let Pein decide what to do with her?" Kakuzu asked, watching as Hidan shrugged, before turning back to face her. She was no where near his own strength, and her win against Hidan was pure luck... but perhaps the Akatsuki could use her as a servant or a guard to Amegakure. She could definitely fight better than the guards they already had. Thinking on this, Kakuzu discovered something. He was going soft. Wanting to help this lost woman, instead of killing her on the spot? Sure, she was a little attractive, the scars only brought the beauty out, at least in his eyes; but really? Letting her live... he could only hope this wouldn't be a mistake. She did claim to be from another world, so perhaps Pein would be interested.
"Eínai mia megáli istoría." She finally spoke. Hidan assumed she was answering Kakuzu's previous question, which he could only assume was a question by his tone. Other than seeing Kakuzu's expressions through his eyes and listening to the tone of his voice was Hidan able to piece together most of what they were saying. People may call him stupid, but he's lived long enough to be able to understand body language, and be able to tell a persons emotions just from their eyes.
"An den tha me peíraze, tha échete érthei mazí mas. Boreíte fórema paráxena, allá kai tin katapolémisi tis. Archigós mas na eínai se thési na kánoun chrísi apó esás." Kakuzu offered her. She looked at him like he was an idiot. With that, Hidan realized Kakuzu must have offered to take her to Pein. He could make out that she was not going to go meet their leader at this rate. Kakuzu seemed to realize she needed convincing.
"Eínai eíte óti, í na thysiasteí. Í aplá éfyge gia tous nekroús edó, apó ti stigmí pou profanós travmatíes." Hidan could sense not only the threatening tone in Kakuzu's words, but also the cloaked reassurance. He held in a snort; Kakuzu seemed to want the girl to come with them. His partner was losing it. Though, Hidan would admit, having the woman around would certainly be entertaining. Not that he was going to forgive her for shoving that spear into his balls.
"Polý kalá. Tha deíte igétis sas ómos tha íthela na vroúme énan trópo píso sto spíti." Finally, the woman responded, nodding her head in a reluctant form of agreement. She was putting most of her weight on the spear, leaning on it for help to stand. The two Akatsuki members could tell she was losing energy. They couldn't tell if she was just really weak, weaker than they thought, or had already exhausted her energy previously. The latter was more likely, as her wounds and scrapes were obviously recent.
"Me ton trópo, boreíte na mou peíte póso écheis edó." Kakuzu responsed, before turning around to face Hidan, who was still sitting on the grass with his hands on his crotch. Being a Jashinist, his wounds healed faster than a normal humans, but the blood was still there and his crotch still hurt like hell. Putting a hand on the silver haired man's arm, Kakuzu roughly forced his partner into a standing position, causing said partner to grunt. They both starting to walk out of the clearing, continuing their way to Amegakure, their original destination.
"Periménete!" The two were halted in their tracks by the woman's yell. While Hidan had no clue what the hell it meant, Kakuzu looked back at her, as though she had called for them to stop.
"Den xéro poios eísai. Écheis onómata, den eínai?" She asked once she caught Kakuzu's attention.
"What the hell did she say?" Hidan asked Kakuzu, not understanding at all what the woman said, and getting irritated being the third wheel in the conversation.
"She asked what our names are." Kakuzu answered, causing Hidan to perk up, completely forgetting about his pain.
"The name's Hidan, bitch!" He told her, grinning widely, even though he knew she wouldn't be able to understand. Kakuzu rolled his eyes, "Eípe óti to ónomá tou eínai Hidan. Kai eímai Kakuzu." He informed the woman, introducing himself as well.
"Kai esý eísai?" He asked the woman, probably asking what her name was, as far as Hidan could tell.
"Lilliania." She answered after a moment of consideration.
"Sti synécheia, tha prépei na érthoun mazí mas, Lilliania. Vási mas den eínai polý makriá." Kakuzu said, before turning back around and continuing to walk towards the hidden village of the rain, with Hidan walking right beside him.
"Lilliania? What kind of shitty name is that?" Hidan wondered to himself, snorting. He looked behind him to see the lost woman, Lilliania, following them. He grinned.
He had a feeling this chick was going to bring entertainment.
So there! I used Google translate for the Greek in this chapter, just as I had used it for the Japanese in last chapter. If you notice anything, let me know. I'm not a foreign language pro, so I'm sure there are a lot of mistakes.
Thanks for reading!
