Dull
"This movie is so boring. Where are the car chases, and the buildings being blown up?" Danny thought to himself. He glanced over at Lindsay. She seemed to be enjoying the movie, although she hadpicked it. Danny felt like he would rather kill himself than have to sit through much more of this movie though.
"Lindsay!" he whispered, trying to get her attention. "Lindsay!" She looked over at him, annoyed. "Can we please leave? This movie is dull."
"No." she shot back. "I paid $20 for us to see this movie, so we aren't going to leave halfway through." She turned back to the movie, ignoring him. A few minutes later he left to go get some more popcorn. If he was going to have to watch the movie he might as well enjoy some popcorn. When he came back he was holding his phone, but no popcorn.
"Linds. I have to go. Flack just called. Said we got a DB at Coney Island. Sorry." She glanced over at him, almost not believing him. She knew he would do anything to get out of watching the movie. When she saw how hurried he looked though, she let him go. As he met Flack outside the theater he said, rather happily, "Thanks for getting me out of there man. That movie was so dull I thought I was going to die."
