Guys. I am SO sorry. I've been sick. Anyway, here's the next chapter. This chapter will have a mild sexual scene, but I won't get to graphic.
The mountain was so close. Just a little while away, maybe just a days travel. Natalia was antsy, ready to figure this whole thing out. She couldn't wait to see if she really was a princess. Then her father would have to let her do what she wants. She could marry who she wants. She could marry Clint because of this. Oh, Clint. She loved him very much. He had to be the one. But did he love her back?
"Look, Natalia, there it is." Clint says, pointing off to the distance.
Natalia looks over. She beams with joy.
"But we need to stop for another night. Then we can make it in the morning." Bruce says.
"Why?" Natalia asks.
"It would be safer." Clint says softly, almost lovingly.
"I'm going to go find some firewood." Bruce says. He leaves.
"Natalia?" Clint says.
"Yes, Clint?" Natalia asks.
"I know this shouldn't be happening, but I love you. With all my heart. And I wish you we're mine, instead of that bastard's." Clint says.
"I don't want to be Alexei's betrothed. I want you as my husband." Natalia says.
Clint suddenly kisses her, bringing her close. The kiss was passionate. It was like fire that danced on their lips. His hands go on her hips, her arms around his neck. Clint ends the kiss slowly, delicately, and sucks the sweet skin of her neck. She moans softly, repeating his name several times. They slowly lower themselves onto the ground and remove all clothing. It felt wrong, but it felt good. They made love that night. Bruce had heard and didn't go back. He didn't want to disturb them. Little did any of them know that another person joined them that night.
When morning came, they immediately headed to the mountain. What Natalia feared most, would be the dragon, Gold. She thought he would kill them all. They stand at the entrance. Natalia shakes with fear.
"Clint... will you please go in with me?" Natalia whispers.
"Of course." Clint says.
"And I'll stand guard." Bruce says.
Natalia takes Clint's hand as they enter together.
"I smell you." Gold says when they enter.
Natalia cowards behind Clint.
"Do not be afraid. Come and join me." Gold says. He roars with laughter.
"We aren't afraid of you." Clint says.
"Oh, I know. But you're just a peasant boy. It's the girl that needs to be afraid." The dragon hisses evilly.
"Why?" Natalia asks.
"You don't recognize your own birth place?" Gold laughs. "I'M the one who killed her parents! I'M the one who ate her entire kingdom!" He booms loudly.
'So it's true...' Natalia thinks. She blinks back the tears that formed in her eyes.
"Why did you kill my family?!" She shouts.
"They are the reason I am a dragon. I was going to marry you when you were old enough, but then they sent someone to curse me!" Gold snarls.
It happened suddenly. Nobody knew how. Natalia went up to the large lizard, and managed to kill him by muttering the simple words, 'go to Hell'.
"Natalia. What did you do?" Clint asks.
"I-I don't know." She whispers.
"Oh well. Now we can tell your father. And you'll be the ruler of the kingdom." Clint says.
"I will only rule if you are the king at my side." Natalia says.
"If it is possible, then yes." Clint says.
The travel back took almost one and a half month long. Natalia had mysteriously gained weighted and was constantly throwing up everything. After a while of thinking, she remembered the night with her and Clint.
"Bruce. Could I talk to you in private?" Natalia asks.
Bruce nods and goes a few feet away with her.
"Could you tell me if I were... expecting a child?" She whispers the last part.
"Of course. And I know the answer. You are about two months pregnant." Bruce says.
"And it's Clint's?" Natalia asks.
"Yes." Bruce says.
Natalia was happy. But also scared. What was her father going to think?
