As boss walked into the airlock meant for "big daddies" even he was skeptical about their equipment being able to handle the pressure of the water. While they had handed over most of their gear weapons wise to Rex and Cody in order to ensure the water didn't destroy it...this would be the first time any of them had worked underwater in full armor or even just in non specialized gear. Plus they were mainly relying on the fact that this big daddy, "charlie" was able to walk on the ocean floor. None of them were planning on drowning but as he linked in re-breather attachment to his helmet and watched his brothers do the same he couldn't help but wonder if this would work. Once they were all inside the airlock they did a triple check on their equipment. Once that was done they gave charlie a thumbs up and he nodded back, flipping a large switch which caused the room to begin to flood.

Sev turned to scorch and said, "if we die due to drowning or the pressure crushing our suits I want you to know two things." said sev as he held up 2 fingers. "one...i blame everything that goes wrong on any mission...on you. And two I'm pretty damn sure any time you've beat me in kills you were just boasting." shortly after scorch gave him the bird and as usual fixer ended it before it could begin the water covered their heads and they all tested the re-breathers by taking a deep breath. When everyone gave a thumbs up and they noticed charlie was already out of the now open airlock they took their first steps outside...and found that they did not float away. Scorch turned to fixer as they followed charlie. "makes you wonder why this was never tested for possible infiltration missions." fixer just shook his head at the idea and stayed quiet as they noticed the big daddy grab some sort of slug off some coral. the slug seemed to have multiple luminescent blue orbs on it and was blood red in color after a moment he put it in a pouch, saving it for later for some reason. Boss merely shrugged when he tried to think of it's uses and opted to figure it was food or something. All the commandos seemed to wish they had weapons as some sharks swam overhead but they all noticed charlie didn't seem worried in his antiquated armor so none of them worried.

Eventually they came to a spot in the path where there was a ledge. While they watched charlie simply walk off and fall with a nearly inaudible grunt when he landed they all looked to each other, not sure if the fact they had yet to float away was thanks to the pressure and them being at the same level and in the pressurized room when they began walking or if they were really as heavy as him.

Without saying anything sev shoved scorch off who began swearing in mando'a at him as he floated away...and down till he landed on his feet and noticed the alpha series waiting almost impatiently. At that point boss waved them all forward and jumped off himself. "come on...we all saw the drill on that things arm. I'm not looking to piss that thing off and it seems to be in an impatient mood." said boss over the coms as they once again followed the big daddy and hoped the walk truly was short.

Elsewhere in raptures...

Rex,Cody, obi-wan, and anakin were all standing and staring at the little girl sitting in the back of the bathysphere as she looked back at them with an innocent smile and ate the chips her father had given her about half an hour before hand. Finally obi-wan sat down and put his head in his hands. He couldn't believe what he just heard. Not only was this girl only 14...but what she had experienced...well not experienced but been through without her knowledge...it was worse then anything he had expected the sith to have used on their pupils in the old republic when the sith still were somewhat of an empire. Obviously until maul the sith were thought to have been all but extinct as a practice of the Jedi arts. But even then the few who existed now were Jedi who lost their way or who simply felt...differently about the Jedi order such as dooku. But of course every young-ling heard of the days of old, where most padawans had at least seen or fought a "true" sith or at least had been in a major battle against their empire before they even thought of taking the trials, some even earned their knighthood by KILLING a sith. And so most had some vague idea of what possibly one of their "acolytes" went through during training.

But this girl had just explained what made a little sister what they were and what they were meant to do. It had nearly made Cody hurl as he audibly gagged under his helmet at the sound of just what atlas had meant by children being butchered in their cribs. The fact was having someone like charlie around was her only reason she was alive.

"so...how many of these girls were there? How many are left?"asked anakin. This made him want to help atlas more. He may have a son but if this place was mad enough to do that to little girls then what if they couldn't get out of here, what if his family couldn't even leave? This place needed to just simply be "cleaned" and have the splicers all routed out and removed...but this place just needed to be destroyed. He noticed Cody turn to obi-wan as he took off his helmet and wipe his forehead with his hand. He had shown them all the plasmid he found as well as the tonic though they decided to continue holding onto it for now.

"sir I highly advise that when we can make contact with general ashoka and the admiral we inform them of the ENTIRE situation here and get more men down here to help clean this place up. If we can get rid of the splicers, perhaps get a control on these plasmids or get rid of them entirely this COULD make a good location for a hidden underwater facility with some upgrades."said Cody This place was, while outdated, still a technical marvel in the fact it was placed on the oceans floor.

Kenobi nodded as he looked to Rex "i agree...though it may take more then a few squads of men to clear this place out. The sheer size...if winters and shifty were any sign these splicers, while using out dated weaponry make up for that with how cunning they could be. And I get the feeling that assigning a small task force along with another commando team and a few more Jedi would be needed rather then devote a large regiment of clones to this effort. Since artillery.." obi-wan was interrupted as both Rex and anakin shouted, "WE SHOULD DESTROY IT!" everyone in the bathysphere seemed surprised, even anakin and Rex who looked at each other before they all regained their composure and Sarah began simply watching the four men with curiosity. She was still unsure why she felt so safe with these people but he felt that the two unarmored ones wouldn't allow any more harm to come to her then her daddy would so she simply got out her water and took a sip.

Anakin sighed as Rex let him speak first. "this place is a nightmare. Why even waste our time? It would take more resources to fix this place up alone let alone clear it out. besides we do that and it'd only be a matter of time till they somehow get a hold of some of our weapons and next thing we know they are over powering us with blasters and plasmids. Besides the place is already falling apart. Some ideally placed depth charges and this place crumbles to the ground with all of them in it. If anything this simply shows it's possible for a species other then certain aquatic species to run a purely underwater city. The fact they tried to mess with genetics is most likely the only reason this place even fell apart." he said before sighing and sitting down.

Rex looked to Cody and nodded. " I agree with general skywalker. This place may have some interesting perks, hell I'll be a bit...unhappy if this shock thing runs out of juice but then I can just go back to focusing on my blasters and training. This city is a mess and needs to be destroyed."he stated. That was when atlas spoke up after so long of being silent.

Somewhere hidden deep in rapture...

after a long laughing fit at the men`s reaction to the girls story as well as now being drunk on whiskey to get his mind off the fact he couldn't reach his ace in the hole and these men had a big daddy, some sorta futuristic laser weapons, and a former little sister he got into his atlas persona...well at least is voice...

laced with a deep Irish accent atlas came over the radio laughing, "oh...oh oh boys...boys you think that's the worst of it be honest...tell me after all that ya aren't looking at the girl there and wondering if that slug ain't still in 'er belly? Wondering if she's got just a drop more ADAM so you can get some new tonic or a new plasmid? That stuffs an addiction but no' like some drug like back on the main land...no it's the addiction to power, and to the sweeet release ADAM and plasmids give you with each spliced in power. You boys best get comfy down 'ere cause there ain't no way out until ya get my family outta that sub and if your traveling with her you'll eventually be clawing at each other to see who gets to rip her open and drag that slug out."

back to our heroes...

everyone in the bathysphere was shocked. Atlas had seemed so kind, and nice...but what they just heard...Rex and Cody simply looked at each other. And even though Rex still had his helmet on both knew they could feel it. That urge...that wonder of how it would feel to have just one more plasmid, just one more hit of that sweet nectar that was ADAM. But they were both trained soldiers and hell both men, neither could admit they hadn't seen a dancer or two that they hadn't eyed after a bit of waiting for one of the generals outside some private room in a cantina or even just woman passing by. But with the girl now nervously looking back and forth between them, and both Jedi's hands now on their light sabers they opted to sit down, Cody putting his helmet back on and looking down into the bag between his legs which held the weapons for delta squad as well as his and rex`s weapons. After a moment the tension died down and they all simply sat as the bathysphere carried them to Neptune bounty.

OK so...tell me what you guys think. I hope you enjoy it but I have a small poll as I'm sure your all wondering how are they gonna find ADAM for new plasmids and tonics since I'm sure you all have a favorite that you wanna have one of them use, or did you notice,which I did, that I forgot the telekinesis

plasmid in the dental wing. Sure I gave Rex a shot gun but come on? Who doesn't wanna see one of the clones wielding basically the same power the Jedi do? Perhaps have somewhat of a power trip maybe?

So I've been thinking about how they would be getting more ADAM for plasmids and tonics. Well I though of a few ways and the thing is I looked it up on the bioshock wiki and turns out the girls actually um..well the little sisters drink the blood like in bioshock 2's opening...but once the slugs done with it they...well they puke it up to be blunt as raw ADAM. Now I assume that the unprocessed ADAM is emptied into the gatherers garden in that funnel shaped part and then like a vending machine depending on how much you have you can order it to be made into a specific tonic or plasmid. So I do have a small vote which hopefully will also spark up some reviews. Since I didn't specify whether or not Sarah does or does not have the seas slug still implanted inside her and nor does the wiki say anything about big sisters and the sea slugs I have Three choices...

A. Sarah still has the slug in her belly and follows the wiki and regurgitates the ADAM?

B. Sarah has the slug still inside her and...well pees out the ADAM

C. she does not have the slug and I find an alternate way for them to get ADAM.

D. who gives a crap so long as I "black screen" it and have her just go...use the ladies room or something and she comes back with a blush on her face and a jar of what I assume would be glowing pink or red...goo...

anyways read the story, review, and please review or else I lose my inspiration though I may not loose it if my readers skyrocket like they did today on this story and my other one according to the charts just from an authors note. So you got till Friday to review cause tomorrow I'm putting up a new chapter in my halo fic. Also just as a heads up the rewrite may take some time, I kinda wanna move the story along a bit but I WILL go back and fix those...soon...i hope. But I probably won't change the story too much just fix some errors.
