4 months later… Alatai, and Shahela, were faster than any boat, or carriage,at normal speed. The both had incredible stamina, and could go on for days without food,or rest. It normally took about a year, to get to Masyaf, and where he wanted to get. Ezio estimated he would get there in almost as four times as little time. It was a peaceful senility, gliding, or running (depending on which animal he rode) through miles of earth, yet to be untouched by human hands. Occasionally, Ezio might fall asleep on an animal, and wake up to them still running, or flying, at a slightly slower pace, and that they had rode through the night with out him falling off (how they could do that- Ezio had no idea) and now, Constantinople was in sight. Ezio knew that Masyaf was over ridden with Templars, and that there was no point going to Masyaf, if he didn't have the keys. But the urge just to look around...and See the castle where his ancestors lived defiant against the Templars... But Ezio had learned the art of self control a long time ago- he would not give into his desires that would kill him.

Eventually, after two weeks of traveling, he found Damascus. He let Shahela out into the dusty forests to Rome wild, and Altai into the air as a secret messenger. He walked into Damascus, hiding in crowds, spotting many guards, and while he knew the assassin's had a large hold here, he was not sure what the guards views on Master Assassin's walking around would be. He made his way to the port fairly easily, spotting another Assassin's watching a boat come into port, obviously thinking he was on the boat. He walked up to the Assassin, and tapped him on the back. He man, jumped about a foot in surprise, and Ezio, internally, laughed. He rarely let his emotions on to his face - he had learned they were a weakness a long time ago. The man turned around, hidden blade out, until he realized who it was, and laughed.

"Why, you must be Ezio! You gave me a shock! I am Yusuf!" analyzing the man from the front of him, Ezio noticed he had a mane of wavy black hair, roughly shoved into a headband. Tanned skin, a beard that had gone untouched for some time, calloused hands, and a straight pose, and a handful ofthrowing knifes at his shoulder, along with a few other various weapons scattered around his body. He seemed cheerful, but gave off a wise leader persona at the same time. As he and Yusuf walked through the city, Ezio discovered he was right. Yusuf was a brilliant friend and continued to help him with his quest for knowledge of the library.

Yusuf – to his disappointment , didn't know anything about the sisterhood. And had never heard of such a thing. But enjoyed listening to Ezio's few encounters with them and liked to discuss possible theories with him, and his strange immortality- it was immortality- as Ezio had discovered half way through a fight with an extremely talented bowman who was able to get an arrow through a chink in his armor and through his stomachs and out the other side – which it hurt like hell getting out – but didn't die – but the healer had freaked out at the fact Ezio seemed to have silver blood. That glowed – Yusuf seemed amused, but claimed he was beyond all point of being surprised from Ezio after he'd introduced Yusuf the Alati and Shahela to him – which he then claimed he was 'no longer surprised with anything Ezio had shown him as he had accepted that anything was possible with Ezio ' especially the inpossible- which Ezio couldn't help but naturally find such a thing hilarious.

And finally, after what seemed what felt like centuries for him - he received all of the keys, and everything was in order for him to finally journey to Masyaf and finally receive the information about the Sisterhood he'd been dieing to find. He had already found some scraps of information on the Sisterhood from what few bits of information Sofia had picked up, and now knew the location of where the Sisterhood lived, but didn't want to journey up with out knowing a thing about such people and dive in headfirst to meat them – as it often resulted in death – or, lots of pain in Ezios case as he couldn't seem to die – not something he particular wanted. So began the final journal to Masyaf hoping this would be one less jounce he would have to injure with the burden of the apple, which was still safe in his back pack, with his five keys. ¬ Ezio slowly walked towards to giant doors of the library, a feeling a gladness upon him as he matched up the pieces to the locks and the great doors clanked open. Ezio strolled down the long corridor towards the library shelves which were... Empty? "Your a bit late assassin." A rough voice choked out, giving a cruel laugh. Ezio turned, raising an eyebrow. "Oh? How so?" "The templars were here three months ago- they put all the keys back to lead you on,so you were delayed. There's a whole army marching up to their little castle, waiting to destroy them. Your precious little sisterhood , is dead."
