Lexi's P.O.V
An hour later James and I went to bed and I couldn't sleep at all. I was really conflicted about what we should do. I looked over to James who was sound asleep and I smiled. For that moment I just watched him sleep and I defiantly knew that I was gonna marry him and somehow raise our kids together. I managed to fall asleep somehow and when I woke up the next morning James was already downstairs so I quickly got up and got dressed. When I walked into the kitchen James got up from his chair and kissed my forehead as he normally does when I get up in the morning.
Mama Diamond got up from the table and grabbed her brief case and walked over and kissed James's cheek and gave me a gentle hug. I sometimes get the feeling she doesn't like me and James always reminds me that compared to his ex wife his mom likes me a whole lot better which makes me feel so much better. After break-feast I went into the media room onto my lap top and started looking at the photos of my Grandma's house. I smiled looking at the wraparound porch and the porch swing. I know that the place needs updating but James and I could do it. Suddenly my lap top elevated off my lap and was then replaced by James's head and he looked up at me smiling. "Hey baby what-cha doing", James asked peeking my lips. I smiled a little which caused James to sigh. "Lexi I wish you wouldn't let this decision bother you", James said kindly. "I'm sorry James I just want to do what's best for us and the kids", I replied moving the bangs which had fallen on James's eyes which is really adorable. "I know but baby you can't let it bug you", James said as he started kissing my neck. I started to giggle and then the next thing I know James and I started making out in his room and well you know what happens next.
The next couple of weeks later since that day I felt completely at peace just not thinking about the house but one morning the peace was broken by me waking up and running into the bathroom throwing up. James woke up and ran to me. "Lex you okay", he asked with concern as helped me up. I nodded a little but I wasn't really okay. Later I called Logan at the hospital and asked him if I could come in for a doctor's appointment. A few minutes later I was sitting in his office waiting for my blood test to come back. A few seconds later Logan returned and had the results. "Well it's not food poisoning which is good", he said with a small chuckle. I sighed in relief. "So what is it then and will it go away soon", I asked curiously looking at Logan. He smiled at me," well in all honestly Lex it's not going away for nine months". I stared at him," Are you saying that I'm pregnant". He smiled and nodded. "Yes you are", he said hugging me. I didn't know what to say so I hugged back. "I didn't know you and James were thinking about having a baby", Logan replied after we hugged. I stared at the floor for a few minutes. "We've always talked about how nice it would be once were married to have a little one", I replied. "So how do you think he's gonna react", Logan asked after a few seconds of silence. "Well I certainly can't hide it for too long obviously so I guess I have to tell him now", I said standing up.
Question is how can I tell him and how will he react.
