Twisted Views Chapter 6
Sonic Heroes Part 2
"Got it working again, Guys!" Tails yelled.
Within seconds an ebony hedgehog and red echidna were at his side each looking at the screen intently which made Tails sweatdrop.
"Well?. Start it already!" Knuckles said as he started tapping his fingers against Tails seat impatiently.
"OK! OK! But i have to tell you while it was frozen it skipped some bits of the data-"
"Did it skip the important parts?"
"No..."
"Then press play!"
Tails just sighed at his friends impatience and pressed play.
Sonic the hedgehog, Tails, and Knuckles found themselves on a floating platform in the center of the metropolis after having to deal with Eggmans robots along the way and escaping rising molten liquid at the nick of time. The Sonic Team earned themselves a quick breather until they decided to get moving again.
"So little buddy how much longer?" Sonic asked as he stretched.
"We have enough time for a rest Sonic" His two tailed friend replied as he checked his communicator.
"I know we've been in situations like that before but its weird how that scared the crap out outta me." The blue hedgehog chuckled as he looked to the front of him to see a familiar pink figure which made his heart flutter. Amy Rose...
In one quick motion the blue hedgehog speed to the center of the platform almost knocking his friends over with a sonic boom and grabbed and hugged Amy spinning her around.
"Gotcha! My darling Rosey!"
As he spun her around he couldn't shake the intense feeling of dread.
"S-sonic!? What are you doing here!?" She screeched as she summoned her hammer making the blue hedgehog drop her and retreat back to Tails and Knuckles.
"H-heh, Well our hearts lead us to each other! So there's no way out of marrying me!" He said pointing with a smirk on his face forgetting all about his mission. This in turn made his companions give a facepalm at his instant change in priorities.
"You have the nerve to say that after what you've been up to!?"
"W-what do you mean?" Did Amy know about the letter from Eggman? The blue hedgehog looked to his friends with a questioning look which only gained him a shrug in confusion.
"Dont play dumb!" Amy yelled as she tossed the newspaper article across the floating platform. The article landed exactly at Sonic's feet. Our hero took one good look at it and his entire face fell.
"Where are Chocola!" Cream said confusion clear in her voice. "And my Froggy!" Big chimed in.
"We don't have Chocola or Froggy we've been together this whole time-" Tails was about to say before Sonic held out his arm in front of him. The speedster looked up at Amy who just tensed from his intense stare.
"Don't explain anything Tails...Actions prove more than words..Right?" Sonic looked to tails with a smirk then back at Amy his cocky smile fading. "Alright Ames! Lets see if you can keep up with us!"
"im not letting you-" In a flash Sonic ran around her and her team creating a whirlwind entrapping them inside and knocking them into the air.
"Sonic Wind!" He said as he stopped and nodded to his team. Seeing the determination in his eyes Tails and Knuckles nodded back and all three speed off to their next destination just as Team Rose landed back on the platform all 3 completely dizzy and disoriented, but the pink hedgehog needed to catch him and her resolve was not easily broken by wind! She re-gained her composure back and grabbed her two friends intending to keep up and not lose to him!
-2 or So Days left -
Location: Casino Park
Team: Sonic
Team Sonic were walking together in Casino Park. They had finally lost Team Rose and this gave Sonic some time to reflect on what happened in Grand Metropolis.
"Boy...Amy doesn't give up that easily." His companions knew where this conversation was heading and they didn't want their friend to think about how easily he was accused of being a criminal...Again
"What is this place...Sure is bright here." Knuckles asked sincerely. Truthfully the echidna barely left his island but this was a time of emergency. Knuckles did enjoy the time he spent traveling with everyone though.
Sonic just smirked at his friend seeing it as a time to beat him and get his rings. "Got some time...Feeling Lucky?"
"Sonic we only have 24 hours left!" Tails interrupted.
"Okay! Let's go!" With that the Team Sonic were off again.
Team: Rose
Location: Casino Park-Bingo Park
Amy sighed clearly tired and annoyed she "lost Sonic" ( He threatened to kiss her ). Due to her losing him she took this time to think...Aloud...
"He looked so...betrayed."
"What do you mean Amy?" Cream asked causing Big to look in their general direction before something else caught their attention.
"Sonic, I mean I didn't mean to make it seem like he actually dis it." She said honestly. "He just scared me! He said he was going on an adventure...To give me a break. True I was skeptical at first but when he didn't come around for a month or 2..."
"Amy, What is your relationship with Mr. Sonic." This question caught Amy off guard and made her blush furiously.
"W-what do y-you mean! We aren't in a relationship!"
This made Cream sweatdrop. She knew Amy very well and they could talk about anything, except the topic of Sonic. This topic was a sensitive one and Cream usually had to maneuver her words around and inadvertently ask.
"I wasn't implying you were, I just meant what do you see Mr. Sonic as?"
"Oh...Well a very loyal friend. He may have his fan-boy moments but I wouldn't replace him for anything else in the world."
"Wow and he did that just to get away... Mr Sonic must really-"
"Really..what?"
Cream just giggled as she kept walking. "Nothing!" Amy just looked at her with her brow raised. Then she remembered something very crucial. Tails and Knuckles were with Sonic.
"Wait a minute..." Amy thought about this hard. Tails and Sonic may hang out now and then but when Knuckles gets involved there's usually something happening. All 3 of them don't usually go off together unless...
"Alright guys! I've found a solution to our problem!" Cream and Big both looked at her expectantly.
"We find Eggman and where there's Eggman there's always..."
"Sonic!" both her friends said getting exactly what she was implying. Amy nodded to them and took off running with her team following close behind. As they ran Amy noticed a familiar figure as she passed by but she just shook her head as if it was just an illusion.

Team: Dark
Location: Bingo Highway
Rouge the bat wasn't a patient one and this time was no exception.
"Omega do you see any sign of our little friend yet."
"Negative" A lifeless monotone voice replied. Just as the Rouge was about to sigh a bright green light appeared before them and a certain person stood there as it disappeared.
"Let's Go, Rouge...Omega" A sweet yet serious voice said.
"You saw her then"
The figure nodded as it spun around ready to go.
"She'll get away if we don't hurry."
"This farce is pointless! Our objective should be eliminating Dr. Eggman" Omega stated.
"Quiet omega, I wont hesitate to splatter your parts all over this park!" the figure said clearly annoyed. "That pink hedgehog knows something about me and if you try to get in my way I will-"
"Simmer down you 2!" Rouge quickly said stepping between the two of them. "Eggman can't be too far ahead if Amy is around so we're killing 2 birds with one stone." Her two comrades reluctantly agreed to put aside their petty argument and continue on ahead.
"Eggman Located inside of Casino Park, Initiating combat mode." Omega said as he speed ahead.
"Hmph." The figure said as it followed.
"...I don't get paid enough for this." Rouge sighed as she took flight after them."
-1 Day later -
Team: Sonic
Location: Rail Canyon
"Tails! How much time is left!?" Sonic yelled as his team grind the rails of the bottomless canyon.
"We only have until sunset!" The twin tailed fox replied.
"Alright! Tails, Knuckles give it all you got...FULL SPEED AHEAD!"
"Right!" His companions said as they speed down the rails to destroy Eggmans base.
Soon the trio arrived achieved their goal and destroyed Eggmans base but their victory was short-lived as Eggman retaliated with his Egg Albatross. With great determination Sonic, Tails , and Knuckles were able to destroy Eggmans machine. As Team Sonic stepped toward the wreckage where Eggmans body lay his head popped off to show it had been a robot the entire time.
"Drats! A trap to stall for time!" Sonic said as he looked off into the distance to see Eggmans fleet of ships flying off in distance. The blue hedgehog growled as he speed off with Knuckles behind him leaving Tails to examine the robot.
"It's not an Eggman robot." Tails looked to his friends gone and he started running after them. "Sonic...Knuckles wait for me!"
As Tails left the robot dissolved into a mysterious liquid until it reformed into...
"All Lifeform data successfully copied." A metallic voice said.
-Pause-
Loud groans could be heard through Tails workshop. Making the kitsune look around confused. There behind him and knuckles stood the Chaotix, Cream, Rouge, and Vanilla.
"When did everyone else get here!?"
"Oh we called them to watch." Knuckles stated nonchalantly.
"When did you have time to do that?"
"When it first paused."
"...Right."
"Miles, Why did you pause it?" he heard Cream ask.
"Tails." He corrected.
"Miles." she repeated giving him a smile.
"Tai-"
"Just answer the question fox boy, I didn't come here to be UN-entertained!" Rouge exclaimed.
"Okay. Okay. I didn't pause it Eggmans been tampering with my machine and I think he has something planned for the Sonic."
"Is there anyway to stop him?"
"Yes and No. If we try to mess around with the machine Sonic will be able to see us and...Well he wouldn't like the idea of being hooked-up to this machine." Tails explained. "He's already suspicious because during his fight with shadow..SOMEONE was tampering with the main computer." Knuckles started to whistle and looked off towards the corner of the workshop to avoid stares. "This machine is very sensitive and could very well microwave Sonics brain like a T.V dinner, So all we can do is wait and have faith that Sonic can handle it."
"It's best if we just watch and wait until Tails figures out how to un pause it" Vanilla suggested.
"Oh, I can UN-pause it now." Everyone looked at their friend asking for answers about why he wont start it.
"...Bathroom Break." He said as he got up and ran past them making the majority of them laugh excluding Shadow of course.
10 Minutes later-
Tails entered his workshop to find everyone staring intently at the screen.
"Whats-"
SHUSH!
The twin tailed kitsune jumped back a bit surprised but calmed down and went back to his seat to find the video had been started again. "When did you start this up again!?"
"5 Minutes ago" Knuckles answered.
"Who even started it."
"Cream did, now quiet!" This made Tails sweatdrop. As Tails was about to take his seat he noticed that the video was almost to the end he could tell because Sonic said the one thing everyone would never let him live down. (Or at least the altered version.)
"We're Rose Heroes!" Everyone heard him say.
"Hey at least its better than Sonic Heroes." Knuckles said trying to hold in the urge to laugh. Everyone nodded in agreement. As the battle between with Metal Overlord was about to begin the screen froze once again getting multiple groans and a loud "COME ON" from Knuckles who had to be held back from punching anything. With a sigh of relief Tails went to work to solve the problem again hoping it was just a simple pausing and UN-pausing situation, but not all things are simple now are they?
"This...Isn't good." Tails muttered as he watched the screen. "Would anyone know how to get into contact with Amy at the moment?"
The others looked at him confused until Cream asked: "Is something wrong?" That's when Tails explained the Amy in the video was slowly disappearing because Sonics memory is getting to a point where he can't fill in most of the points in their adventures. It would seem that most of the time Amy was on her own trying to find him and if they didn't get a hold of their Amy Rose Sonics mind could freely be re-written at certain points and a certain doctor could be waiting for this opportunity.
"So, we need Rose to keep stability and fill in the missing parts." Shadow asked.
Yes, exactly." Tails answered. At that moment Tails heard his doorbell ring and he decided to get up and answer. When he opened the door he was face to face with a certain pink hedgehog.
"Hey there Tails!" Amy said oddly cheerful considering what happened earlier.
"H-hey Amy? Are...You feeling alright?" Tails asked slightly confused.
"Of course why wouldn't I be?"
"You seemed pretty upset earlier."
"Oh right...Well thanks to a friend I realized I should forgive Sonic and apologize for my tiny overreaction and-." As the pink hedgehog continued Tails remember the situation Sonic was in and interrupted her much to her slight annoyance. The kitsune quickly explained the situation to her and lets just say she wasn't exactly approving of what he was doing but decided to help him to keep her hero from becoming a mindless slave to Eggman. The two friends went into Tails Lab to get everything set up for her. After several minutes of attaching diodes and such to her they were ready to start.
"Alright Amy...are you ready?"
Amy only nodded with determination as she laid beside Sonic. In her mind this was a dream come true to be beside Sonic in the same room...laying together...Just the thought made her blush. The blushed only darkened as she remembered her much more "in-depth" fantasies. She just hoped her thoughts wouldn't show up on the screen.
"Alright, here we go." Tails said as he pressed a button to make Amy fall into a deep slumber. You know thinking about it, he could've done the same to Sonic but he couldn't pass up the trick chillidog.
"We have video Tails!" Knuckles exclaimed. "But the fight is over."
"That's fine at least it's working." Tails said with a sigh of relief.
"Whew...We actually did it guys!" Sonic exclaimed
"I was worried there for a sec-" Tails was about to say before.
"Hedgehog!" yelled a pink hedgehog as she ran towards them making Sonic sweatdrop.
"Uh...Catch you guys later!" With that Sonic took off with Amy at his heels.
"Don't you run from me! You tried to launch me off a platform!"
"I'm sorry!" Before Sonic could get any farther he felt a hammer like object hit him in the head knocking him to the ground.
"If your sorry you're gonna make it up to me!"
The blue hedgehog slowly got up rubbing his head. "Make it up how Amy?"
"Well..." She said as she stepped close to him. "I believe I'm still on vacation and since Big and Cream are gonna be well, busy with Froggy and Chocola..."
Sonic's eyes widen as he stared into Amy's eyes hoping she was actually asking what he thinks she's asking.
"Would you care to join me? I believe we both deserve a little Rest and Relaxation." She said smiling. "Right...S-o-n-i-k-k-u?" Sonics heart almost leapt of his chest at her nickname for him and her request. The blue hedgehog rapidly nodded his head faster than his feet could ever move. "Good" With that Amy tapped his nose with her finger and started to walk past him. "By the way, Your gonna teach me how you run so fast."
If there was a record playing there would be a loud screech. Sonic turned to her with his brow raised confused. "Wait what?" he said as he walked after her. The only answer he got was a giggle from her. "That doesn't sound like a vacation to me!" Her sweet laugh so filled his ears as she continued to walk. "Amy!"
OK I'm sorry this wasn't as good as the last ones but hey i tried. Now as i said in the last little update you get to choose. If i remember it was Sonic 06 or Sonic battle since now it would be more fun to go in random orders!
So far Sonic 06 has be chosen with 1 vote. I would greatly appreciate to hear from you all to see what it is you wanna read next as the story progresses. BTW hope you all had a good valentines day. I also gonna go over m draft of the story that is apart of this one and maybe upload it. Its gonna be alot more well mature in a sense.
