One thing, I know all of us readers hate is cliff hangers. I actually had up to Chapter 9 but then it was all erased (a long time ago). Anyway, Thank you for your kind reviews. :)

Chapter 7: Vulnerability

Screams echoed in pitch black nothingness. She felt as if her ears were going to bleed with the intensity of the scream. Then, it was gone only the darkness remained but she felt warm and safe in it.

Hermia was tossing and turning in bed Makishima pulled her in his arms. Her regular breathing came back as she calmed down. He studied her serene face from Her long lashes down to her thin pinkish lips. In a few weeks' time, he doubts he'll ever see her again. A smile crept on his face; at least he saw her vulnerable side an image that is engraved in his mind. He swiped a hair that fell on her face and she replied by involuntarily moving closer to him. He chuckled, she unaware of the danger of being in the presence of a psychopath.

His phone started vibrating on the study table. He slowly let her go, she let out a moan of protest but went back to sleep. He picked up his shirt from the floor and answered the phone. Yet another day to wreak havoc he thought.

Hermia hugged the sheets closer to her body, they were soft and fluffy. And she smelled bacon, oh how much she loved bacon. Then realization dawned on her that she wasn't home. She woke up to a room with the most spectacular view she had ever seen. The walls were glass except for the wall that had the door. All she could see were trees, beautiful and green whilst the sky was clear and blue. The only furniture in the room was a white study table with a laptop and a white closet.

She inspected the view, it wasn't a hologram. It was real. She also noticed she wasn't wearing anything but a huge white shirt that reached past her knees. She furrowed her eyebrows.

She stepped out of the room and into a white hallway until she arrived at a living room just as the same room she came out, the walls were made out of glass. It held the same view but with taller and longer trees. Then, she saw Makishima who was wearing cyan blue long sleeves with his back to her as he talked on the phone. He noticed her through the reflection and ended the conversation.

"Who changed me?" She asked, her hands on her chest.

Makishima hadn't expected that that was the first thing she'd ask. She truly was unpredictable. He turned to face her and leaned on the glass wall.

"I did.

I'd say I didn't see much but I'd be lying." He smirked.

She shrugged. What's done is done. At least he didn't sleep in the same room. "I'm guessing I'm in your house."

He nodded.

"Good morning." Another voice said from her back.

She turned and was met with peculiar eyes, red and yellow in color but was hidden when he smiled. He had short straight brown hair that hung over his eyes.

"I'm Choe Gu-sung. At your service Miss Hyousetsu."
