Chapter 4

The bell has just ringing meaning that it was the end of school for today, everyone in the class was busy packing their stuff and prepare to go home, some of them made plans to go somewhere after school, or went to their club activities, but not with Taichi, he stood there, standing in front of his girlfriend desk who just ignore him for good, yeah, he was ignored, and he thinks that it was more hurt than being rejected by a girl you confessed to. He was confused by the act of his girlfriend.

"*sigh* I was just wanted to talk, why did she acting like that?" he sighed.

Then Aoki appear from the door, wanted to go to their club room together. Seeing his friend looking gloomy like that, he can't help but asked what happened.

"Hey, Taichi, you look so down, what happened?" asked Aoki, "Wait, don't tell me that, you guys break up?" he continued

"It's not that, but I'm afraid that thing would happen soon, *sigh*, what should I do?" Taichi replied, and there's some fear, doubt, and confusion became one along with his words.

"Anyway, let's go to club room, and tell me what happened exactly with you two, okay? Yui is there too, maybe we can help you, Taichi" said
Aoki.

"Yeah, let's go" Taichi agreed with a painful smile on his lips.

Club Room

"Hmmh, so that's why. And that explained why Iori haven't come to club too this last day" said Yui who just heard the full explanation from Taichi of the event in the park that night
"So, could you help me? You're a girl after all, maybe you can understand Inaba and what you need a boy to do at this time" asked Taichi while looking to Yui, seeking for help from her.

"Well, if I were Inaba, maybe..." there's a long pause between her next statement. "...I wanted my boyfriend to apologize to me" Yui continued.

Aoki nodded in agreement. "Yeah that's it Taichi, you shou-" Aoki's word was cutted out, and once again, they hear a familiar voice from a door that just opened, the voice of someone, or maybe something, they hated, they resent, they tried to forget but can't.

"Hmm? Not all member show up today? A fight?" the voice asked, innocently.

"Yeah, and it was all your fault!" Aoki yelled and rises from his chair. "Fuusen Kazura" continued Aoki.

Yeah, it was him after all, the one who uses the body of Gotou Ryuuzen, the teacher and the advisor of their club. The one who always make the member of Cultural Research Club suffering, just because he thought they are an interesting bunch, and after a long peace that they hoped for came, he just showed again, out of nowhere. Fuusen Kazura.

"Make up already, because next up will come a week from now" with that, Fuusen Kazura walked away from that room.

The three looked at one another, feeling anger and confusion, also with some fear because of what just Fuusen Kazura declared.

"H-he, he just declare a war on us or something?" Aoki the first to break to silence between them.

"Next week huh, the next re-event will happening again. But, first we need you two to make up. We need to focus on Taichi and Inaba first, then Iori, after that, we can discuss that thing and face it with a cool head" Yui suggested. The boys just nodded in agreement.

"But, how the hell I can apologize to her, I haven't talk to her this last 2 days, even she get away from me whenever I approach her" Taichi exclaimed.

"That's the problem huh? It will be difficult" Yui sighed while leaning her back to the chair.

"Anyway, you must keep trying to talk to her, I know it's hard but, I'm here for you. Just tell us, if you had any problem again, or you get stuck and can't think of any way to get talk to Inaba, we will help you, right Yui?" Aoki blinked to Yui.

"What a word you just said, I can't believe you said that, but yeah, we will help you Taichi" Yui agrees

"Well, thanks, I'm glad that you two are my friend. I will try to talk to her again tomorrow, and bring Iori back here too." Taichi looked so fired up.

Tomorrow, Morning, Front Gate

Taichi just came to school, and he sees Inaba walking through the door to the shoe locker, he thought to apologize this morning, so he ran at full speed, trying to catch Inaba.

"H-hey, Inaba, I need to-" but he cutted out by her act, Inaba just walked away from there, and seemed like running than walking, it's almost like talking to Taichi is dangerous for her health.

And once again, Taichi just stood there, feeling confused and irritated, his fist clenched. But, he looked more fired up than before.

"If that's what you want, then I will keep trying to talk to you, Inaba" he seemed more ready to fight than apologizing to a girl.

Lunch Break, Class

"Inaba, I need to ta-" she vanished from her chair before Taichi can finish his words. "Next time, for sure!" Taichi said.

After School, Class

"Ina-" she was no longer there, as he looked back to her desk.

And it was repeated all over, day after day, like a routine for them, he almost lost hope, and feeling despair for not talking to his beloved. As days keep continuing, and it just near the day that Fuusen Kazura promised.

Tomorrow, Lunch Break, Class

As always, Inaba was no longer there when Taichi looked to her desk. At that time, Aoki appeared from the door and invite Taichi to eat lunch together on the rooftop. Taichi nodded, and went to cafeteria.

Rooftop

"Hey *munch* Taichi, *munch* are you *munch* alright? If you *munch* keep spacing out like that, your bread will getting cold you know" said Aoki

"Don't talk with your mouth full, and how can a bread inside a plastic will getting cold when they are already cold, anyway I'm okay, why asking?" Taichi replied with an irritated voice.

*gulp* "Well, you just kept silent while on our way here, and you just looking to your bread for a while" said Aoki while he tried to gulping his food "I know that you are worried about your relationship with Inaba, but you can't always like this you know, have you tried to properly talk to her?" ask Aoki concerned

"No, I haven't talked with her this last 5 days, I failed to talk to her, I'm afraid that she began to hate me?"

"I don't think Inaba hates you, she just, ignoring you for a while"

"Yeah, I already told you that she ignoring me" Taichi said irritated.

"B-beside, if she hates you then she already tell you to break up with her, but she never did right? You still her boyfriend and Inaba still your girlfriend, you guys still in a relationship. Just get over it and apologize to her" Aoki explained.

"But, how can I apologize to her while she avoided me that much?"

"You're a boy damn it, use some force toward her"

"ARE YOU CRAZY? She's a girl for god's sake, and she's my GIRLFRIEND! How can I use violence just to apologize to her? Damn" Taichi blurted out his anger and frustration to Aoki's statement.

"Hey man, calm down, I don't mean like that. What I mean is that you grab her hand or anything while she avoided you, if she run, then you just can chase her. You got it?" Aoki explained.

"Oh, sorry Aoki, I just yell to you like that, I'm the one who don't understand it, and I will try that, I'm gonna chase her wherever she go if she run from me again. Thanks Aoki, thank you so much"

"Don't sweat it, and start eat your bread, you need energy to run right? And hurry because the bell's gonna ring soon"

Class, After School

'today for sure, I will apologize to her and get things right' Taichi tried to encouraged himself.

Taichi walked toward Inaba's desk but Inaba hurriedly pack her stuff into her bag, and run to the door as fast she can like talking to Taichi is a danger.

"Hey, Inaba, wait!" He chase her to the door, and grab her wrist. "Please Inaba, no, Himeko! Please, we need to talk"

"What?" asks Inaba irritated, she doesn't want to show Taichi her blushed face, when she heard her first name called by him.

"Himeko, I'm sorry, that night wasn't my fault, I'm not the one who kiss her, I just talked to her in that park, but suddenly she kissed me. Please Himeko, please understand, forgive me"

But Inaba just kept silent there, until Taichi pull her toward him, and he hugged her, tightly.

"W-w-what a-are you doing, l-let me g-go" Inaba tried to push him out, but Taichi tighten his hug. "Never! I'm not gonna let you go until you want to hear me out" Taichi refused.

"I love you Himeko, please forgive me, that night was a misunderstanding, that night was-" Inaba pressed her lips to him. Taichi was shocked, but closed his eyes and replied her kiss.

The need for air breaking their kiss, then Inaba's tears start falling from her eyes "Why? *sob* Why now?" "I'm waiting you know, I'm waiting for your apologize this whole time, I'm waiting you to chase me and and catch me and-" This time Taichi is the one who kiss her "Don't say anything anymore" Himeko hugged him back, and they stay like that for a while.

Oh my god, it almost a year since the last update, huh? I was too busy with my entrance exam, getting to university was so hard this day, I've failed 2 times! 2 times! hell yeah! *sigh* But I will never give up, I still have one last test this upcoming august, studying was hell for me, so i decide to take a break, and while i have time to write, i update my story. reaaaaaaaaaaaaally sorry for the very long update, it's almost year, wow. and I don't even know when the next chapter will out, sorry 'bout that, but please understand the struggle of a college student. once again, i'm Indonesian, my english isn't too good, but there you go, CHAPTER 4 !
