Dear Darlings, Today we got to bring you guys home for the first time ever! Well, obviously, you were only born... Uh, anyway, your Uncle James was here to help out with you both, since your mommy was so tired and I couldn't manage you guys alone... Plus he has six children of his own, this was nothing for him. That and your mommy wanted him there the whole time...
Whatever, we got you guys home safe and sound in the end. It didn't help with James' reckless driving, I bet he was going at like 90 miles an hour! (Even though Misty kept yelling at me when I panicked he was going at like 10...)
When we got home I surprised your mommy with a room me and your other uncle, Tracey, had been working on for a while. She didn't have a clue at the time, but I think she really likes it.
Of course when we got back home, Jessie and her and James' children along with your other aunts Iris, Jayme and May with you uncles Tracey, Cilan and Gary all were waiting to see you. Everyone made a big fuss over you guys and, if I'm honest, I was a little jealous... I had barely seen you guys myself... But in the end everyone left leave just me and your mommy and I got you all to myself, heh.
Misty and I took turns holding you, and finally, I got to hold my little girl. I don't have favourites because I love you all the same but at first I was so nervous at the thought of a girl but when I got to hold her, my little mini Misty, I didn't think I could love something so quickly. Not that the same thing didn't happen with you guys, Jake and Evan, I just wasn't as nervous about you both. Sorry, I'm rambling, but I had to write about how excited I was about taking you guys back home with us, it was defiantly one of the bests days of my life.
