I waved goodbye to my dad as, he went into the airport. I honestly felt as if I was going to cry, I don't know if I was going to see him again. I went back to the car with mom and hopped in the front seat and pulled my legs tightly to my chest wincing at the pain in my stomach. The bandage on my neck from where the huge ass wolf was really itchy, I wanted to scratch it so much but I knew mom would kill me for doing so.

Mom- "Hey honey do you want to go out to the diner for dinner tonight as a treat?

Me- Oh yes please! Can we go to Ms. Sues diner?

Mom- Sure honey no problem, would you like me to see if Seth can come?

Me- Yeah that sounds great. I haven't seen Seth in agesssssss.

Mom- You saw him yesterday.

Me- Really? I completely forgot.

Mom- ….. You are a complete nutcase, oh child of mine.

Me- Thank you mother dearest.

She shook her head with a smile on her face. And next thing I knew we were home.

I ran up to the phone and called Seth.

PHONE CONVERSATION

Sue- Hello, Clearwater residence, may I ask who's calling?

Me- Hi , is Seth home?

Sue- Yes he is darling, would you like to speak to him? And how are you?

Me- I'm fine thanks for asking, and you? And I was wondering would Seth like to go out for dinner with mom & me to your diner

Sue- Oh, I'm sure he'd love that. *Calling in the background "Seth, Ruairi is on the phone. She's wondering if you want to go to the diner for some dinner" "Tell her yeah I'd love to!"

Sue- He would love to. What time would you want him over at yours?

I looked at the kitchen clock, and saw it was 5.30.

Me- Now would be fine. If that's ok?

Sue- Of course it is. See you in a few minutes honey.

Me- Bye , see you soon.

END OF CONVERSATION

I was so excited that Seth was going out for dinner with us; I know I saw him every day but it always made me feel better, when he did. Doctor Cullen said, I was healing very well and that I was lucky that the wolf hadn't dug hard into me because my injuries could've been so much worse, I felt terrible enough as it is, now he was telling me I was lucky. Hmp

AT DINER

Seth- Ruairi, how awesome is your scar gonna be? Seth said his mouth full of his bacon & egg burger.

Me- Ew, Seth that's gross! Close your mouth. And for your information it's going to be awesome. Much cooler than the one you got when you feel & the stone got stuck in your knee.

Seth- Hey! Mine is awesome.

Our random chatter went on until we all finished our dinner, & our bellies full.

Mum- All right guys, it's getting late we gotta go home. She said while standing up & putting the money on the table.

We got in the car, & my unknown exhaustion hit me, & I feel asleep on the short journey home.

Heyyy, it been a while *scratches back of neck nervously*
