Percy's POV
The new kids stood and stared for a little while at Camp. I can't blame them, it's a pretty amazing place. Harry and Hermione were dressed normal enough, but Ron was wearing plaid suspenders and a grey hoodie. It looked like he got dressed in the dark. But then again, you can't pay attention to fashion if you're busy fighting and running away with monsters. Or at least, that's what I thought. The Aphrodite kids, not so much. "This is Camp Half-Blood" I exclaimed proudly. Hermione looked at me angrily. "It doesn't matter if your a half-blood, a pure-blood, or a muggleborn!" she said. Ron and Harry looked at me like they were shocked. "You have a camp for half-bloods? What does it matter?" Ron said. Harry nodded. I was getting confused, as usual. What were they talking about? "Um, it does matter if you're a demigod." I said, bewildered. "What's a demigod?" Ron asked. "That's,a person that's part god part mortal, like Heracles. But they don't exist." Hermione explained uncertainly. "Yes, they do. I'm a son of Poseidon." I told her. Ron looked at me suspiciously and said, "Prove it.!" "Okay!" I retorted, slightly happy to show off. Fine, I'll admit it. I was more than a little excited to show off. I walked over to the fountain and made an orb of water. Then I made it into a mini hurricane in my palm. It got bigger and bigger until I had my own personal hurricane. I focused on the water and made it return to the fountain. They looked at me, amazed at what I had done. I grinned, completely dry. "Percy!" Annabeth ran towards me.
"We have Capture the Flag! Who are they?"
"Um..." I said, looking at them questioningly. Who were they, really?
